I am a flight attendant and I can attest to buying an absurd amount of shoes in search for comfort. This is the first shoe that I am able to wear for a majority of my day. This is the most comfortable shoe that I have ever worn and I will be purchasing more pairs in the near future. Thank you for helping me finally find comfortable work shoes!

I ordered two pair, my usual size 6 and a 6.5, based on past experiences with Sofft shoes. I'm glad I did; the 6.5 was the better fit. I've found that in Sofft shoes with a less pliable outer, like these, I have to go up half a size; anything with a soft leather upper, I can stay in my usual size. These heels are slightly higher than I usually wear but I wanted something with a kick; these are perfect. The red is more oxblood, but that's what I was looking for. Very cute, comfortable for the heel height (which is to say, you're still going to feel pressure on the ball of your foot if you stand for long, even though it's nicely padded), and exactly what I was looking for. But again - order half a size up, primarily for the toe box.

I'm a Flight Attendant and spend my days on my feet in the air, or sprinting through airports. I LOVE these shoes and am so happy. I wore my last pair of Naturalizers until I could see through them because I was afraid of having to break in a new pair of shoes. These heels are high enough to be hot, but so comfortable I can keep them on all day. Money well spent. The strategic cushioning is exceptionally soft, and the heel has grip so you really can run around all day.

I wore it at a 1920's event and it complemented my outfit very well. We were walking all night, given that it was an outdoors food and drink tasting event and my feet felt fine. Loved it!

Gorgeous shoe, but runs half size small. I’m normally size 9.5 in this brand. I ordered a 9.5 and 10. I kept the 10 because the toe area is very narrow. The 10 is still a bit narrow, but I had to have this color Mary Jane.

This is one of the prettiest shoes I've seen in a long time. I wanted it to work very badly. The leather is gorgeous, and the details make it seem like a much more expensive shoe. But there is something about Sofft that doesn't agree with my foot. By the end of the day, my feet were killing me and I could barely walk. This was true of the last pair of Soffts I tried.

I love the style but the shoe hurt me so much. I couldn’t wear it longer then 1 hour without feeling the pain. It’s so narrow that it pinch my toes. I wish they have options to pick wide instead. Not a good shoes for long hours of walking.. I couldn’t wear it for my 8 hours at work. Very disappointed.

I haven't been wearing these shoes for a month yet and the heel began to squeak. I might have expected that from a $40 pair of shoes, but not a $100 pair of shoes. This is the second pair of Sofft Miranda shoes that I have owned that have done this. I have owned several pair of mary jane heeled professional shoes and no other brand has squeaked in the heel; not even the $40 pairs from Kohls. It sounds like a cheap pair and just won't due in a professional setting. I regret wasting my money on this high-priced, low-quality product.

I ordered a half size up (9) based on previous reviews. When the shoes arrived they were very snug at the toes, and I decided to order another pair size (9 1/2). I wasn't quiet sure at first which pair of shoes were best. I did some research and found out that leather stretches after a while. I kept the size 9 and they hurt my toes by the middle of the day. But, by the night, I was fine. The shoes actually felt a little loose from the heel but very comfortable in the front. I have used them only for one day, but as of now I am very pleased with this pair of shoes. They are cute, they are comfortable to walk in (once you break them in). These shoes are probably the best quality shoes I have bought so far, based on my comfort. Hope this review helps.

These shoes are fabulous and well made. The buckle is a bit stiff at first. When they say 3 inch heel, they aren't being shy, they are actually a bit over 3. However, they are pretty comfortable, I'm a teacher and on my feet all day.

I ordered these shoes about 7mos ago for work. I work at the airport for an airline and have to be on my feet for long hours. Shoes are very pretty and stylish. I am not much of a rounded toe shoe person because I have thick calves. But I went ahead and bought these based on other reviews who claimed these were very comfortable. Shoe is in fact comfortable and all day wearable IF you work in an office setting, sitting down for the majority of the day. I don't recommend these if you have to be walking or up on your feet at work all day - please know I only work 5 hrs a day and end up with swollen and painful feet. I purchased an inner sole to see if that helped, but I ended up developing a callus on the ball of my foot and a corn on one of my toes. I wouldn't say "don't buy these shoes", because these shoes are good, they just didn't work out for my needs.... But I will say " I don't recommend these shoes for walking or standing long periods of times".

