So first of all, this is such a nice looking boot. I got a 10 W (I can wear M in most shoes but will either go up a size or order W in a boot.) The wide is like a narrow! I could tell as soon as I removed them from the box they weren’t going to fit. Length was perfect but could barely get them on width wise and that was with no socks. Sadly sending them back.

Cute boot. The sole is nice and soft and a comfortable heel height. The shoe is plenty wide in the toe box (I ordered 9W) but too wide in the heel. Like most Rockport Cobb Hill, my heel slips around a bit, which makes it uncomfortable to walk any distance. Returning because I really need a boot/shoe I can walk in.

Nice design but not really wide fitting. Most of the shoe manufacturers are calling normal width shoes wide and W shoes extra wide. What's goes on. The spruce color was not great.

I previously had a pair of these booties. I loved them so much I wanted another pair. I was disappointed in them because they did not fit the same way my other pair did. The right foot seemed narrow and short in the length. I took a size 8 and I had no room in the toe box and the left foot fit better, more like my older pair.

Way Too Small My normal size is 8.5 or 9. I ordered a 9 and could not even get my foot inside! Anyone ordering this needs to order at least two sizes larger, these are too small.

These are cute, but for my true size 8 were too short, I had to go up an extra half size. I'm trying to fit my stubborn bunion so I feel these are a settling boot for me. They are ok in style, however, they just look cheap to me, for the price I have to pay for these, they just don't reflect the price in the look. The dull suade is probably what makes it feel it has the look of a payless shoe.

This is a wide shoe that I can't get on my foot. How odd is that? I think the zipper doesn't go down far enough or the access area is angled incorrectly. I usually don't have any issues with that. Once I muscled my foot into the shoe it looks cute, but a little slouchy and both the 8 and 8.5 feel too narrow for a wide.

these boots are really cute and I ordered 9.5 W which is what I usually wear in Cob Hill. These seemed at least a size smaller and very tight. Will reorder in a 10W.

Not that cute but they fit great. Only problem was the zipper dug into my ankle bone and was very painful from the minute I put them on. Will have to return.

It is indeed a very comfortable shoe. Unfortunately they were too wide (got 11W) for my slightly wide foot and too large, even though I've ordered my regular size.

They were too long and narrow feeling. I was hoping to wear the green color with summer shorts/skirts for a casual look (but not having to have sandals that can be annoying to walk in), but they would look too long. They might work under trousers, though. I have very (WW) of feet, so Cobb Hill generally doesn't work for me, but I thought I'd give it a shot. If you're a regular W or medium, I'd try ordering a half size down and get the wide and it could work.

Super cute and wanted them to work but they were not wide enough at the ankle.

Shoe appears to be comfortable and well made.

These were great at first, but seemed to almost get looser as I wore them. Then after less than a year the decorative strap broke on one of the boots. For the price, I thought I would at least get a year out of them!

Really wanted these to work because I think they are very good looking casual boots! Alas, with my orthotic they were not wide enough, even it the D wide width. Sad. But, if you do not need an orthotic they are definitely worth a try!

Even though the shoe was narrow my heal kept slipping so I must return it. Cute shoe!

these are really cute and comfortable once you get them on. However, they were a pain to put on because they are too tight at the opening (and I have small/narrow feet). I am returning them and keeping others I picked.

I ordered this bootie in an 11AA. I normally need an 1.5 or 12 AA, but most of the time boots fit in an 11. This bootie is great looking, but I found the opening around my lower shin a bit on the tight side. I only wore it for a few hours, so it is hard to say how comfortable it is.

These were visibly too narrow. Just for the sake of it, I tried to put them on, but couldn't even get my foot into them...my feet, by the way, are not wide; my orhodics make me order wide. Since my feet are of a medium width, these shoes are even too narrow for medium feet! (Moderate arch support is the default setting; I couldn't tell you how they fit.)

I returned the boots. I thought they lacked style :-(.

They look great & feel great for about 10 minutes then they are just not comfortable. I have bunions and maybe has something to do with it. Never wear them and missed the return period.

The fit is good. Out of the box, the boots lookworn and there are white scuff marks on the nubuck. The left shoe zipper is very hard to unzip. Will return.

This felt too small and extremely stiff. I could barely get it on my foot, and once I did the top of my foot hurt because there was no "give" to the boot. It was so cute, I wanted it to fit, but I had to return it.

I already have 3 pairs of these boots, size 9M for all of them and they fit great. I decided to get a backup pair of the black ones I already have. Anyway, the new one came today and it is VERY narrow and felt a little bit shorter in length then the other 3 I have. The boots are marked 9M but they sure don’t feel like it. Anyway, have to send them back. Very disappointing.

The suede looked matted right out of the box. The sole and heel have little flecks in the rubber that I didn't like. With trouser socks on, my foot didn't slide into the bootie easily. It seemed like the inside material was pulling on my socks. The overall fit was okay and they were comfortable in the toe area but the part near the ankle was rubbing and felt like it would give a blister. I returned them.
