Because I have bad knees, when I buy heels they are usually 2 1/2" high, except if they have a platform I can go as high as 3 1/2-4". I bought them along with 3 other pairs of black patent leather for a wedding that is coming up and I don't want to have to take them off because something hurts or are falling off my feet. I ordered these in 7wide because sometimes I may need wide and they were available. They were okay in the toe but were loose at back of heel.

These heels are very sexy! I bought the black heels in 7 1/2 (my normal size) and they fit perfectly. They do fit a bit snug and are pretty narrow, but I have narrow feet. I think (and hope) they will stretch out a bit as I wear them and start to feel even better. The padding in the shoe feels nice as well. Back to the sexy...these are the type of heels that my husband says "take everything else off and leave those on" :-) So, they do get his seal of approval as well.

The shoes arrived with scuffs of the surface.

Fit perfectly. Docked stars for two reasons. First, color: I ordered the caramel leather color, and I expected them to be a regular matte brown leather shoe. For some reason, they have a subtle, almost "pearlized" finish to them, which just kind of looks weird. You can't really tell unless you look at them somewhat up close, so I kept them because I haven't found any other shoes that look like this that come in brown leather. Second, I took stars off because the shoes don't feel like real leather to me. They might just need to be broken in, but I'm pretty sure the upper is synthetic, based on the weird finish and texture. A little disappointed since the description clearly lists leather as the first option of upper, and the name of the color has "leather" in it... I felt that for the price, they should be better quality leather (if it's even real). Regardless, they definitely still function as brown shoes I can wear to work, which is what I wanted. My feet didn't hurt too much after wearing them all day either, so that's a plus... Worth the price for the comfort/padding, but not much else.

I got these in a 8WW hoping that they'd be extra wide since I usually buy the Michelle in 8W and it's a bit snug. These aren't wide at all. Felt more like a 8M

Would have been the perfect shoes but the problem is that the toe box is too short. I am a 6.5 in Naturalizer and this shoe fits almost true to size except my toes were crammed and touching the leather. A size 7 was too big. The toe area just needs to be lengthened slightly and it would have been perfect. I had planned on returning both shoes but it's so hard to get a nude in my color that I decided to keep the 6.5 and will try get the shoes stretched.

Lovely shoe, comfortable height with platform but my heels are slimmer and my feet slightly slip out.

I ordered a double wide, but it was not wide and hurt my toes. It felt like a Med width.

Who would think it would be so hard to find a comfortable black pump? I'm typically a 6 1/2 W, but once the heel hight is 3 inches or more, my foot slides down into the shoe and leaves 1/2' heel gap. A size 6 works better. I experimented with 3 shoes - Clarks Adriel Viola, Rockport Seven to 7 Ally Plain Pump, Rockport Seven to 7 Low Pump, Clarks Adriel Viola, and Naturalize Michelle. The Clarks were by far the most comfortable, but they were only available in 6 1/2. Way too big. Next was the Rockport Seven to 7 Ally Plain Pump. I don't care how they measured. The heel had to be 4". I couldn't walk in them - it was something more like stomping around like a clown in them. The Rockport Seven to 7 Low Pump were ok, but I really wanted something higher than a 2" heel. The best turned out to be the Naturalize Michelle. It has a 3" heel, but with 1/2 platform, so it has the grace of a 3" heel, but the balance of a 2 1/2" heel. The 6 1/2 was too big, so I took the 6. Based on reviews, I opted for the WW instead of W and was glad I did. Even the WW (E) is tighter than a Clark's C. Because they are leather, I am expecting them to soften a bit. But if you are truly a WW, I'd stick to Clarks!

They fit my wide foot great thru the toe box but slipped off toward my heel...ugh, so annoying. They are cute and just enough heel to make me feel sexy but still function lol. I may try in another size.

I’m exchanging these because they are too narrow, although the length seems fine. All of my other shoes are medium width, but I would need to take a wide in these.

Heel is not narrow enough; shoe is very comfortable otherwise.

The shoes were still not narrow enough in the heel. Also, the left shoe made a weird noise when walking. I've heard others describe it as a farting sound. I wish it would've fit and didn't make the noise, it seemed very comfortable other than those two issues.

Beautiful pump, but the color seems metallic rather than a flat tone. I will order them in black since they are really nice.

These blue suede ones were at least three sizes to big! Tried re-ordering them but they were sold out :-(

The slightly metallic hue of the leather is interesting. Shoes were slightly too narrow in the toe and slightly too wide in the heel to work for me. I would have kept them otherwise.

Historically I've loved Naturalizer brand. The shoes have been very comfortable, and occasionally you could find fashionable choices. I thought these would be perfect for a wedding, but wearing them for 1 minute on my carpet, told me otherwise. The brand is not as in tuned to comfort as it once was.
