These are my 3rd pair 1, black, plus red & brown. I have 3 because they’re exquisitely comfortable first & thereafter. They stand up to all-day wearing on city sidewalks & across natural fields. Easy to take off/on (as in airport TSA checks), casual but can be dressed up to wear w/ skirts or dress. Bottom line: great value for price, attractive, durable, comfortable.

These boots are well made. However they run small, especially in width. I can wear other brands in a narrow or medium width. These come in medium width that, sadly, is lacking. Unfortunately a larger size or width is not available in my case.

These boots are extremely comfortable, and I'm picky! They have adequate width to wear with either thin or thick socks. I got them in bordeaux, and it truly is a beautiful and versatile color.

when is a 12 not really a 12? On these really cute boots! So very disappointed. I wear a 12, not an 11 and a half , but a good solid 12 and these missed the mark by at least a size. so very disappointed. Color is amazing and the they are stylish.. Hard to say about the comfort since they run small. Back they go. I would size up if I were you. They also run a bit narrow, if you have wider feet.

Like others have said, this is kindof a perfect boot. Stylish but comfortable, edgy but feminine. I did not find the toe box to be tight like others, and I found it true to size (I'm a 9 and got a 40.) The teal is more green in sunlight and then a beautiful bluish in lowlight. Pretty awesome. I'm happy with the purchase and as my second pair of Taos Footwear shoes, they've proven to be a solid company.

I ordered 2 pair of these beautiful boots in size 43 (12 - 12.5) but they ran extremely short, more like an 11. So disappointed. Wish they came in a 44.

I ordered the Crave in teal size 39. I loved the style and fit except for one thing - they slip against my heel when I walk. I'm sending them back because I really wanted a pair of stylish boots that I could walk around all day in and I fear that these will leave my heels blistered and I don't want to have to apply bandages every time I wear a pair of boots. One note - the teal appears more of a forest green to me, but it's still a non-standard neutral that could be worn with many colors.

Is it weird to say I'm so excited about these boots? Got grey - but they're more on the brown side. A great in-between color.

These boots are great! They fit perfectly, are super cute, and I have a feeling that I'm never going to take them off. They're everything I hoped they would be! And, btw, Zappos customer service is the best. Is there any other company that offers the chance to hear the joke of the day when you call them, and has amazingly friendly customer service reps who want to chat with you? I wish other companies would take the hint from Zappos.

I rarely buy expensive shoes but I did with these. I’d had a pair of Taos clogs I used to wear to work and they were surprisingly comfortable so I decided to invest in the brand. After 2-3 years, still don’t regret and they’ve been everywhere - camping, to say the least. I actually bought a second pair, too. Basically, if you like these boots, buy them. They’re worth it.

It was pretty comfortable but was more green than blue like the photos, so I returned them-

I usually wear a 38 and the 39s in these fit great. They do run a bit narrow, but not as narrow as an actual narrow shoe. I had a difficult time finding boots that were tall and these are just what I needed to tuck in my jeans and keep chiggers out! I like the heel height-I find a bit of a heel more comfortable than a flat shoe. I bought the grey, which is more if a distressed brown and they are very attractive. The ankle part is comfortable/flexible out of the box so I don't anticipate any blisters. I put arch supports in, but have to do that in all my shoes.

I’ve had these for over a year and they’re the most comfortable shoes I own. Better than running shoes. Durable, cute, can wear with just about anything. I live in them during the winter.

These boots are super comfortable and stylish! I was hesitant about spending this much on them but they are worth it - well made and hopefully will last a long time.

OUTSTANDING! Love love these boots!! Look great and extremely comfortable especially for a boot. A little pricey but very well made. What was disappointing and I experience this many times with Zappos, is that they often do not have the size or color that I want. I wanted to order the black oiled and the camel but again...out of stock. And I did not see a button to click to notify me if or when they do get it in. And many times they don’t get it in. Shipping is always fast and they do have easy returns. Grab these boots soon cause they might be out of stock!

I ordered a 39 and 40 after reading other reviews. I wear a 8.5 in boots and 8 in sandals. The 39 fit great with socks and the 40 was way too loose so sending it back. The boot is very comfortable with room for my toes. I will be wearing them on the motorcycle and taking them on vacation. The sole is a bit stiff in walking around my house but I feel that will soften up as I walk in them, not uncomfortable, just stiff. They look great with ankle length jeans also. The color brown will go with everything and I think the grey (40 going back) would have worked also. I own a pair of Taos sandals and those are awesome for comfort so I'm thinking Taos will be my "go to" brand for walking comfort going forward.

Love these! This is my second pair, as I previously bought them in the teal. They are comfortable so far for a reasonable amount of walking and the style adds to any look. Although I wear them with leggings or jeans, if you're a dress/skirt person that could work as well. For the teal I changed out the brown laces for black, which I think looks better, and works better for me anyway as most of what I wear is black.

I was so hopeful for these boots, and my hopes turned to reality once I got these boots. I had 3 foot surgeries in the last 2 years, and have been trying to replace my super pointy toed shoe wardrobe with rounder toes. These not only look super stylish, but they are very comfortable. I am so happy that I bought these! I bought them in the Ink Blue color, which is a dark blue, but look blue, not black (like many "dark blue" or navy leather things do). I plan to buy them in the camel or brown color too!

I own these in 3 colors. I can't say "timeless" enough for these boots. They will be the boots you grab for the next 10 years and wear every day. They are so stylish and comfortable. I highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about these boots. I own them in 3 colors! It's all I wear in the winter and they're extra stylish with socks folded just above the top of this boot. I highly recommend!

Loved the look of these boots, unfortunately I have a narrow heel and these boots do not. My feet kept sliding when I walked in them, so sadly I need to return.
