Boots are super cute, I like the small detail on the rubber. My issue is that they are pretty bulky, i'll pry loose a few lbs trudging around town in them. However i've never had a problem with my feet being different sizes so I know thats not the case, but my toes get smashed only on one foot. Not from the width, the width is fine. Only in the left boot my toes are smashed down! Thats the part where the rubber is. It seems one boot fits totally different than the other boot. Completely defective, huge huge obvious difference. Since they wont email me a free postage return label I guess I get to drive 45 minutes to the nearest NorthFace just to exchange this crazy left boot!

These boot are so stiff and uncomfortable! They make walking difficult and driving nearly impossible! They are very cute and stylish..not quite plum more grey in color. My old Northface black nuptse boots were comfortable and soft from day one. I don't think these will ever break in, so unfortunately I am returning them.

These are so cute but after a short walk I had sores above my ankles on both feet. I was hoping to use these for my mile walk to work in Colorado, but I guess I'm stuck with them and will have to also buy another pair. Very disappointing.

I purchased these boots given the company description of warmth during cold winters. While they are good looking, I found that temperatures in the mid-30's or below left my feet very cold. I would not recommend them for winter.

Wore these boots for about 5 hours, part of that time driving. Put them on the next morning and heard a POP when I pulled on the laces to tighten them, the entire seem between the top and the rubber came apart. They also were not very warm. I will be returning them.

First time I used these. In the middle of Iceland. And the whole shoe came apart as soon as I pulled the she laces to tighten. Terrible quality and I'm seeing several others with the same issue under the reviews.

Such a cute boot, but disappointed in the quality for the price and brand. I bought mine maybe 3 yrs ago wearing them occasionally during the winter. They were comfortable but didn't keep my feet warm even when I doubled up on socks. Now where the rubber meets fabric has separated. I have no idea how that could have happened.

I love the look of this boot! I have the 2017 style that I purchased in 2018. I have not worn these boots very often being a winter boot and where I live does not call for wearing them all the time in winter. They look brand new still except for the two holes in them - one where the fabric meets the rubber - and the second in the rubber by the big toe. I thought spending more money on a winter boot they would last longer. Usually my cheap boots last 5 seasons - these didn't even come close. Beware of the company's warranty. They only back their product for 60 days. The company says they have a one year warranty on manufacturers defects - but it is not from the time of your purchase - it is one year from when they made the boot. The lifetime warranty DOES NOT apply. I used to work in retail. I couldn't stand customers coming in and demanding they have things replaced that they wore out from use. When my last boots from SoftMoc wore out - I did not attempt to get the product replaced because they lasted for a sufficient amount of time. I cannot say this about the North Face boot. I did read some bad reviews on this boot before I purchased them, but ignored them because there were more good reviews. I am thinking the good reviews were only for the look of the boot which I do give 5 stars. The durability though - I would give 0 stars if I could. I will be wearing these now with duct tape to keep the snow out.

These boots do LOOK great, however I find them to be VERY cold if snow even barely touches them. In addition, my size 11 feet made them odd and gappy where the lower part of the shoe meets to upper. It's obvious they just made the lower portion longer, which makes it then as wide as it is tall, making it looks quite odd. Still, I got these on the day of a snowstorm, and my old, toasty warm Merrell snow boots that I have had for 8 years are now too small and hurt as my feet went from 10 to 11 over the years. As it was these boots or a broken toe, I chose these boots. They are well made yet also consider how difficult getting on taller lace up boots are with no boot loop to hang one to. I scratched my hand trying to get these on this morning. I had limited funds this year yet needed warm boots that won't damage my feet. I'll save and go with Merrell again next year.

I bought these boots 4 years ago and used them for 3 winters. I have other boots so they were not used all the time. This winter the heel split on one of them and the leather top pulled away from the rubber bottom. My understanding was that there is a lifetime warranty on NF products but was dismayed to hear this did not apply to footwear even though there is nothing obvious on the website indicating this exclusion. Very shoddy workmanship and misleading warranty. Not happy.

I was so disappointed in these boots. Not once were my feet every warm....I had to shove the "hot pockets" in there to try to stay warm. They fit very snug around the feet and difficult to get on and off. As with other reviews, both boots split at the back where the rubber meets the fabric. They didn't even last one full season.

I was very disappointed in the quality of these boots. This is my second winter with them and Now both boots leak. One of them, the seam let go and water gets in and the other boot, the rubber cracked and water gets in. Both are on the side of the boot near the sole so it makes it impossible to wear them in the snow or slush. So disappointed in the quality, especially after paying over $200 for these boots.

I would not recommend buying these boots. They are supposed to be completely waterproof and are not at al. My feet are always wet. They are not warm they might as well be rain boots. The inside padding on the boot is shaped a certain way and after a few wears the cushioning moves around and causes issues. They look like they are 10 years old and I have barley even worn them. Also I wouldn't recommend Northface overall because they claim they have a great warranty but expect you to pay to ship it to them and if they don't cover the item you get to pay for the repairs. Also their customer service staff is rude and has no intention of helping.

Had high expectations for this boots, wore them to a football game where it was 40 degrees & my feet were freezing after about 30 minutes. Will be returning and trying something new. Very disappointed!

I bought these to walk to and from school in the winter in Connecticut. Within two weeks of purchasing the soles of both shoes had started to detach at the back heel, and now every time I wear them in the snow or rain they immediately fill with water. Extremely disappointed, I expected better for the price.

I bought this shoe thinking it would be warmer than my Uggs. Absolutely not!!! After 10 to 15 minutes my toes were freezing. It felt like I standing on the bare ground in my socks. The temperature was about 30 degrees and i felt all of the cold. I expected better from this shoe. I took them right back to the store! That was my first North Face product and I will not buy another.

I purchased these boots just two seasons ago. I’ve worn them maybe 5 or 6 times each season. I put them on this season and they felt weird but I didn't think anything about it until I went to take them off. As I slipped them off I noticed the backs of both boots are completely separating. The rubber material is separating from the leather material. These boots look so cute on but I can't believe the poor quality, these are North Face boots and should not fall apart so easily or quickly. This is my very last North Face purchase.
I'd also recommend:
Look at the LL Bean Boots. I have had them for 6 years with ZERO problems.

These boot shop are terrible quality! I have had them for less than two years and the rubber part of the boot is completely detaching from the upper. I have worn them minimally and have not done anything more than walk in the snow with them (no shoveling or snow activity of any kind). Apparently their warranty only Lasts for one year, which is unacceptable. I will never purchase north face items again. The quality is not equal to the cost.
