I love these so much. I was extremely skeptical of buying boots this expensive. But they fit like a glove out of the box. I could wear them for long walks right away with no discomfort. The color (teal) is more of a regular green but I still love it. I have received a ton of compliments and the boots just make me happy. I ordered a half size up from my regular. I wish I could afford more colors!!

Got the Teal - wow beautiful! Wish they had a bit more arch - foot couldn't 'settle in' to foot bed. Would love to keep them - but have to exchange for more comfort.

The leather is high quality and the red is a beautiful shade. They are comfortable--though I have not yet stood in them all day. I ordered up a size so I could wear thicker socks as needed--also because Taos in general seems to run small on me. I'm usually a 10M but in these the 11M works great.

These are gorgeous boots. The color is amazing. The fit however, is not. I ended up sizing down hoping for a better fit but the heel was still too loose. There is a also a strap across the back of the boot right above the heel which makes a hard spot right where you wouldn’t want rubbing to happen.

Just perfect! Fit and style were amazing on the first wear.

I love these boots but had to send them back twice due to sizing. I wear a 10 or 11. Ordered an 11 the first time and they were too short. Sent them back and got a 12. They were also too short! In fact they felt the same as the 11s but they did say 12 on the boot. Was wishing I still had the 11s to compare them sole to sole. Very disappointed as they are great looking boots. Also not pleased with how much time I wasted on this attempted purchase.

This is my third pair of Taos Craves boots. I have them in three colors. You can’t beat the combination of style and comfort. Love them!

The European sizes don’t work for me. LOVE these boots. Sad to need to return. It was easy and great customer service.

I am loving these boots, have worn them several times and they are comfortable right out of the box.

Loved the boot look and quality but the sizing is way off, ran extra small even considering the European size

These boots are really cute! I was looking forward to loving these boots, however they didn’t fit. Had they been a half size larger they would’ve been my new favorite boots.

I, unfortunately, wear a larger size (12). The sizing on the shoe claimed it was US size 12 - 12.5, but it was way too small. My wife (a size 10) tried them on and said they fit her very well. The upper sizing is obviously far off.

Unfortunately, I had to return these awesome boots, because the right boot rubbed the side of my foot. I normally don't have to wear a wide, perhaps, it is because my foot was sliding, not sure. But all in all, beautiful boots.

I so wanted these boots to fit because they are well made and stylish AND without a big heel. So this boot runs at least 1 size smaller than marked. I wear an 11 medium, no larger, sometimes smaller. I began with a 42 (11-11.5) which should have been fine. NO WAY. Had to try a 43 (12-12.5)!!! Seriously! AND guess what?? At least a size too small. Not sure what's going on with their sizing but obviously not for me. Very disappointing.

I usually buy size 39, but the sizing was a little different; 39, usually (in my experience) 8 1/2 - 9, was 8 - 8 1/2 which I thought would be a little small for me. I got a size 40, 9-9 1/2 which is perfect. The color is a little dark for teal, but gorgeous just the same. Soles have great “gription” as we say up here. Awesome comfort right out of the box. Room for a 3/4 length orthotic I always wear. Now I want more colors.

These boots are so comfortable and very pretty. Zappos is the best!

Love the boots except they are a full size short. I ordered the 43 (12-12 1/2) and they are the exact same size the old Clarks Un-looped shoes I have in size 11 Narrow but still not gotten rid of yet. I judged these not only by my foot but I have pulled the insole of each to compare. The toe box is also a little narrow. Due to age my high arches have come down so I have had to move up to size 12 Narrow and have only Clarks to compare to so I can tell you these are no way a size 12. If they could make the boots the actual size they should be I would probably buy at least 4 pair. The leather is nice, insole is comfortable, but arch could be a little higher for me, and love the style just wish they would have fit. Sorry I have to return them. I have sent a note to Taos regarding the size and hope other ladies will so maybe they would correct their sizing.

This is the 2nd pair of these boots I purchased. I'm returning them because the color is to dark and is not as described. They look brown which is not what I thought I was buying.

I am in love with these boots. I bought them in red. Yes RED! I am a “Baby Boomer” so not a young woman but still have a lot of miles to go. I am normally more conservative but wow, these boots are beautiful. They are so comfortable. I wear a 10. From what I read I went up to a 10.5....perfect. My daughter and granddaughter are both in love with them. I know what I’ll get them for Christmas this year.

Oh my goodness! I just received the distressed Olive short Crave boots today and they are so beautiful. The color does not begin to translate to the photo. There is such depth and richness to the finish. I have ordered black, gray, camel and red in this style, and my daughter has taken 2 pair to her closet in Spokane. These will definitely stay with me. They are so comfortable and the construction is outstanding. They are all made in Portugal and the attention to detail and consistency in fit is what keeps making me add my collection. My daughter also owns the tall Crave boots and is totally happy with them.

Love these_ as cute and comfy as predicted! They run small, order up a size. I’m a solid 8, and needed the 9 size for good fit. Love them!

I loved these boots. They weren't quite the bordeaux I imagined - more brown or purple depending on the light. However, I was disappointed in the size. I'm a 10.5 and bought the 42 (11-11.5) expecting a bit of room for a thick sock. In no socks my toes touched the end. There is no 43, too bad. I hope it wasn't just a random pair that was too small.

The Crave boot is handsome and incredibly comfortable. They appear to be very well made and I love the burgundy color. They seem to be ahead of the curve in terms of fashion. This style boot is everywhere this year.
