I love these shoes! They are extremely comfortable and also very stylish. They pair perfectly with cropped pants and skirts for summer. Definitely would recommend and am considering buying the black pair as well.

Super versatile, excellently comfortable shoe. I've worn this already with a dress, jeans & harem pants. Really clutch great for me. Get them!

My first pair of Zappos. I bought them to replace the beautiful red pair that my puppy chewed up. They're beautiful, extremely comfortable, and fit perfectly.

Very cute shoe, but it comes down too low on my toes. I have a slight bump at the base of my big toe from years of wearing heels. These shoes seemed like they would be uncomfortable there. Otherwise, they seemed great!

These shoes fit well and they're gorgeous, but after a few hours I could barely walk because of the huge comfort lump under the ball of my foot. I appreciate the theory that this padded area should provide comfort, but for me it was a large uncomfortable distraction.

Order a half size up then what you’d normally wear. This show is narrow. My foot is a bit wide, and I needed that extra half size.

Beautiful, classy shoes. Nice quality leather. Sofft makes good shoes. But, 3.5" heels are too high for me! Even with the excellent padding, I felt too much pressure on the ball of my foot. 2.5" is my limit. You may feel differently, in which case, you may like this shoe. Also, the 9 felt too snug--felt about 1/2 size smaller.

The first day wearing these shoes, they feel a little tight. They may stretch over time. I will update if that happens.

I'm so sad that I had to return these. I really liked the style and seemed fairly comfortable. I do agree with other reviewers that the toe box is a little narrow and since I have a bunion on my right foot, I couldn't make it work. Wish they came in wide - I would have kept if so!

Too meh for the price. The style is really cute, but they aren't a lot more comfortable than your average high heels. For this price, I want stylish and positively squishy. Nice basic maryjane, though, which is kind of hard to find. Still, I want softer from Sofft, so back they are going.

These looked good but hurt the balls of my feet after standing around my house for a couple hours. I can handle a 3-inch heel but the shoe needs a small platform to relieve pressure from putting all my weight in one place. These did not provide that lift.

I am on my feet a lot as a flight attendant and have been on the hunt for the perfect shoe for years. These used to be it! I have bought these shoes in black several times over the past 5 years. This year, my uniform color changed, and we needed a navy shoe. I was very excited to see they made them in navy!! I immediately ordered them in the same size I have for 5 years... guess what...? They don’t fit!! They changed the shoe and it is more narrow! My normal shoe size is 7, in this shoe I have always ordered a 7 and 1/2 because they run small. However now, I need a wide fit. Which they don’t seem to make! Ugh! So mad that they would change the design on this! My search for the perfect Navy Mary Jane continues!!

I wear a 7.5 and I ordered 1/2 a size up these shoes probably run one size too small, because it was still too small and I was touching the front of the toe area. Cute, but had to return them.

Holy toe box. I typically wear a 9.5 or 10 and ordered a 10 after reading reviews. The toe box was so tight I could only take a few steps with one shoe on. The cushions on the insole are phenomenal so I hate to return them, but my toes wouldn't forgive me.

Super cute shoes BUT the fit was awful. If you wear a size 10 normally order an 11. If this shoe doesn't come in a size 11 pass on these shoes. They are for sure a size smaller than what you normally wear. I tried them on and had to immdiately return them. They are so cute in the box so I was so disapointed to do so.

Unfortunately the stitching on the side of the internal heal panel was rubbing the side of my foot. It seems like it was a plastic thread cut on the surface. They looked nice and felt comfortable though so I was sad to return them.

It’s an excellent, perfect & elegant shoe for working as a flight attendant - long walks, long days - safety is KEY!! The only thing: the rubber band on top gets wasted with wear & tear and must be checked before starting the trip, otherwise, if broken, you won’t be able to wear the shoe.

I have been eating these shoes for years. They are still as comfortable today as they were when first purchased.

Love the shoe it’s just a little snug and I did go up a size. But I live the comfort.

A 3-inch heel is high for me, but these are suprisingly comfortable. I have high arches and these do offer some support. The toe area is a bit tighter than I would like, but appears to be stretching out the more I wear them. Quality shoe.
