I bought these thinking the color would be a nice nude, but it’s actually a pearly tan, which was not what I was looking for. I couldn’t tell that from the pictures online. The extra-wide was also not extra wide, it fit like a basic wide. Very cute overall, though.

Loved the shoe but Naturalizer does not really make a true WW fit. They were too narrow in the front.

I read all the great reviews and was so excited to get these. Most reviews said very comfortable with soft leather. Well, my experience was very different, almost like it wasn't the same shoe. The leather was very stiff and my toes hurt and burned. The heel was too wide. Overall I found the show very uncomfortable even just trying them on for a minute. Needless to say they are being returned.

color is a bronzy brown, tighter in the toe box.

Really wanted to love this shoe: color, style, perfect for the mother of the groom. But when I walked around in them they actually flopped off my heel. Narrow toe box, really wide heel. Back to the drawing board.

Leather ripped the first time I wore them.

I ordered the "black shiny" on 4/8/2017 and it arrived on 4/9/2017. Thank you Zappos for your excellent delivery. These shoes are very attractive and provides good coverage for the feet. However, I find at least this pair of shoes to be uncomfortable. The first time I'd worn it about four hours and they were uncomfortable. Well I'd assumed that given it was the very first time for me wearing the shoes, that I would experience some discomfort. However, I decided to wear this pair of shoes again (about two weeks after I'd worn it the first time) and I feel that it was even more uncomfortable than the first time I'd worn it. Maybe it is just my feet, but I was disappointed with this purchase.

This shoe is amazingly comfortable and good looking. However, the "navy" is a weird color. It's a little on the green side. When i tried it on with classic navy pants, the shoes looked almost neon. Going to have to return and search for a more classic navy color shoe.

Wanted to like but hit toe area wrong.

So disappointed. Naturalizer shoes are usually very comfortable. Not this one. Very pinchy in the toes and increased pressure under and across the toe box. Feels 1/2-1 size too small. I really like the color and style for the shoe!

The shoes fits great but there is an air gap between my foot and the insole of the shoe which causes my feet to sound like they are farting. Very unattractive quality in shoe.

I was disappointed with these pumps. I wore them once and they were too narrow. The heel was padded nicely but the pressure on the inside of my toes made them too uncomfortable to wear. I will be sending them back.

I really wanted to be able to wear these shoes, but they were too narrow, even with a wide fit purchased. They look very nice and would have been perfect for a wedding I attended, but unfortunately I had to return them.

I have owned these shoes twice before (black and blue). I trashed my last pair. I received new ones from Zappos and was so sad to find that the heel on one shoe was not centered correctly and the patten leather was all bunchy on one side. Zappos was great and sent out a new pair, which also had a defective shoe. Luckily it was the opposite side, so I was able to make one complete pair from the two. Not a Zappos problem, but it seems like Naturalizer has some quality control issues. Otherwise, these are comfortable right out of the box and not too dowdy- great for work!

I ordered the 8.5 wide, and it wasn't very wide. Didn't work for me.

This shoe was very narrow for my feet. I do have bunions, but I normally wear a regular width and just don't buy shoes that are narrow in the toe. Someone else had mentioned on their review having bunions and it worked for them so I hoped it would work for me. I couldn't even get the shoe ON! That's pretty narrow. Also, I don't really care for rounded shoes at the toe and this one was more rounded than I realized so I don't think the style was as nice.

I can't really say if this shoe is comfortable because I couldn't get my foot into it. I have bunions and I ordered based on someone else saying they fit with their bunions. I guess mine are worse because the front of the shoe was too tight to wear. I wasn't too impressed with the style either. The toe is rounder than I realized and I do not care for that look. I don't normally order shoes online and now I remember why. At least Zappos makes it easy to return.

I agree with the other commenters. I normally wear Naturalizer Lennox pumps in an 8 wide. The styling of the Michelle is similar to the Lennox which I cannot find in a wide anymore, I figured the Michelle was the Lennox replacement. These are perfect BUT the 8 wide was too snug in the width, so I ordered 8.5 extra wide because they didn't have an 8 in extra wide available. 8.5 extra wide was the correct width but too long. So now I have 0 because I cannot find an 8 extra wide which in this is equivalent to an 8 wide in the Lennox pumps because there is no stock on any site.

This is stylish shoe. I wear a 7M and I could not get my foot into the shoe. The should felt like a 6M. I had to return.
