I have an old pair of NF ski pants that I have loved for ten years. They sadly were torn last year and I tried these as a replacement but the sizing is different. The old ones were a mens medium and they fit me perfectly. I ordered another mens medium and they fall off me. I am a 6' tall women so I generally order mens for length. I'm going to try again with a small. As far as the actual pants I never wore them outside so I can't comment, but they seem par for the course for North Face, which is very good quality.

Wanted some new snowboarding pants for the much needed new snow in Tahoe right now! Pants arrived timely, look great and function perfectly. I can always count on North Face products to keep me stylish and warm!

Very good light pants for snow. I have personally used them in high altitude mountaineering, snow and ice climbing. Pockets are good enough for small useful gear and snacks. Fabric lasts and endures hard use.

It's a solid material that would survive its scuffs and scratch as you tumble over snow many times. However, I do hope they make just slightly more slimmer pants, since I don't need to wear boots that fill in all of the pant's bell bottom. waist fit and length is good. I'm 5'10, 150ib and I wear size small-short.

I recently purchased the Men's Freedom ski pants for my spring break ski trip to Durango Colorado. Overall the product preformed well, kept me warm and dry! The price kind of hurt a little but the pants are still a quality product!

Comfortable but def need solid base layer and mid if using in temps below 20s. I dont like the camo pattern compared to the old style and the old style had a better look and fit with ski boots.

Typical high-quality construction. They seem like a good light option for dry conditions. I unintentionally put them to the test fresh out of the bag (no wash) during a two-hour lesson in light/medium rain. They soaked through quickly and had no water repellency.

Not the quality I was expecting for the price. This is my 3rd pair over 5 years and the Insulation is no where near what I am used to.

I wanted something with a bit more insulation. It was comfortable and fit all right; the color wasn't really 'me' but it was okay. But it just isn't as warm as I needed.

I ordered a size large and they were a little snug so I returned them. The overall construction of the pants was solid. I also prefer side zippers on the pant legs for ease of getting boots on and off.

The style and fit were great but the color is far from red (bought the Brick House Red). It's a very rusty, orange color. I have looked for a long time trying to find the perfect red ski pants and these are not it. These will sadly be returned.

Very good construction, but these are way too baggy for me. I'm 5'11", 160 lbs, 32 waist. I got a medium and they fit around the waist with the Velcro adjustments, but the legs were too baggy for me. I don't have huge legs, and they felt like they were swimming in the extra fabric. They looked like nice, well-constructed pants, but the style wasn't for me so I returned them no problem. Ended up going with a pair of Volcom pants.

Really excited to get these, however, as the title suggests they run small. I ordered Large regular because I typically wear a size 32-33" waist.we these suckers are a bit tight. They'll still work out okay but they are small. Just got to no buttonnthem and let the Velcro do the work lol. I got the lighter blue ones, they are sick looking

Bought these specifically to go with Thermoball Snow triclimate in high rise grey. Colors are different. These pants are more of a flat, muted grey (unlike the picture), whereas the thermoball is brighter, shine over almost white (just like the picture).

I ordered these pants in navy expecting they would come with a black cargo pocket as pictured. They came all navy with no black accents. Called customer service and they think its a misprint on the website and all the freedom pants are solid colors w/o the black accents shown online.

Very nice pants but the medium fit perfect except the waist was too tight and the large size was huge and baggy. Too bad I really liked the feel and features of the pants, they just did not fit me. Returned item

I never used it, because as soon as I wore it, I realized it's as boxy looking as any $35 product. Nice construction and pockets etc. But the cut is way too roomy for 2016.
