shoe was very snug (narrow) and the sole was very hard. cute looking but not at all comfortable.

I really loved the shoes but only one shoe had a comfortable fit. The left one rubbed on the top of my foot against the bone while the other shoe was very comfortable. These were expensive shoes so I would suggest be very thorough in trying them on since you can’t return them if you try and break them in. I might try contacting the manufacturer to see what can be done. Sorry Zappos not too happy with your return policy!

So narrow I could hardly put my foot into the shoe, the so-called soft echoes seven Felta hard as a rock. Painful to even put them on terrible , show Echo.

Horrible fit, and I wear a lot of Echo shoes, booties, and sandals. Material was hard, way too narrow, length was ok.. Fit like a narrow.

I take a 12 B women’s. I have an older ECCO sandal that I love in an 11. This is supposed to be the equivalent to a 12-12.5. Not for me. I cannot comment on arch support or comfort. I can’t get my foot in.

Not for anyone with a moderately wide foot

I thought these looked cool, but they were very stiff and had an odd fit - too wide at the opening, no matter how tight the laces (and I do not have a narrow foot.) I wanted to like them but unfortunately they are going back.

Shoes were very stiff and unyielding. MY other is still very supple and comfortable. what a disappointment!

The stitching on the sides of the shoes near the ties was very rough it was painful trying to wear

Way too small ...I am a true 8.5 and I couldn't even get my foot wedged in there. Very uncomfortable too. Sorry to report ... I keep looking for ultimate white sneaker. but this one isn't it.

There is no "cushion" in this shoe. If you need "soft," don't get these. It is probably a great shoe for some people, but not those with slender feet.

Like the look but really don't like the oversize laces - white no less. and no support

The shoe was too tight and kinda short. Do not like the seam on toe bed.

Interior stitching made the shoe uncomfortable

These feel great but make my feet SO HOT.

Runs small - ordered up a size and still rubbed my big toes. Very disappointing because I like the way they look. Had to return.

Nice looking shoe but it wound up cutting the back of my ankle to the point where I could not wear any shoes except my Birkenstocks. really disappointed and am out a nice amount of dollars as I can't return since they were worn albeit only once.

Heel slipped right out of these. I did not see this as an issue in other reviews. I tried two different sock styles to see if that was the problem, but unfortunately, it was not. Returned for Ugg’s sneaker.

The shoe size was longer than the exact same shoe (except color) that I purchased a few years ago. I noticed that the first shoes were made in Slovakia whereas this pair was made in Indonesia, but not sure if that makes a difference.

These are definitely more brown/bronze than gray.

These shoes look snazzy, and I thought they'd be great for knocking about without looking dumpy. Problem is, something about the sole, or arch sent the soles of my feet into spasms after only half an hour in the house. So I tried again the next day. That time I couldn't get my foot into the shoe (the ol' point-your-toe thing) without triggering a spasm. Seems it's the cut of the shoe and my particular finicky feet. Another thing: These shoes are lined with slippery leather. Some people like that. For me, it means my feet (with socks, probably without them, too) slide all over the place. I hate that. When something's not for you, everything seems to go wonky...

I WAS an Ecco Soft 7 loyalist until they disappointingly took away the very reason one would pay full price for this shoe, the cushion. My old ones are more generously cushioned at the ball of the foot....this is the second time I’ve ordered and they both go back. This is nothing more than an overpriced fashion sneaker and not even worth the half price I paid. Ecco, did you think your loyalists wouldn’t notice you cut costs to gouge the customer? Bye bye Soft 7.
