Good quality, but even the wide width runs narrow. Also felt like a half size too small. Had to return it for the double wide.

They’re good for a 30 something lawyer looking to be comfortable and professional.

Not very comfortable. I’m not sure how other people find this so comfy. The toe box was a touch tight and the shoe felt very stiff.

I ordered both the W and WW in this shoe, not being familiar with the sizing, and found the W was not wide enough at the toe. But the WW is not actually wider at the toe box, only at the heel. The toe box was deeper, but not wider. I held both shoes up to each other, bottom to bottom, and they are clearly the same width. SO not very useful. Not sure if that is normal for Naturalizer sizing, but it is very odd. They will both be going back.

The shoe is beautiful...my feet are not! It was tight across the toe box,just not comfortable for standing for long periods. Such a shame,wish they fit my bunions better??.

I bought and returned these several times. I had a really difficult time committing. I had tried them in nude and they fit differently. I finally kept the black pair. I was searching for basic black pumps for a long while. I was replacing a pair of beat up Calvin Klein favorites. I’ve only worn these once so far because they tore my heels up that day. I had awful blisters. I’ve been waiting for them to go away completely so that I can wear these around the house with socks to break them in. They are really quite stiff. I’m hopeful that they will soften up quickly.

I love this Naturalizer pump. Several years ago I bought the same shoe in black patent and black suede, and they have withstood the test of time. A comfortable heel height; rounded toe that I find more classic, feminine, and comfortable than a pointed toe; and amazing comfort for heels. My feet never get tried or achy in these shoes, even when I wear them all day or while traveling. Highly recommend.

These pumps are very comfortable! I can wear all day including walking the halls at school!

Best show ever! I have them in 3 different colors. Please restock in black in 8 1/2, I need to replace mine. I wore them practically every day in the office and now it’s time for a new pair. Perfect height, the medium fits my wide foot, the inserts are soft and I have no complaints as to arch supports. Soft leather too. Pricey shoe, but in my opinion, it was a good buy.

I have a wide foot and these shoes are perfect. I wear them in medium width. Good quality shoe. I have them in black, tan and navy. These are the best office shoe as the heel is a great height, the inserts are soft, and there is arch support. Please restock the black in 8 1/2, I need to replace mine. They lasted a little over a year and I practically wore them every day.

Super comfortable. Went back to work after 4 months off and needed something super comfortable.. these were great. Wore them for over 9 hours and almost 10000 steps and they were great.

After a long search for comfortable pumps, these are the winner. I'm a size 7 in most pumps, and these were a perfect size 7 fit. The platform means I get the look of a higher heel while they actually feel like a lower heel. Style points for platform and heel look. Lost style points because these are so basic. I would appreciate a bit more style, but if you are looking for a basic, comfort workhorse these are the ones. You can be on your feet all day.

I wasn't sure if I'd like these shoes because of the rounded toe, but they were the only plain, tan, shoes in my size when I ordered. I'm glad I gave them a try. I've worn them every day this week to work and they are super comfortable. I usually slip out of my heels so I ordered a narrow and they fit perfectly. Very happy with my purchase and may have to order more in different colors.

I think this shoe is great. I got it for my wedding reception and for someone who never wears heels its great. The only problem was while I was wearing them it was skinning the back of my ankle so I had to take a break from wearing them for a while because it constantly scratched that one spot so it hurt. Overall though I would definitely recommend this shoe

I am 6ft so I really didn't want a super high pump therefore these really fit the bill! The style is what I would consider on the more conservative side, but they're versatile and can be worn with so many outfits. I got the Tender Taupe Leather, a nice neutral. Nothing flashy. Definitely a shoe I'd be happy to wear with so many colors! Very comfortable too. I'm a size 11, and they're true to size indeed! Can't fault these. I love 'em! Thanks Zappos! 4 yrs ago, I bought these Naturalizer Michelle pump in sz4 Black for my daughter’s first professional school interview. She normally lives in sneakers & flat shoes and we agonized over the choice of shoes for this important event. The shoes were very comfortable & sturdy for the interview which included a long walk around campus. Needless to say they’re now her favorite shoes for all important events. I’m returning to purchase the same shoes in beige/taupe for her for her upcoming graduation. It’s difficult to find size 4 shoes & Naturalizer is the only trusty and reasonable brand available.

These are the most comfortable heels I own, I absolutely love them! I bought a 9W in Chia Leather and get so many complements. Came back to get these in different colors.
