They are a perfect fit! I was nicely surprised, because I’ve had reconstructive surgery on both of my feet and it’s very hard for me to find shoes or boots that are a perfect fit!! I definitely recommend these boots!

Beautiful boot! The leather is much softer than any other Doc that I've worn before. They are heavy and don't offer much support through the ankle, but they look good and feel good!

Great & stylish Doc Martens! Leather is soft so there's not much painful "break-in" period. Love the option to wear up or down. Super cute with the ribbon laces. I'm usually an 8 in Vans and ordered a size down. Get these.. sometimes they go on sale!

I live and work in Afghanistan and my feet were hurting all the time. The terrain is rough and I couldn't find a shoe that didn't hurt. I ordered these as I remembered someone telling me Dr. Martens was a really good product. I read the reviews and ordered one size smaller and was really worried they would be too small. Imagine my surprise when I put them on and they fit. I've been wearing them for three days now all day and my feet do not hurt at all. I love these boots. Will be trying some of the other ones.

Love these boots!!! Super cute and very comfy. It felt true to size and the leather is soft and doesn't feel heavy at all.

I absolutely LOVE these boots. Most comfortable boots I've ever worn, these are my second pair of Dr. Tons of compliments, I wear them with the ribbon ties, makes them a little edgier. I work in a men's hair salon, so I get plenty of opportunities to showcase them with leggings, tunics and dresses.

Dr. Martens makes quality products, and this one is no different. This boot is constructed very well, and the leather is very soft. Great boot, great investment. These will last forever.

I read the reviews and saw these run big so I ordered a 7, which still has room, I'll wear thicker socks. I'm normally a 7 1/2. Super comfortable! I've bought several pairs of boots this year and I've spent more money than these cost. These are by far my favorite pair of boots! I like them so much, I may order another pair. One pair for work and one for dressing up. These are a lot like a combat boot or police boot in style and looks.

Love these!! I'm a size 11 1/2, but these do run large so the 11s are just fine. These are a lot lighter than unisex Dr. Martens, but still seem very sturdy. The fact that you can fold them down is a nice option, although I can't figure out how to use the D-ring - the leather tab is way too short for that! I do wish they came with yellow stitching though.

I ordered one size smaller based on other reviews and it fits perfectly. I know if I ordered my size it would have been too big. I love these boots! These are my first Dr. Martens and when I pulled them out of the box my first thought was "bulky" but I tried them on and love them. They're very comfortable aside from the leather being a little stiff which is because its new you just have to break them in. Also the "D" ring on the back is attached with some glue that I noticed seems like it won't last long so that's my only problem with it. I feel like for the price that shouldn't happen. Overall, I love these boots.

My first pair of Dr. Martens and they're amazing! These boots are so comfortable. Love how versatile they are as well. Had no problems breaking them in and they go with so many outfits. Loved the black pair so much I purchased the brown as well. Great quality boot!

These run a little big, I sent them back and went smaller (I am a true 8.5 on my right foot only, so yeah) went with UK 5 / US 7. They are wonderful and I am stoked. Thanks Zappos for your awesome try/return policy. Its why I keep coming back

I LOVE these boots. This is my second pair of Doc Martens boots. The first ones I had for 16 years and just had to retire them. It took me several years to find the replacement Docs. These are them. I haven't tried the laces that also come with he boots, but I love the boots both laced all the way up as well as turned down and hooked. The boots are hard and feminine. They are perfect. They run big. I am a solid 8.5 and I followed the other review and bought a size down. The size 8 fit perfectly with room for longer, thicker socks. I hope they still make them like they used to so that I can enjoy these for another 16 years. LOVE.

Absolutely in love with these boots. They are soft and comfortable. They are so stylish and super cute. I wear them with anything. I am usually a 8 1/2. I purchased the 8 and they fit perfectly. I usually wear arch pads (strutz) and the added padding is a bonus.

Just want to say these are the best boots I've ever owned!I kept buying cheaper versions when I should have just bought this one to start.I wanted a pair of Dr. Martens when I was a teenager and never could afford them, so now that they are back in style I was thrilled. So comfortable! I think they look great! My only advice is go down a half of size. I'm normally a true 9.5 and I bought a 9 and they fit beautifully.

The leather is beautiful, I still loved my old Triumph 1914 but I wore it out, got a hole the toe :(. But these are comfortable out of the box and roomy, I'm very happy with the purchase.

I finally wore out my current black boots after 10+ years and was in the market for new ones that will last just as long... I ordered these and the 1460W's because I wasn't sure which ones I'd like and SCORE... I liked the fit of both.. and they were both comfortable.. I just liked the style of these a bit more.. I need a good size toe box so I can wiggle my toes and these score there as well. They run a bit big but I ordered my normal size as I wanted room to wear heavy socks.. but consider ordering down a half size. I have very high arches, supinate (underpronate) and am prone to plantar fasciitis so fit, comfort without sacrificing style are big on my list. The sole is rigid as expected but it has great built in support so not comfort is sacrificed. The leather is soft and there is no breaking in needed. Also, the tab on the back is there when you need it but tucks into a little band when you don't so it's not distracting. I like that. I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

I put these on and hated to take off! They are so comfortable! I felt like I was wearing sneakers! Unfortunately I did not like the wide toe look. My foot is already too big for my size and this just added to it. Sadly I am sending them back. I will try the Ariat: Heritage III Paddock Lace instead. Fingers crossed!

Needed some stylish and durable boots for some travel this past winter. Was a little nervous of docs being too stiff from my last pair in the mid 90s, but these were amazing! Soft leather, good padding, and so far completely durable. A zipper would make them easier to get on and off but It's not really a problem to have to lace them. Super glad I got them, highly recommended.

Love my Aimilita's. I wear them when riding motorcycles, hiking, for a grungy look,to class.. These are my go-to's. And when they finally get too scruffy looking, I will solely use them for hiking and camping. *Solely, haha, get it? My only suggestion is to get them a half size or whole size smaller than what you actually need. Mine are a bit big. Warning, these shoes are no longer made in England. Doc's has sadly moved its business overseas.

Love! Love, love, love them! A little wide, a little large but I have two different sized feet and I've learned how I have to wear my Docs (extra sock on one foot). Since Docs don't come in half-sizes I've learned how to adapt. The fact that I have wide feet helps. I also have a super high instep though, and boots can sometimes be an issue for me. These seem to be built for my high instep. Super light weight. My only issue is that the black has a distinct green tint to it. Not enough for me to send them back. I figure when I'm wearing them in low-light, no one is going to be able to tell and as I intend to polish them with black polish, over time the green will diminish.
