Squeaks when you walk otherwise I would have bought this shoe in every color. Instead, returning them.

Softt does not make this shoe in wide, at least that I could find. The 6.5 is too narrow and the 7 is too long! So I am sending it back. I like this brand because they have great padding for your foot and the heel is solid and feels very stable being that its a 3" heel. I bought a different style and color from them recently in a 7, and it fits a bit more snug and so I am keeping that one. Their shoes are more comfortable that all the other heels I have tried and I have tried a lot!! Thanks Zappos for your free shipping both ways! I would totally recommend Sofft brand heels. They need more colors!! Navy and red would be awesome!

It was to tight around the toe area. Which made it uncomfortable for me. Great shoe just not for me.

Shoe looks beautiful, but was too small and narrow for me to use it.

Love the height of the heel but the toe is ridiculously tight. I usually wear a 7 1/2. Ordered a 7 1/2 & 8 & had to send both back. Felt like my toes were bleeding before I even had a chance to stand up in them. I’ve never worn a wide shoe in my life but definitely need one in this shoe

The heel tap fell off the first time I wore these. I haven’t bought Sofft heels in years and thought this issue would’ve been fixed by now. Unfortunately, no.

The padding and arch support in this shoe are not well placed. The padding for the ball of the foot was actually in the crease between my toes and the ball of the foot. Very annoying. The seams on the side of the shoe are also not well placed and rubbed painfully against the side of my foot. If I could put zero stars for comfort I would.
