Nice shoes however the wide still feels narrow so had to return. Bummer.

The color was very misleading. Not what I expected, crammed in the toe box.

The shoe seemed very stiff and hard. Would prefer a softer feel.

Too long and toe space to shallow

Unfortunately, these went back. A couple of items of note. They were really narrow; I have a foot that tends to be wider than most and these were quite painful. They also left black spots on my big toes where the shoes rubbed against my toes. I really wanted to like them but unfortunately too many cons.

Received a pair where the right shoe was wobbly and sunk in more than the left. Felt like the heel was getting ready to snap off. Returned.

I always wear a 9WW and ordered that size in this shoe. It was too tight to even get on. I ordered a 9.5WW and that was also too tight. I had no time left and had to wear them. I got blisters and was in pain. They are clearly not sized truly.

I wanted to love this shoe, perfect color and shape to wear in a wedding party...nicely made and comfortable inside from what I could tell in the milisecond my foot was jammed inside. I wear an 8ww and shoes barely barely fit on. Very narrow, not true to size if you are a extra wide fit. Narrow opening and toe box. Edge of shoe felt sharp on. Just a a bad fit for me. Maybe better for ladies with an average or just average wide foot. Waste of time ordering this. Going back today. Might try two sizes up if I get really desperate for a shoe.

I got this pair of shoes for dress/office. Even with no walking, in a short time my little toes were pinched and burning. I bought this shoe a half size larger than my usual size (7-1/2) to account for swelling throughout the day. However, the width of the shoe across the ball of the foot and toe is just too narrow. I will try a wider width but if they are not instantly comfortable and stay that way then they will also be returned.

I'm increasingly frustrated with Naturalizer. I've worn this shoe before and I've ordered multiple combinations of sizes but I still can't get a decent fit. The actual size is inconsistent. I walked right out of an 8.5W in taupe and this "luster taupe" is too cramped in the toe box. Naturalizer used to be my "go to brand" for work shoes. Clearly, there are quality control issues. The padded footbed is amazing, the stitching is excellent but after six attempts, I'm finished.

This color is so tacky! It looked like a light brown color on my screen, but it was a weird pinkish beige with some shine. Didn't look good at all on my skin tone and kind of actually looked trashy. I ordered a double wide and it still scrunched me toes.

These look great online, and was looking forward to getting them. My Clarks Heavenly Star Dress pump did not come in brown, and when I found this, was very excited. Unfortunately, the shoe is rather stiff, and my shoe repair does not recommend I get it stretched to fit because the leather appears to be bonded leather. The color is lighter than shown --closer to a rosy metallic brown, rather than the deep brown shown. Moreover, the back heel area is very stiff and does not feel like it will mold to my feet with use. They slip right off my feet.

Beautiful shoe just not a true wide. I have worn an 8 1/2 wide pump for years and couldn't get my foot into these.

These are the perfect office shoe, except that they don't fit. I wear 8 1/2 WW, but these feel a bit too short, and while the size guide says that WW translates to E (and I can wear D if the shoe is open-toed), they are definitely more like a C width. It's too bad that Naturalizer sizes are so inconsistent. I bought another pair of Naturalizers in a different style at the same time, and they fit perfectly. These will have to go back.

Although I liked the style of this shoe I didnt like the shine , I thought it made the shoe look cheap. I also didnt think it was comfortable for a Naturalizer at all. I assumed this brand would be comfortable. I think this shoe runs a half size small and has no arch support at all. I prefer the Clark Adrienne which looks very similar but is much more comfortable

These shoes are super cute, but unfortunately they are very, very narrow in the toe box. Painfully narrow. They will go back and I've ordered the next width up.

The shoe is narrower even with W label. I am 7.5 W. I tried 7.5 W and 8.5 W. Both bit my feet and pain is horrible. I thought the shoe would loosen up after couple of hours. But it did not. Returned both sizes.

These are marked as wide, but are much more narrow than the Corso Como or Cole Haan pumps I tried in the same size. They squashed my toes so much I think they might run a bit short as well as narrow. If your foot is truly wide, I would not recommend this style. The "nude" color is also too dark for me. It seems better suited to those with darker skin tones.

These are great looking shoes. However, I must agree with the previous reviewer that said these shoes (which I ordered in a wide width) were not wide at all. I really want to keep them, but I will have to send them back. I really wish that shoe makers would make a truly wide, nice looking heel for those of us who have wide feet.

Horrible fit. Cut into the top of my foot. I love the style and expected Naturalizer to fit perfectly but they cut me. I need to stretch them out but it won’t help the fit.

Left and right shoe were different shoe sizes. This was very disappointing to see.
