These shoes are incredibly comfortable. I have a lot of issues with heel and foot pain and also wear compression socks. I worked in my kitchen, standing, for several hours and wore the shoes the entire day. I did not experience any heel or foot pain and my legs did not swell. For the record, weight is not an issue. I am tall and slender and wear a 9-1/2 narrow shoe.

I ordered these in my usual 7M, and they fit fine and were comfortable out of the box. I have no particular foot problems. This is my third pair of Cobb Hill Petras over six or seven years. I wear them with casual clothes, most often for dog walking, errands around town, or urban exploration while traveling. They are sturdy and versatile, easy to put on and take off, the leather breathes, and they are easy to clean--all factors that make these an excellent alternative to sneakers. They hold up very well--I wear them so much and in so many different conditions that I wear them out after a while. Highly recommended.

I really liked the looks of this shoe and it was well made. There was too much room across my toes and it was medium width. I don't think it came in narrow and even if it did I didn't need narrow except across the toes.

Everything A OK. I can never find shoes narrow enough for me so I can't fault you for that.

True to size. Perfect fit. Soft and comfortable leather. Can't really comment extensively on comfort since I have not worn them for long walks yet.

I already had the brown ones and loved them. Now I have the black as well. Cute style. Light as a feather!

I now have 3 pair of these shoes in different colors. Fit is perfect as my feet are narrow. Excellent feel and great quality of materials. I wCobb Hill ear these with a dress, slacks or Jeans. They work well with most outfits. Love my Cobb Hill Petra shoes.

Felt good on my hard-to-fit feet immediately. Nice enough to wear for dress -- at least nicer than the sneakers I live in.

I love this shoe. They are my favorite work shoes, and I have worn out at least 3 pair over the years. They are cute and well-made. They accommodate my orthotic insert. I wear them 10-14 hours a day on my feet on a hospital floor and they clean up easily. Cannot say enough great things about these shoes!

The Cobb Hill Petra shoes fit my feet very good, the leather is a nice brown (not tan). They are good quality for the price & I will enjoy wearing them for casual wear.

This is well-made, comfortable shoe that fits perfectly like all my Cobb Hill shoes do (it's so nice to just know I can order an 8 and it will fit). I bought these to replace a well-worn pair of Naturalizer mary janes that had the magical property of being as cute as ballet flats but with the comfort and security of a strap. I'd say the Petra is a bit more grandma-ish (because it covers more foot and has a chunkier heel), but I haven't found any other comfort brand mary janes that aren't, and Naturalizer doesn't make that old shoe anymore. So, for the comfort, quality, and price I'm keeping these.

This is my second pair of the Cobb Hill Petra. The 8.5 wide fits my problem feet (bunions) perfectly, with enough support for me to walk around for several hours, which is significant (my knees hurt immediately in shoes that do not have adequate support, and running shoes are the only shoes I can wear for walking around all day).

OK...most comfortable shoes ever! Not a huge fan of Mary Janes but these have a bit of style that makes them better for me.

Love the fit of these beautifully made and styled shoes. The insole has a very nice contour. One of the best pair of shoes I've purchased online.

These shoes are exactly what I needed! They offer support and look a little bit dressy, and they are very comfortable right out of the box.
