This is a nice-looking shoe and a wardrobe basic which is why I ordered it. My foot is difficult to fit when it comes to heeled pumps. I received this in the color taupe in size 7.5 W which is a half size larger than usual. Hoping that there would be enough vertical space in the toe box. But it cut too tight across the top of my foot. The horizontal width was comfortable and the heel counter fit nicely too. I recommend this shoe if you don't have the same problem I do. It's a classic style and a good neutral color.

The fit was great but the shoe was a little big. Went back to try to get it in a smaller size, but they don't have the "Wide" size I need too. :-(

True to size, comfortable, good for work

Gorgeous show and disappointed doesn’t fit so will be returning. I seem to now be in between sizes unless something was off because I was swimming in the 7 1/2 but can’t get my foot into the 7….odd

The shoe is nice, however the top is cut a little tight and digs into the top of my foot.

This was a nice looking shoe and was comfortable in every respect except the sides. I found it came up too high and hit the bone on the side of my foot wrong. Really unfortunate because I was so hoping they would work for me. Had to return them.

These shoes are nice looking and the narrow width fit my skinny feet but the shoes ran about 1/2 size bigger for me. Returning but the shoes are nice looking.

I only wear pumps to church or for special occasions, so I cannot say whether or not this pair is comfortable for all-day wear, but they are fine for half a day. They are pretty comfortable for pumps. I did have to put padding in the back of the shoe to keep my heels from slipping out, but that’s fine with me. My heels are narrow but my toe bed width is normal. The color is nice and they are very versatile. And Zappos customer service was excellent, as always. The first pair they sent me was scuffed up like someone had worn them, but they sent me a new pair as soon as I called and told them the issue.

These shoes are beautiful, but they just didn't fit my foot. I have a bunion on my right foot and although I got the WIDE fit, it just wan't wide enough for my foot. What a pity! I think they are true to size and would be excellent and comfy for most, but not for me and my messed up feet! I gave "Michelle" 5 stars for comfort and style-

The shoe was very comfortable. I usually am a size 4 1/2, but I think because of the cushion support, this size was a bit too small. The size 5 for just right. I didn’t notice from the picture how rounded the toe is. I want wear this shoes for a formal event so I would prefer a pointer toe. Since the shoes were so comfortable, I decided to get them patent leather in a size 5. Don’t have them yet but hopefully will work better.

The shoes were initially like walking on clouds, but as the evening went on, they did begin to pinch the upper part of my toes. But overall, they were way more comfortable than most other brands of heels for women.

I loved the shoe but had to exchange it for 1/2 size smaller.

Very comfortable! Wish it look a little cuter and less “flight-attendantish,” but they’re a rounded toe medium heel so no real complaints!

ordered 8.5W. Width seemed fine but length was too long. Gaped behind the heel and I walked out of them. Color was also a bit pink or peach or something, not overwhelmingly so but tinged. I may have kept if not for the fit.

These are nice shoes, however, I ordered a 10 N (AA) and they were too wide. They were sloppy on my foot even with not stockings. The Teresa by Naturalizer fits much better.

Very nice shoe but my heel slips out when I walk. Unfortunately, I will be returning them.
