I really liked the look of the shoes but they put too much pressure on the ball of my foot. The cushion support in the video wasn’t enough to make them wearable.

Very comfortable! Slight slip on my narrow heels but that’s all my shoes, which is whyI like the strap.

I got these in the brown color but the heel is a different material and color than the shoe, and the left shoe was scuffed at the front and back.

I'm a flight attendant and finding a nice-looking and comfortable shoe is so hard. I don't know how many pair of black heels I have in my closet that have been worn for a 3 day trip and never again. My very favorite shoe recently (along with a lot of other f/a's that I know) were the Sofft Monique, which is no longer available in black leather. This is a close second, but I really wish they would bring the Monique back. This shoe looks nice and seems comfortable, maybe runs just a tiny bit small, but I think will be fine after wearing a few times. There is no platform and I think that makes it a bit less comfortable, especially on the ball of the foot, than the Monique, but it isn't bad. My other concern is the wrapped heel, I'm not sure how long that will stand up to wear and tear. Overall, it's a pretty shoe and mostly comfortable. I just miss the Monique and wish Sofft would bring that back in the black leather.

I ordered my shoes and recieved the next day. They fit perfectly! great support from the second I put them on.

Cute, basic work pump. They took a while to break in, unfortunately. But now they are fine. Wear them to the office several times a week.

Pretty good heel. Wouldn't wear for long stints but it's more than decorative, I can do some walking and standing in it. LOVE the camel color - it goes with everything. Very good cushioning in the toe box. I wish there was a bit more of a platform up front but the height is still relatively modest by most standards. I would wear for a work event, no question but I wouldn't walk for miles in these. After striking out with Sofft for a few years I'm glad to find these. Considering also buying in the black as it's hard for me to find shoes that are dressy enough yet comfy for work.

These were a little darker in color than I was expecting and too narrow. Cute, though!

I think this shoe runs slightly small. I ordered them in my usual size, but they were too tight. I ordered a half size up, and those were perfect.

Looks and fits great. So comfortable for a heeled shoe. Highly recommend.

Adorable shoe! My narrow, bony feet just didn't like them. Had to go back. Zappos is wonderful, per usual, about the return!

I purchased the brown one and it looks so beautiful! It definitely has the vintage charm and I wore it on Valentine's day. Many compliments and very comfortable. My only complaint is that the heel is a tad too high. It's 3 inches and it would have been perfect at 2 or 2.5 at most. I mainly wear 8.5 and that is what I purchased. True to size and width was fine as well. I wouldn't be able to wear it all the time but only for special occasions since the heel height is a little to high for me.

Very cute shoe that seems like it will be comfortable to wear. My only complaint is I wish the toe wasn't so round.

Great shoes. Super cute, super comfortable. One downside - they scuff reallllly easily.

I wanted to love these shoes as much as I love my other Sofft shoes, but they were more than a 1/2 size small. I normally wear an 8.5, which my other Sofft shoes are, but even in a 9, they were too short.

Would have been more comfortable if the padding towards the front of the shoe was in the correct place. Padding on one shoe was placed differently than the padding in the other shoe.

Cute shoes, I love the construction. One of the things I like about Mary Jane styles typically is their relative comfort and space in the toe box thanks to the rounded shape. However, the toe box in these shoes feels tight and narrow, even with the rest of the shoe fitting perfectly.

The shoes were cute but they really are small. I wear a 10.5 womens size. I ordered an 11. They fit just like a size 10. I don't have particularly wide feet and the width did feel normal but my toes were squished.

I was a little disappointed upon opening the box. The left shoe has some discoloration on the toe. It doesn’t appear to be a scuff from use so much as a defect. They are really cute and comfy though so I will be keeping them.

Soft shoes usually fit very well but these....felt like they shrunk. Or my feet are fatter. who knows. Going back.

I love these shoes, but the sizing is off with this style. I wear a 7 and it was too small. I ordered a 7.5 and it was too big.
