Wanted this one to work. Great looking shoe. Seems well made. Slipping a little on the heel but feels like it may cut into the top of my foot on the top. Might work with hose or tights but would rather have them fit a little better out of the box.

These shoes are lovely and I wanted to keep them but the heel was too wide for my narrow heel.

I loved these shoes and were comfortable right out of the box. My feet went "aaaah" as soon as I put them on. Then I walked in them and my feet went "AAAAHHH'. Every step I took both shoes slipped off my feet. I have been wearing a size 7 1/2 and ordered a 7 after reading reviews. So disappointing.

Great work shoe, not the best for a night out though.

I bought these shoes in another color and liked them, so I ordered the same size in the black suede and they were too small. So, be aware that different colors/fabrics may not fit the same way.

Completely adore this shoe. Fit perfectly in length and width - for the most part...Problem is that I have narrow heels so the heels slipped off with every step. Unfortunately, I have to return them for this reason; however, if you don't have narrow heels you will be good to go.

The fit was perfect, but not a fan of the shimmery caramel color. I opted for the black because they're for an interview.

These are beautiful shoes. Unfortunately, for a "wide" width shoe, this was still pretty narrow. Length was perfect and it was fairly comfortable, just put too much stress across the wide part of my foot.

Very comfortable and good quality, but unfortunately the toe shape is not flattering on me - too rounded. I highly recommend if you want rounded-toe pumps, though.

I was a bit disappointed these were too small for me. I had to return them for a larger size. I take a size 9 in the Clarks Artisan pumps. This make and style run 1/2 size smaller than my Clarks that look identical to this shoe. I would have bought the this Shoe in the Clarks brand but they didn't have Navy. This specific shoe and color will match navy, beige, brown and grey business suits and dresses.

Definitely runs narrower. I definitely have feet that are wider than a W, but I found the Sofft Turin FAR more comfortable than these--despite the fact that they're marked WW and have a very nice toe shape for wider feet. I have several heels in 9W that are far more comfortable for me than this one was. If you actually have WW feet, I wouldn't bother -- go to the Lifestride Parigi, maybe. It's a real shame because it's a very well-made shoe and very attractive. :(

I was recently job searching and needed pumps for my interviews. I tried on many different kinds in stores and none fit right, usually because they were too wide. I ordered a navy pair and a taupe pair in size 8 narrow (I usually wear an 8 or 8.5). When they came in the mail I was very pleased with the navy pair. I rarely wear heels but they are snug and comfortable, plus they look nice. Unfortunately the taupe pair felt completely different, very uncomfortable, particularly in the toe area. My big toe rubbed against the top of the shoe and made them squeak. I really wanted to have two different colors (since I own no other pumps) but for $95 they need to fit right. I was disappointed but Zappos made it so easy to return the taupe pair and I received all my money back.

These are my dream shoe. They're slightly long, but nothing that can't be fixed with inserts.

Love the shoe except ONE thing. They make my feet HOT! I do not have sweaty feet but whatever the inside is made of makes my feet clammy. I would think this might be an issue for many.

These shoes really are the most comfortable heels I've ever worn. That said, they are still heels so my feet are still probably going to hurt, but at least they won't be destroyed. I have large feet, typically wear 11, but I measure 11.5 in one foot, so I often need to buy 12s when I can find them. I also measure a medium width, but in heels I find that they often run narrow (as well as short). SO I ordered a 12W in these shoes and they fit me great! There is ever so slight slippage in the heel but that's much preferred over no wiggle room at all. All of that said, take it for what you will regarding size. I think if your foot tends to run on the wider side of medium, you might want to opt for the wide. And if you truly have a wide foot, these still might be too narrow for you.

A little loose in the heel, but nice replacement for an old pair of Nine West pumps. The surface seems pulled and a little rippled - not overt, but noticeable.

These are a wonderful basic shoe. My daughter bought them for prom, and I liked them because she can wear them again with other outfits. They are much cuter in person. Next time I need a new pair of basic pumps - I'm buying these too!
