comfortable footbed but the toe box was bigger than a normal medium width that I'm used to. I'm sorry to return them. They're very cute but my forefoot flopped around. It's not the shoe's fault.

Cute shoe, but I don't have high arches and the velco strap didn't fit across my foot. They seemed to run a bit small and narrow. Hence, back to Zappos they go.. Love Zappos though!

These shoes were super comfortable right out of the box. As others have noted, the toe area is very wide (almost like Dansko clogs). I ended up returning the shoes because I wasn't happy with how they looked. The wide forefront combined with my large feet made them look a bit like clown shoes. Also, it wasn't clear to me from the photos, but the straps across the top are reflective silver/white. This made them a little *too* athletic looking for me.

Had to return these since the strap was too short. Bummed since they were very comfortable everywhere else with great arch support.

Great looking but runs wide and large. I liked them and so put thick inserts to help them fit true to size as I needed them for a trip right away.

I love the look of these shoes, but they are very narrow, and I have wide feet. I couldn't get the velcro anywhere near to connect.. it was over an inch away. Sadly, these are going back.

I had high hopes for these shoes. They have good arch support and a nice thick sole. My first day wearing them out, however, I took a 30 minute walk at lunchtime and developed a blister on the back of my heel. It is from rubbing caused by a seam on the inside heel of the shoe. Even wearing peds didn't help. I won't be wearing these much if at all.

I love the color of these shoes. But I am a size 7½ unless a style comes in whole sizes only. These shoes feel big. In addition I am not crazy about the front of the shoe. The shallow round style in my opinion is not flattering to my feet.

Love this shoe, fits great and is comfy, but please Dansko could you add another 1/4 -1/2 inch to the strap? I have a high instep and the strap will not stay closed! The next size up, the shoe is too big/long.

I like the look of this shoe and the foot bed felt comfortable. The problem for me is the velcro attached strap. I have a high instep and the strap did not go all the way across the top of my foot. If they had just made it a little longer, it would have been fine. Seems like manufacturers skimp a lot on materials these days. :( Sadly, I must return these.

The footbed on this shoe is very comfortable, but the fabric is very shiny, almost sparkly in the sunlight. I would rather the more muted color of the photo.

Great shoe but my big toe is a bit cramped on each foot. It feels like they'll stretch out. Otherwise, I'm pleased.

This could be an amazing shoe, but if you have a decent arch, the velcro will not stay attached. I even brought this shoe to the shoemaker to put on a stronger velcro. I finally had to give up. It's a shame because it is super cute and comfy, as long as you don't care if the strap is tied.

I have lots of Dansko brand shoes and ordered the same size as usual. The fit feels fine in terms of width and length. I was hoping for a solid, summertime walking shoe that I could wear right out of the box without socks. But the outside of the edge hits just under the round bony knob on the outside of my ankles, and within 5 minutes, it was scraped and bleeding. My foot isn't bulging out in any way -- it's just that outer seam hits in precisely the wrong spot. I'm hoping that if I wear it with socks for awhile, the edge will soften and I can try again. They are super cute, love the strap and open top for warm weather, and so I'm disappointed that the chafing keeps me from wearing them.

Shoes were cute but tight and short. I usually wear a size 9 and the tips of my toes were touching in these.

Size 42 is closer to an 11 1/2 than 12. Also, the strap is difficult to velcro if you have high arches as other customers have noted. Unfortunately, I had to return.

The description says this shoe is made with anti microbial material for odor free wear but after just a few wears they became filled with foot odor. I have a pair of Toms that didn't have such claims and lasted much longer with less smell. I wouldn't waste your money on these. Dansko makes some awesome shoes but these fell short. Zappos is awesome as usual, however!

Too short, not true to size. Nice look, but too bad it doesn't work.

Nice looking shoe, but not ideal for orthotics. There isn't enough room for your foot in there with an orthotic.

Looked cute... didn't feel cute. I found them uncomfortable around my ankles. I bought and wore them for an International trip with the goal to have a closed toe shoe that looked good with skirts and pants. Fine on looks, decent on arch support. Adjustable strap was good for size. Cut too high around my heal and rubbed on my ankles.

Did not accommodate my bunion (gapped).

This shoe was so comfortable and I was so happy that I had found a good looking shoe to walk long distances in while traveling. Unfortunately the Velcro strap didn't last long. Within a few weeks of wearing it the bottom Velcro piece tore right off as I was taking off the shoe. Zappos was fantastic about letting me return it. I decided not to try again. I'm just not sure the Velcro will hold.

I wear Dansko clogs. When I first tried their clogs it was "Where have you been all my life?". I've tried other styles from time to time with mixed results. I ordered the Hazel in taupe. I like the color as it goes with everything. I do agree that the strap is short, but it has stretched somewhat, so not a big deal. However, I am totally let down by the comfort level of these shoes. There is minimal arch support and I feel like I could get the same support in a cheaper shoe. My feet hurt if I stand longer than about 15 minutes due to lack of support and the thinness of the footbed. I regret the purchase. I didn't expect such an average shoe from Dansko.

You know, I love Dansko. However, I have a problem with their maryjane style of shoe -- they are either too big or too small. I bought these in 39 and they were too loose; sent them back and got the 38. My toe hit the front of the shoe. It's a shame because I really wanted these shoes!

These were a bit stiff, the strap was a bit too short, and the bottom tapped on the floor loudly. They worked with my orthotics well and the size was my normal Dansko size. I tried them on with black socks which contrasted with the light gray straps in a bad way. Overall I thought they were uncomfortable and returned them.
