I love these boots! Stylish and very comfortable too! My daughter has already told me she is stealing them when her foot grows a size! I wear a US size 7 and a 37 in Danskos and the 37 fit me perfectly. I got the Bordeaux (soooo cute!) and already want another pair in black or maybe gray.

Fit well. True to size but just a little too Doc Martin for me.

These boots are really cushy- a friend of mine who works in restaurant service swears by them. Unfortunately, they are really narrow, especially in the toe-box. But so stylish! It seems that the wide version is available elsewhere, just not on the Zappos website.

Love, love, love the Taos Crave boot! I first bought them in teal. They were so comfortable and cute that a snapped up the red Craves when I saw them on sale at a local shoe store. This boot is in such demand it never goes on sale! Whenever I wear these the compliments are non-stop. This is by far he most comfortable boot I've ever worn.

This is my second pair of Craves in teal. My first pair was the Cognac brown that I bought locally here in Santa Fe, NM. I was looking for a pair of boots that I could wear hiking with my dogs and still be cute when going into town. I recently moved to Santa Fe from a big city - the lifestyle and dress is much more casual but being pulled together is still a must, as well as having hard wearing shoes. Santa Fe's terrain is rugged. I am an active person and have tried so many hiking boots and boots of various kinds that I've lost count. NONE were anywhere near as comfortable and supportive and hardwearing as the Taos Craves. They advertise them as 'urban footwear' but they hold up to a beating. Santa Fe can be dusty and sand is everywhere. I wear these boots to hike the ridges near my property and into town with cute jeans for a great casual look. They have excellent foot support. I can wear them all day with no foot aches. The ankle support is also excellent - no rolled ankles hiking! They are REAL quality leather and clean up with a brush and cloth wipe down. I use mink oil on mine to provide water and wear protection. They clean up really well. I wasn't sure about the teal color but it's a great muted teal that pairs great with just about anything you'll wear. I'm in love with these boots. Can't say I've ever had that experience. I'll probably have to buy another brown pair just to make sure that I have them in case Taos decides to not make them anymore (DON'T EVER DO THAT!). Definitely a wardrobe staple!

Love these boots! I think the advertisers used to work for the CIA because after I looked at them once, they seemed to follow me around everywhere I went online saying "buy us, buy us"... Anyway, after looking at them 100 times online I finally decided to take the plunge and buy them even though they are kinda pricey. I usually wear an 8.5 shoe and go up to 9 in boots so I got size 40 and they are a perfect fit. (Actually, I ordered the wrong size and had to return them and get the right size, but customer service was great and well, there's no need to dwell on my late night ordering stupid mistake). The boots are as gorgeous as they look online. I bought the grey. I was debating between the grey and the burgundy (and the teal and the brown...), but thought the grey would go with more of my clothes. The grey is grey but they also look dark brown, which is really what I wanted so I love the color. And they are SO comfortable! I have flat feet and am prone to plantar fasciitis so most shoes (except Dansko clogs) hurt my feet. These did not hurt at all, not one bit. And they look one heck of a lot more stylin' than clogs! Now I'm just trying to figure out how I can get away with wearing them to work every single day...

I always wear a size 11 and these were DEFINITELY way too small. If they came in a size 12 (or 43) - I'd be ordering them. They seemed comfortable even though they were clearly way too small which I why I couldn't give a higher rating.

I haven't owned a pair of boots like this since the 1990s but they are awesome! Super comfortable with nice support. Cant wait to rock them with leggings and a dress!

I love my new boots. Color is what I expected. Style is very cute, I wear with jeans and other slim fitting pants, probably would look cute with a skirt or shorts, but not warm enough to try that out. Comfort is great, can wear to work all day and into the evening. I treated them for the wet weather here in NorCal this year, getting a lot of use out of their boots before the warm weather is upon us. Don't hesitate to try these cute and stylish boots.

