I love this shoe. It is beautiful, and comfortable. I've worn it with pants and with a skirt, and it works well with both. I had to get it 1/2 size larger than usual in order to wear it with tights/socks but it is perfect now. Zappos return/exchange policy is amazing, they shipped out the replacement size the next day, and I had two weeks to decide which pair and return them. Zappos is the best!

I had the precursor to these shoes (the Cobb Hill Sheila) and they were my go-to work shoes until I finally wore them out. I was disappointed when Cobb Hill discontinued the Sheila and I was hoping the Shayla would be a comparable fit. Good news - they fit exactly the same. It's just the Shayla adds more detailing to the shoe itself. These are attractive, comfortable work shoes (I work long hours at my job and often end up walking around downtown on my lunch break and these shoes never hurt my feet.) I wear a W width shoe, so my options are more limited than ladies with a more common M width foot, and I have been quiet pleased with Cobb Hill's offerings for professional women.

I just received them. They look great, they're very comfortable and soft and padded in all the right places. I have a narrow heel and they're slipping a slight amount as I walk, but otherwise super nice shoes!

These are very nice looking and comfortable shoes. I am looking for an oxford on which the laces come higher up my instep. These just are not what I'm looking for. I have worn Cobb Hill before and they are are super comfy shoes!

LOVE this shoe with pants and jeans! I wear an 8.5 Narrow, and while it is not a snug fit, it is fine with a sock, so I'm keeping it because it's so cute! Cobb Hill- please make this shoe in Navy or Burgundy too! I'll buy it.

I love this shoe. This was my second Cobb Hill style, and I love them both. I have such trouble finding shoes that fit my feet properly and are comfortable, and these are winners. I was able to wear these shoes all day right out of the box. I am on my feet as a college professor, lecturing and walking around campus. They are also incredibly cute.

These shoes are super comfortable, I walk all day at my job and my feet still felt good by the end of the day. The only thing is that they are slightly narrow in the toe but otherwise they are cute and functional.

These shoes are adorable and extremely comfortable. I was surprised at how soft the leather is, both inside and out. I highly recommend these shoes.

I have a hard to fit foot for women's shoes and usually wear men's 9D (42 or 43) vs. trying to find a women's 10, 10.5 or 11 sometimes medium but usually wide foot... These (in size 11D) fit fairly well well, were comfortable out of the box for the few minutes that I tried them on, but I don't often wear women's heels for work. I was looking at these for an option but the top of the shoe has a wider opening than I am used to for the majority of my Oxfords or athletic shoes and I did not think that I would enjoy the feeling of less support in these shoes. Heel height would have been ok otherwise, but not quite what I was looking for, but the comfort of these shoes does make me want to try other Rockport shoes.

Very good-looking shoe. Not great for walking. Good office shoe. I also bought this shoe in Black. Both are VERY attractive.

I loved the look of these shoes and as soon as I put them on I could tell they were cushioned and would likely be comfortable. Sadly I have to return them because I have wide toes and a narrow heel and my heel was sliding out of the shoe. I tried a half size smaller than I typically wear with the same result.

I've already submitted a review for this shoe but I'll send again. The shoe is a fairly good fit. The problem for me was the heel area was barely touching my heels on the inside of the shoe. When I walked, it slipped off; the next size down would have been to short overall. Returned them.

I have another Rockport that is very similar so I will be returning this one.

Love them. Very comfortable

I wore these all day right out of the box with no breaking in period. One of the most comfortable shoes I've ever had. I'm a 7.5 med width which is what I ordered and they fit perfectly. I wasn't crazy about the style but I ordered them based on the reviews and I'm glad I did. If I'm going to pay a lot of money for comfort and support, that's what I want and the Rockport Cobb Hill collection provided that. This brand will definitely be my first choice in shoes. And Zappos will be my top provider! Thanks Zappos - love doing business with you!

I ordered 3 similar pairs of heeled oxford type shoes, hoping to keep 1. These are the winners. They fit my foot well, are decently comfortable for a heeled shoe. The leather is soft & has a good amount of cushion. The back of the heel is cushioned on the edge, which makes them much more comfortable than one of the other pairs I tried that didn't have this.

True to fit. I have been searching for cute oxfords/brogues for YEARS, and finally settled on these as I see the trend is building among younger women and I hate when I've been looking for the right version of something, then it becomes popular before I find it. Most oxfords are lower heeled and clunkier than these. And at my age (55) the look doesn't come off so much as "hipster" or "trendster" as it does "bingo lady" or "Nanny McPhee." These, while still just a tad short of super-stylisth, are a nice change from low-heeled loafers and the usual low pumps I wear to work. And they are streamlined just enough (upper shoe doesn't come up so close to the top of the ankle in front and heels are a bit tapered) to be wearable with skirts and dresses. Super comfortable and supportive, and the quiet soles are a nice plus!

Really cute, comfortable shoes, but my heel kept slipping out, and I needed a much darker brown.

Although these fit very comfortably, my heel slipped out with every step.

I live inn Japan. Hawaii is coming on a trip every year. I hve been using it for several years. I bought the same brown shoes two yearas ago and feel comfortable and this time I tried purchasing black shoes I am looking foward to wear. In addition,we wil use it A RI GA TO U GO ZA I MA SU !!

Very cute shoes but too wide! Even with laces my heel slipped out otherwise I would have kept them.

Nice shoe! I like the look of it. The wide is just not wide enough for me. Wish it came in a double wide.