I’m a flight attendant and i can last a full day in these without feeling much discomfort. I bought these after reading a review of another flight attendant loving them. Glad I purchased! They will however need breaking in so don’t expect immediate 24 hour support.

The most comfortable pumps. The reason I’m returning is because the top part doesn’t cover the bottoms of my toes completely and I don’t like how that looks. Sad. Zappos automatically increased my shoe sit 1/2 size up and the fit was great.

These are great if you like comfy heels and have to do lots of walking/standing. I followed other reviewers' advice and got a half size up from my normal size and that worked perfectly. I got the snakeskin color which is pretty cute in my opinion. I'll wear these a lot for work.

Holy cow. These shoes are exactly as all the reviews state: So comfortable, look sharp, and run a half size too small. I followed that advice and so glad I did. My usual 8 would have been much too small, but the 8.5 is a perfect fit. I can't recommend these enough!

I absolutely love these shoes! I never wear heels of any type but these were just too cute so I took a chance and they are very comfortable and super well made. I will buy another pair in a different color. I am so happy!

Extremely comfortable shoes. Very cute, not clunky at all. My feet are very narrow and these stay on great, especially since there is a strap. Great for work and the heel is just tall enough so I don't have to hem my dress pants!

I love this shoe and have it in black and would of given it 5 Stars EXCEPT after wearing it TWO TIMES the leather has worn to the core of the heel in seveal spots. My black ones have been worn 2 weeks with no markings at at all.

The leather is soft to the touch but looks to be durable. The strap is in a good spot to keep your foot secured. The sole of the shoe feels nice and padded. My coworkers recommended this specific shoe for our long hours on our feet so I bought a pair too. I will say, I'm typically a 9-9.5 (9.5 in current Target brand shoes if that helps anyone) and I had to size up to a 10 for these, which fit perfectly. Thankful for Zappo's lenient return policy!

I wore this shoes straight out of the box to give a closing argument at trial. The last thing I wanted to think about at that time was my feet, and I didn’t. They were comfortable, stylish and professional. Based on the make and style of shoes, I wear a 7 or 7 1/2. For these shoes I needed the larger size, which I already knew from some other reviews, the instep supported my high arch well. This is my second pair of shoes in this style (one black & one gray), and I may end up buying some more colors, I like them that well.

I ordered the Sofft Natara in black suede in my usual 8.5 and the Sofft Miranda in snake print in a 9 (since they didn't have an 8.5). Both fit perfectly. Suede tends to stretch a little so I would not size up, whereas either the style or material of the Miranda causes it to run a half size small. Sofft is my go-to brand for heels; perfect for conferences when I need to look professional and still be comfortable walking or standing all day.

I'm a flight attendant and spend 10-16 hours per day on my feet. I love these shoes and highly recommend them to anyone looking for stylish, but also comfortable and practical heels!

The fit is actually quite good. I seem to be a steady size 6 in dress shoes, at least in Sofft & Miz Mooz. That being said, whenever I see a review where people say that the shoe runs a size small, it fits me just fine. As for the comfort, this shoe is AWESOME!! I don't feel at all like I am wearing a 3 inch heel. Despite my bunions, my foot feels wonderful in these. The heel is a bit wide on me, but the toe end is perfect (if not a bit narrow, but that is to be expected on first wear, especially with my wide toe front). The only negative is that, I just learned this term... Toe Cleavage happens in these shoes. The front end isn't quite big enough to completely cover the toes. Despite the toe cleavage issue, I may just buy the black pair, so that I have a pair of heels I can walk comfortably around in. Lastly, these shoes seem built to last. The leather is thick and sturdy, yet soft.

So comfortable even after 12 hours! A heel without feeling like a heel!

These are so comfortable but they do rum half size small. I need to return and order a larger size.
