Wish wish these fit??gave it 5 stars because I love the insole on Cobb Hill shoes. I usually need a WW, but tried the 11W ( my foot is about 10 1/4 inches long 4 inches wide at forefoot). I wear a 10.5W in Saas shoes. Love the style. Will wait on a different size.

I appreciate I was able to get these shoes in a wide. I like to wear them with socks in the winter without them being too tight. The design detail around the shoe gave it a classy look.

Nice shoe for casual or with dressy slacks. The strap goes all the way over to connect securely with the hook and eye closure. Some shoes don't and then the strap pops loose. The design on top of the shoe and on the heel give it an up dated look.

Excellent. Very comfortable for walking to work. As a bonus, I sometimes wear them all day long. Comfortable enough not to need socks or stockings. This is my second pair. The first lasted at least three years.

the size is good. Feels narrow on the top of the shoe.

Love these but they run 1:2 size too big.

I was delighted that the narrow in the Petra fit, BUT was disappointed that the inside sole was not removable and the support was minimal. Am going to have to return them.

love the cute cut outs and the stylish mary jane format but the strap over my arch is too short and there is not an adjustable option So while the shoe bed fits my foot - the strap doesn't and it looks weird & isn't a strong a connection and difficult to wear (It's a hook & loop connection - the button detail is decorative)

These shoes are fine. I do have bunions starting, so I wouldn’t wear these to do a lot of walking as they fit snugly. I only wear them for “dress up”, and I’m not highly mobile, so ok for me. The strap barely reaches across, but it does.

2 1/2years ago I bought the Pearl in almond and black in a 7. I wanted more now but they don’t have that style. I also decided to get 1/2 size larger. Well Petra runs short and tight compared to Pearl even though they are very similar. I had to bump up to an 8 and they look biggish on my feet. Online the brown looks more like my old almond color but they aren’t - they are pecan brown. But I’ve worn the old ones so much that I will keep these anyway. I will have to unfasten the strap to put on which is disappointing. I liked that the Pearl didn’t require use my hands.

These shoes fit well, provide good support, and accomodate my orthotics (in other words, they are pretty much perfect). However, the Velcro on one of them has already come unstitched from the strap, after about six months' of use. I think I can fix it with superglue, fortunately.

These were pretty comfortable from the start. I'm not sure whether I would wear them for a full day of walking but I'll see after wearing them for a few more days. They're attractive and the Mary Jane strap fits me well.

This is the second pair of the exact shoe I bought at least 4 years ago. They are a nice width - I took a W - and maybe not the most attractive shoe they are easy to walk in and a great shoe for work. I ordered another pair as the Velcro gave out and the heel was worn.

One shoe was defective. The stitching where the lining and the outer shoe meets was sloppy on one shoe and that same shoe had a scratch/light tear at the heel lining. Super comfy, so I will be exchanging for a new pair. These are a nice true brown color. Overall rating 4 star due to defect.

Would have been perfect except two wide in the heel.

They were okay but the SAS shoe was a whole lot better and, of course, more ecpensive.

I’ve had a pair of Petra’s in black and brown for over ten years — my go-to shoe for almost any occasion. I recently noticed that the black pair was getting worn and the leather was cracking so I just ordered a new pair and started wearing them right away. Unfortunately, I discovered within a few minutes of outdoors walking that they have changed the last and the heel is much wider than it used to be! It just slipped all around. Since I have worn them outdoors (counting on them being the same shoe) I now can’t return them. I’m really bummed.

This show is listed and reviewed as having great arch support. It has practically none. Other than that the show seems great but arch support is what I bought them for.

Although these were attractive, they felt like they had no arch support at all. Disappointing.

These shoes were a bit too "shiny" for me. Also, they cut in a bit on the top of my foot past my toes. I knew that would become a problem so had to return them. Wish they would have worked.

This has a weird arch that is too long and extended to toe. It felt like a blister potential plus the heel tab rubs. Shame too, as they're really cute.

Strap across foot too short, would not fasten at all. Shoe might work better if it had some adjustment to it.

Bothered my bone above big toe. Very disappointed in shoe, not soft leather, lining not leather anymore and soles are horrible! I read they were no longer rubber, but didn’t expect to be hard as a brick. Not comfortable to walk on at all.

For the money, completely dissatisfied. The arch support is almost non-existent. The strap is not long enough. I am a 71/2, medium width. I ordered size 8, medium. After trying to adjust to them for 2 days, too long to send back, I have put them in the back of the closet, never to be worn again. My feet are so painful, I can barely walk. Sorry purchase for someone who needs arch support.
