The heel of this shoe(black patent) was discolored. I kept in in the black suede instead.

I'm normally a size 5 but had to order a half size smaller. The cushioning is comfortable but it makes a squishing sound when I walk. The leather is quite stiff and has taken much longer to break in than expected.

I really like these shoes but had to return them because they are too big in the back so I'm stepping out of them. It's too bad because otherwise they were very nice looking and comfortable for a nice high black pump. The leather was soft and the platform makes the heel more comfortable.

I so wanted this shoe to work. Exactly what I wanted, but I walked right out of the 8.5. I don't think the 8 would work because it would be tight in the toe box area. Seems like it would be very comfortable. to walk and stand around in.

Nice-looking shoes and Naturalizers are always comfortable. I'm sad they didn't work out for me; they fit snugly in the toe and fine in the width but I kept walking out of the heel. If I go down yet another size I'm sure they'll be too tight in the toe. But I would suggest YOU try them and hopefully they will work, because they're really nice shoes! They'd get 5 stars if they'd fit my foot.

I own the Michelle pump in several colors and most recently bought the Chai color. Although the shoe is everything I expected in terms of comfort and quality, the Chai color has a pearl finish, which is beautiful but it gives the shoe an evening/bridesmaid look. I just couldn't picture myself wearing these shoes with work attire, so I am returning them.

I have been searching for years for a pump I can wear without walking out of it. My skinny ankles/heels are still out of luck. I fell in love with a couple Clark's Briar Dolly's, but the width just couldn't work for me. I love love love this Michelle shoe. This shoe is the closest I've come to a fit. I bought three pairs and I'm playing with inserts to see if I can make them work. fingers are crossed

Good padding for a pump, but these were too large in my normal size, but even in the wide the toe box was still cramped in the vertical space. I returned them, but kept the very similar and much better fitting Clarks Adriel Viola.

Beautiful and classy. However, needed to be a bit larger for comfort.

The color (chai) is beautiful and will go with navy, black or anything that would look nice with a creamy off white color. The sizing is a little off. I am almost always a 7.5 but had to return for a size 7 (wide). The wide option is nice and fit ok in the toe box but the heel is too big and my foot was slipping out when i walked. I purchased some foot petals for the heels which helped. Definitely not super comfortable but then again I detest wearing heels because I've had multiple foot surgeries. I got them to wear to a wedding and am very happy with the style. Will likely have to take them off early though!

I wanted these shoes to work so badly as they are great shape and heel height. I typically wear 9W. I ordered the 9WW and they were way too small in both length and width. I decided to size up and ordered 9.5 WW and still they are too small. Unfortunately they have to go back.

The shoes have the added platform and cushion that make this heels very comfortable. They oddly run large, as I had to exchange them for 1/2 size smaller than my usual size 10.

This is a really pretty shoe that I wanted to wear to a wedding. Unfortunately, even with the platform it was just too high for my foot to be comfortable. If you can wear a three inch heel, go for it, as the shoe is sexy! They do run short, so order a half size up.

It is a comfortable shoe, but for a size 5.5 foot, the heel is too high for me to walk in comfortably. Love the chai leather color - it's slightly shimmery, which dresses it up nicely but yet is quite neutral.

These are so comfortable and fit so well. I have a hard time finding heels that actually fit, but this brand is perfect for me.

This is a stylish, good looking shoe. However the toebox felt a little short, and even in the wide width, they were still tight on my feet. Normally a wide width is just a little too wide for me, so this was surprising. But they are well-made and super cute.

The shoe was VERY comfortable, but I wasn't crazy about the color. It has this shine that is weird to explain. I prefer either a 'matte' or a patent leather. I think the finish of the leather makes this shoe look cheap.

I got the taupe pair yesterday, very comfy and stylish but I'm afraid very shimmery!

I have a wide toe and a narrow heel (compared to the way women's shoes are often sized). I bought these in wide because I was so tired of crunching my toes togethere. But I couldn't even try them on and walk five steps without the shoe falling right off my foot. I might as well have been wearing a shoe two sizes too big all over.

I really wanted to like these but, my skin tone did not match plus I am usually a 7.5 or 8. I opted for 8 and they were way too big. All said they are a nice looking pair of well made shoes though they are kind of too round, kind of Minny Mouse"ish."

Overall good shoe but I was looking for a true navy which this is not, it is more of a dusky blue not dark or navy.

I own a pair of Naturalizer boots in size 10W. Therefore I thought these should fit well in a 10W. But they were much too tight. I think dress shoes across the board must run smaller.(?) I also had to go up from a 10W to a 10.5W in the Bandolino pump peep toes. So I think a half size up would have worked in Naturalizers. But the Bandolinos were so much cuter and fit well, so I didn't keep the Naturalizers.

Nice, elegant, classic pump, more comfortable than most- the half inch platform helps to decrease the angle while retaining enough height to keep the shoe looking sharp, not dowdy. Availability of various widths is extremely helpful and nearly impossible to find in such a style.
