This shoe is really cute. Great color and beautiful leather. However, walking in these is a whole other ballgame. They hurt! The pads of the foot have no cushioning and it feels like you're walking directly on the pavement/floor. They also squeeze a bit on a wide foot. I guess if they were worn with cushioned socks or an insole was added, they'd be ok.

Isn’t anyone else noticing the seam on the top of the inside near the back heel? I have tried 3 pairs from Zappos, and one from the ECCO store and they all have that seam. Some were oversewn and some were flat and just put together but just walking around on the rug left a red mark. Any suggestions?

Very narrow and I do not have a wide foot. Clarks, Earth, Softwalk, etc always fit me no problem and these shoes were way too narrow. They are going back. Beautiful sneaker though!

These were nice looking sneakers but I had to send them back. They were just too small for my size 12+ foot, even though they say their 43 is equivalent to 12-12.5. Guess I'll just need to check out the men's sizes instead.

So disappointed! I wear Ecco golf shoes and have several...all in size 6-61/2. This was my first time trying the style called their "soft sneaker". My usual size was entirely too tight so must be returned. I have to order a size up and unfortunately they are't available in the color that I want. They are really cute casual shoes and very well made. Too bad Ecco sizing is not uniform through out.

Super-cute shoe but really tight. My feet are average width and these are uncomfortably snug. Felt a good size too small as well. Too bad because they are nice looking, but had to return.

The leather was not high quality, though the shoe was comfortable and pattern cute. Expect more substantial leather given the price.

I don't know why they would call this "soft sneaker"; the material is stiff and doesn't stretch and the leather laces make it hard to adjust the shoe to try on. I could barely get my foot into the shoe. However, once I did put the shoe on, it felt unfinished inside, I could feel the seams, and the shoe felt prickly on my foot. Additionally, there is a huge seam where my big toe meets the foot, so every step is painful. I had sized up because I am usually an 8.5-9, so I went 9-9.5 and there is no way this is a size 9 or higher.

I bought these to replace an older pair of ECCO Soft 7 sneakers in the "same" style. The new ones were not made from soft leather, and felt stiff. The color was also off and the laces were stiff. Not at all like the ones I've had for years. Too bad, they are my favorite sneakers. Well keep looking.

Shoes very stiff and don’t flex. I have 6 other pair of Ecco shoes and this is a first. Love the color.

I have 10 pairs of the Ecco Soft 7 Sneaker and the past 2 that I ordered I had to send back because they are being made narrower. Cannot wear them. The material was stiff and uncomfortable; actually they hurt. So sad because these are a nice non-clunky sneaker.

There were black marks on the left shoe when they arrived.

This shoe is lovely. It is just too small for my foot. I thought the 11-11.5 European sizing would give me more room. It does not. It feels like a straight 11M. I will likely buy a bigger size.

I really like the style. However, the shoes were stiff and unforgiving.

I ordered these in white - I have a pair in black that feel just fine. The leather is not stiff. They look stylish. This white pair felt very stiff and uncomfortable on my feet. I also ordered some white leather Keds and I think I will keep those. Leather is much softer - insole could be better thus wanting to get another Ecco pair.

This shoe was disappointing! I had a pr. of the Ecco Soft 7 from several years ago and this one is so different. The leather was stiffer, the design of the shoe was different and not as attractive and the comfort just was not the same. I was so anxious to get these shoes for a trip and now I am so disappointed.

As soon as I took them out of the box, I knew they would not be comfortable. Very stiff material. Cut was not up to the top of the foot so hit wrong. So uncomfortable that I only tried one on. I'll try another brand!

These are hard, stiff, and tight - and I have narrow feet. My other Soft 7's are very comfortable in the same size.

I don't know what to think! For the price of this shoe--Ecco has really gone down as far as material and support--very cheaply made

I purchased these shoes to support my plantar fasciitis on a recommendation of a friend. I was disappointed that they are listed as 9-91/2. They are too big, and slide on my heel, which makes them impossible to wear.

Heel was too wide. Not enough rubber on sole to be comfortable. Scratchy interior in the toe area of worn without tights or socks. Nice rounded toe. Great style.

I have multiple colors of the Soft 7 Sneaker and live in these shoes. I ordered the same size and the entire shoe is too big. The white shoes had the same problem. I will look for sneakers from another vendor.

These are not what I am used to from Ecco. The entire shoe was rigid. I think the shoelaces are made of plastic.
