Most comfortable heel I've ever owned (& I do not wear heels regularly) - purchased this in nude first and after it felt so great, went back and bought the black.

I seldom wear heals, but thought I give these a try. Glad I did! My feet are a little tired after having them on all day, but for the most part the are a 10!

For patent leather heels, these are doable in terms of comfort. Bought them for my pregnant sister for New Years, and I think the sturdy heel was key. They look really stylish, nothing over the top, just classy black dress shoes. Naturalizer is a good bet every time.

Very sturdy, comfortable fit on this classic pump. the navy color did not match any of my navy clothing items, so that's the only reason for the return

Love the style of this shoe. Fit not as comfy as some other comfort heels I have purchased, but since they are quality leather I took them to a shoe shop for stretching in a few places in the toe box. Added some FootPetals - and they are my new fave pump. I have a very narrow heel and most pumps simply slip off, leaving me restricted to Mary-Jane style shoes. This shoe does not slip off my heel. Finally....

I love these pumps. They ran true to size for me. A great classic pump. I have a narrow foot and the 9.5 N is the perfect fit. Doesn't slip off my heel, something ever other pump I tried did. Overall very pleased.

I love these shoes! Unfortunately, they did not fit. I ordered my size, 5.5 (medium) but they were loose and I walked out of them. I re-ordered in a size 5 but they were too tight. I think if a size 5.5 narrow had been available, they would have been perfect. I will be searching the internet for these same shoes.

These were a nice looking and seemingly comfortable shoe. I followed the chart and got 7.5 but they were just too big. I think a 7 would have been fine. My heel kept slipping out of the shoe. Will have to return.

It appears either square or pointed toe would make this shoe more stylish.

For a relatively high heel had very good arch support. The 1/2 inch platform gives this shoe a comfortable elevation. Lovely neutral shade. Have decided I prefer a more pointed toe. For those who like a slightly rounded toe, this is an excellent choice.

These fit, and to be honest, I was on the fence. But they rubbed just a little bit near the ankles, and were a teensy bit too tight in the toe box. Maybe with enough time and wear they would have broken in, but I decided to return them. I got them in the metallic color and they are fancy enough to wear to an event, but also not so sparkly you can't wear them with slacks or a skirt to work -- it's a really subdued metallic.

These are nice looking pumps. If you regularly wear pumps I wouldn't hesitate giving them a try. I ordered an 11WW and when I received the order one shoe was marked ww and the other was marked w. If it didn't take so long for the free shipping I would send them back and ask for a new pair. The toe box is a bit snug but I think they just need broken in.

Pretty shoe but I had to return as it wasn't wide enough and felt a little short length wise.

The fit of the 7W(C) Naturalizer Michelle shoe I purchased was true to size. Even though the description states the shoe is leather, the shoe is a bit stiff and not the soft comfortable-type of leather I am accustomed to. However, I needed a pair of navy blue heels for the next day after they arrived, so I kept the shoe. I'm hoping the shoe will get softer with more wear.

They are a smidge tighter than I'd have liked, but these shoes are very comfortable and the Bordo color are lovely and rich.

Cute shoe, although not as wide as some wide shoes. Even though I ordered wide, it's about the same width as an older pair of naturilzer heels that I bought in regular width.