These boots are the most comfortable boots I've ever owned!!! I can't believe it. Normally I don't wear heals either. The soles have a cushion that lasts the whole day & my feet haven't gotten sore yet. The ankle support is huge for me & I love the inside zipper so I don't have to lace up every time. But, I love the look of laces & buckles. Awesome color too! 10 stars really.

Love, love love these boots-thinking about ordering another color. They are comfy right out of the box and I love the heel height which is just enough to give you a lift but low enough to be a comfortable walking boot. A slight caveat...they are heavy, so if a lighter boot is what you are looking for they may not be for you. They are divine for me!

This boots are gorgeous and I so wish they fit!! I'm a 42 in most shoes so that's what I ordered for these. But the Taos 42 is definitely on the smaller size. And they don't make a 43, so I'll have to just return these. I'm really bummed because the style is adorable and versatile. I *had* been planning on wearing them with a dress to an evening event. Bummer!!

These boots are super awesome. Just the kind of style I was looking for. I'm a size 9 and love that these make my feet look a bit smaller. The side zipper are perfect for easy slip out. Totally recommend trying this out.

Very comfortable boot and love the color (teal). Very well made so I know that I'll have them for a long time.

I love these boots so much, I own two pairs: one in Bordeaux and one in Teal. Beautifully made, and comfortable right out of the box. I ended up returning my first pair to get a size larger, but other than that they are wonderful boots - highly recommended. Just beware, you might end up with more than one pair :-)

These boots are beautiful and very soft and warm inside. I wanted to love them and give them 5 stars, but they are just a little bit short. I usually wear a 10/41 and returned them for an 11/42 and they are still a tad short. The toe of the shoe is very hard and stiff, and even with the cushy comfort bottom my toe hits the end of the boot uncomfortably. They are fine for short term wear or not lots of walking, but I was hoping to wear them for a full day in NYC and I don't think I can do that. Recommend wearing very thin socks. I am keeping them because they are so cute, look good on my foot, and are so easy to take on and off with the zipper. Wish Taos made these a little bit bigger, because then they would be great!

I read the reviews on these and thought I would try them. They felt very narrow and did not have a very soft footbed. To be fair, I do have many problems with my feet (bone spurs etc.), so I may not be the best judge of boots. If you have bunions, spurs, or wide feet, these are not for you. They are very stylish and are well made.

Most comfortable boots ever! I've worn these non stop since I got them almost 2 months ago and I have to say that they are my most favorite pair of footwear. They have great arch support and I can walk for miles in them without getting sore feet.

I love these boots. I ordered the wrong size on Zappos. Then they didn't have my size in the color I wanted so I got my final pair elsewhere. On sizing: I have wide feet, and I did order a size up. I am normally an 8 (39), bought 40 because my actual size "just fit". I was concerned that if I wanted thicker socks or if my feet swelled with activity as they do that I would want a little more room. Beyond that, I love these boots.

LOVE these. I got them about 2 months ago and wear them almost daily. They have been through rain, sleet, and snow and are holding up well (even looking better with a little wear and tear). Super super comfortable, very sturdy, obvious quality. Would definitely recommend!!

These boots were comfortable the minute I put them on. I walked my dog for an hour and never knew I had new shoes on. Wonderful. They look great, style is fantastic. I've received many compliments in the few days I've worn them. Buy them now!!

PURRRRRRRFECT! HAVE NOT TAKEN THEM OFF....AND RECEIVED THEM IN WHAT SEEMED LIKE MINUTES, BEAUTIFULLY PACKAGED, PROTECTED AND.....PURRRRRRRFECT!

These are the most comfortable boots I have ever tried on! The insoles feel like they are custom made. At first the toe box was a little tight on top but since these boots are real leather it only took one time wearing them and they stretched just the right amount. The perfect walking shoe without sacrificing style. I ordered the teal and was surprised that it was green, not blue like on my monitor. Still a great color.
