The booties fit great but the finish is a bummer. Brand new out of the box they look all scuffed up. The “fuzzy” part is very uneven and non existent on parts of the shoe. They look like I’ve been wearing them for a year already. But they are super comfy. I’m sending them back.

I have had great luck with the fit of Rockport Cobb Hill shoes, and this bootie was no exception. The fit and comfort were great but the look was all wrong. Even though I ordered the black in suede, it looked blue. Really blue. In fact, when I tried them on with a pair of black trousers, the booties were definitely blue. Also, did not like the intentional wrinkling on the top of the foot and the buckle definitely dressed them down. I was looking for a bootie I could wear with tights and a dress. So I'm returning. However, if you are looking for casual booties, you might love them. Just don't expect the black to be black.

These did not work for my feet. At all. I read of them working for others with bunions and foot issues and was hopeful because they are so cute. But they felt a full size smaller, they felt narrow, and the leather folds hit my bunion in a painful way within 3 strides.

I tried to be responsible and order a comfortable pair of booties for upcoming city explorations but these were just way too ugly to keep. Yes, they are super comfortable and lately I have been making compromises on style for comfort - but I draw the line with these guys. Size wise I ordered a 10 wide for my on the wider side of the spectrum foot but they were too wide for me.

I do not feel these are of the same quality as the other Rockport Cobb Hill shoes I have. The leather material is hard and cheap feeling. They do run more narrow at the toe and wide at the heal.

I am so disappointed because I really liked this bootie. The bootie was too wide and to long for my 9N foot; therefore, I had to give an overall rating of 2 stars. Ugh!

I wanted to love these. I truly did. The first pair that came were in a 9N box, but they were 8N (not my size). I tried them on anyway. The right boot fit. The left was too short. The second pair that came were in a 9N box and were 9N (my correct size). The left boot fit. The right boot was HUGE. I understand that feet can vary, but I have a closet full of shoes that make me think that something is off with these. Also, I loved the color of the first pair. The second pair, not so much. They were both supposed to be stone. Boo.

These boots were sent to me in poor condition. It was obvious that they had been worn, cleaned up and returned to Zappos. The boots were worn-looking in spots, and they had some marks on them. I'm disappointed because I have them in another color, and I do like them. This should not happen to your customers. You need to check returns more carefully.

Very disappointing. Cheaply made. No foot support and a thin insole. Rockport Cobb Hill should be ashamed.

I got two pairs of the Rockport Cobb Hill Collection on the same day, same size, width and color. The other pair is great and I will keep them. This pair was so much smaller that it was a struggle to get the left one on and then uncomfortable. And oh yes, Made in China. When, oh when, can we return to manufacturers who pay at least a passing attention to the a). Pattern/schematic/blueprint and b). The quality of the finished product.

First of all I didn't realize that these were not a smooth leather boot there like a velvet soft material. they are very stiff and super uncomfortable even with my orthotics in them. Unfortunately I had to send these back. They looked much nicer in the picture than they do in person

I wasn't thrilled with this boot. It was so tight, I couldn't get my foot into it and, while trying, the rubber was making so much noise on my hardwood floor that I had decided I wouldn't keep them (IF I could get my foot in them) because I couldn't stand the squeekie-ness of the boot!

I received these boots and they by no means are inexpensive. They obviously had been worn, the bottoms of the boots showed wear and the back of the boot had rub marks on them. Someone wore these while driving, you was quite clear. Zappos, what is going on with your quality control. This is the second pair of boots that I've sent back because of worn marks. Long time customer, I'm very disappointed.
