Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. In my 50's, walk a few miles a day at work. Shoes are great. Wish they would make more styles suitable for work. More comfortable and longer lasting then Rockport, but they don't come in a basic brown business shoe (yet?).

These are EASILY!! the most comfortable hiking shoes I’ve had in my life. Easily!! They follow the comfort level of the bondi’s but with a more durable outside. I’ll live in these. Incidentally, I only hike so I’m don’t know if they’re good for tail running. However, I hike a lot and for a good distance. Usually, 5-10 miles.

I began wearing Hoka's about five years ago when I had a bone spur. They cured the spur and I have been wearing them ever since. They are the only shoes I wear on a daily basis, and have recommended them to my friends.

Hiked Acadia National Park for 4 days. Have neuroma in my right foot and these shoes cushioned it well. Could not have done hikes without these shoes.

Wore them to the foot specialist last week . I have flat feet and pronate, and have custom orthotics that I have to wear all the time. The Doctor performed a surgical procedure on my foot, and afterword he Doctor picked up my shoe and gave it the once over. He said" these are perfect for a person with your condition". He asked what kind they were and I told him. As I am able to afford them I will buy more .

This is my second pair of Hoka One One Tor shoes. I wore the first pair completely out over a period of eighteen months. I am an overseas security contractor and I cover several miles a day in some of the worst conditions you can find. Concrete, gravel, broken concrete, deep dust, steel obstacles, uneven terrain, and temperatures that routinely exceed 110 for months at a time, and peak over 120 for weeks at a time. These shoes did a great job withstanding the elements and conditions. When my first pair got worn to the point of not much tread left, I ordered this pair, and will do it all again!

It's hard for me to find a boot that fits. These were recommended by a friend and I'm so happy with them that I bought a second pair for backup!

This is my second pair of Hoka One One boots. The first pair (Tor Summit Mid WP Hiking boot), now discontinued unfortunately, looked like these but were mid top. I wear the first pair as around home work boots since the the tread is almost uniformly smooth but they are still very comfortable. I expect to enjoy the same success with this new pair as well. In my forty years of wearing boots, I have learned to pay a little more for more comfortable and much longer wearing boots. In sum, I recommend these low top boots highly!

Bought these originally because the forefoot sole is solid - helped my plantar plate pain (actually eliminated it). On my third paid of the TOR Summit since they are so comfortable and durable. I use them every day.

I have been wearing these shoes for one year and I still find them as comfortable as the first day I wore them. There was absolutely no break in period. Great looking shoe. Do well in wet conditions but i also wear then as a everyday option.

This is my second pair of the low version of these shoes. I first had the mid version going back a couple years, but my size inched up from 9 to 9.5, so I then bought the low gray version of the Tor Summit over a year ago. I have lived in them since, and they appear to be as new looking as they were back then. I only hiked in them one time, the rest being daily wearing. The treads are still as good as new, and there is something about the uppers that prevent them from showing any wear or discoloration. And of course they are Hoka, and I swear by Hoka. Have been using Cliftons for several years, and I also had the trail running Challengers, though now I would use the Tor Summit as my preference. I recently bought the brown version of the Tor Summit in order to have an alternate color and get them before they are discontinued eventually. I will now alternate between the gray and brown, both being size 9.5. They feel exactly the same though I probably have a little more break-in to go for the new brown ones. Nothing wrong with them, but over time they seem to adjust more to your feet.
These are great shoes. The fact that they are waterproof, have Hoka cushioning and support, and have hiking treads make them ideal for both a general purpose and hiking shoe.

I just finished a 2 week trip to Norway, Iceland, and Greenland where I walked/trekked at least 8 miles per day. At age 71 I have worn dozens of walking/running/ trekking shoes. These shoes are the best on all fronts!

I spend several hours per day walking in grass, and on trails. In the morning my feet used to become soaked because of the dew. I have had these shoes for 3 months now and I can still stick my nose into them and take a big sniff, without getting the musty smell of shoes that repeatedly get wet and dry. First pair that actually act like they are waterproof. I will buy them again, in spite of the high price.
Another point. At the time I chose this product I was suffering from a stress fracture and needed something with superior padding. This shoe is it.

I wore these HOKA Hiking shoes during my 18 day visit to the Netherlands, Germany, France, and Switzerland. At each city along the Rhine River, I took daily walking tours with our guide. The cobble stones, and sharp-uneven Slate rock steps were my walking surfaces. I spent most of the 5-7 hours on my feet. The HOKA shoes were so comfortable. My feet werent sore and knees/back felt great.
I now own several pair of HOKAs in hiking, running, trail shoes
