This jacket is awesome, extremely comfortable, sleek, and stylish. It keeps you warm and dry, i thought it was a little thin, but the technology of thermal reflective exceeded my expectations against all weather elements..I love it

My husband is 6'5" and weighs 230 so I ordered 2 XLT.
The fit is perfect and even covers his arms which has always been an issue when shopping for him.
The material is very attractive and the warmth is unbelievably great considering it is so light compared to other coats. Definitely a wise choice. Highly recommended.

Feels great and I have no doubt this jacket will last a lifetime and keep me warm and dry. I am a big guy 6'2 and 400lbs and this thing is excellent in 4XT for me.

I absolutely love the coat but it took almost two weeks to get. It took a week before it even shipped.

Light weight for warm jacket/coat. Hood is detachable and loose fitting. Nicr sleeve socks and able to ajust wrist straps. Nice color a nice switch from the silver, gray and black offerings. Nice fit for big people with long mid section and short legs that need more coverage in the mid section. Would guy a size larger than you think you need online since when wearing a sweater or sweatshirt the e tra rong is needed for comfort.

Nice quality jacket, very warm and well constructed. My only issue is i'm in between a Large Tall and XL Tall, and this jacket is more of a baggy XL Tall than a Large Tall

The jacket appears to be well built, but admittedly it hasn't been cold enough this year to really test it out on warmth. I have long arms (36-37) dress shirt size, so having the tall option is typically a must. I purchased the tall large. The liner in the sleeves is comfortable and the jackets fits me well 6', 175lbs. The Velcro in the front of the hood where the neck attached makes it a bit stiff, but I may remove the hood for the most part which will help.

This is a really nice jacket for the price. I am 6'1" 240 lbs. I wear an XL long in shirts. The XL long was just a tad too long. I exchanged it (blue) for an XL which fits just right. Unfortunately, the blue was sold-out. I really liked the color. I settled on the grey The jacket is warm and has room for layers. I was outside in 28 degree temps the other night and it definitely requires more than a t-shirt underneath. I do wish it had vents but I believe it will be comfortable enough without. When it comes venting time, I usually shed the jacket altogether. I would buy again.

The lack of a two way zipper has made it difficult to reach into pants pockets and when driving. I may just be too used to jackets with two way zippers that I unzip from bottom when I need to drive or get things out of my pocket. Other. than that, seems fine.

Jacket runs a little on the large side, the 2XT is big on me at 6'5" 300 lbs. The wind does get through a little but only noticeable when sitting on the chairlift on very cold days. Biggest hangups for me is my jacket has poor stitching on the main zipper that causes it to hang up a bit around 2/3 way up. The water resistance isn't great, I haven't gotten wet but the material of the jacket retains moisture and gets heavy. The powder skirt doesn't seem to want to stay snapped to the retainers when not in use. Not bad and plan to keep it as a good coat for the price. Had I paid 300$+ for it it would be going back.

Columbia is one of the few manufacturers that makes tall sizes so I don't have a lot of option. Luckily they make very good quality clothing. I took off 1 star for the shiny lining. They have started putting this in everything they make (I think it's called Omni-Therm). I'm cetain it doesn't improve the performance of the jacket and it looks a bit silly as well as adding unnecessary wieight (I have weighed some of the other items I have with this lining vs similar items without and it actually adds substantial weight). Day to day this isn't that noticeable but out in the wilderness those ounces add up. It's also completely unnecessary gimickry. This is a solid, comfortable jacket Columbia so just dispense with the marketing boloney and you'll have a top notch product (like you used to make!)

I live and work at approximately 10,152 feet in Colorado. I am a 7FT person with a slim build. I bought an XLT to fit my body. When I got the jacket, the jacket felt a little heavy, but the coat is not puffy where those jackets are super lightweight. The powder skirt could have snap-on attachments for Columbia ski pants. The skirt will ride up and does get snow in the jacket. I also only use this jacket for downhill skiing and snowboarding.
I wear a light base layer when the temperature is above 0 degrees Fahrenheit in the Colorado winter. The jacket keeps me warm and cozy. If the temperature is approximately 20 degrees, the jacket is hot. I wish Columbia would add zipper air vents to the armpit areas. If the temperature is below 0, I wear a dense base layer, and I am as warm as can be without wearing too many layers. The coat has excellent moveability.
The jacket has excellent wind protection for the windiest days of the year. I have felt the wind through the jacket at speeds above 60 MPH on the ski hill, but that is not often.
The factory waterproofing is fantastic and takes a very long time to wear out. The hood on the jacket is warm, small, and one needs a hat under it to make it work properly.
There are many storage areas on the jacket where one could even store a pair of gloves, glasses, or goggles in the pockets with room to spare. There are not too many pockets where one looses what they are carrying.
The coat fits true to size. I have long arms and torso. The sleeve length is long and fits great.
Overall, I give the jacket a four out of five stars because there need to be snapped for the powder skirt, air wents, and there are only three colors. The coat is very warm and works well on the slopes while on the slopes.

I was hoping for something a little bit warmer but it is adequate for most of the winter so far. Living in western NY, we have had some bitter temps! The omni shield doesn't really give me any extra heat that I can tell and that is disappointing. I do like the color of the coat, the fit is good and I think for the average winter, it will be fine. I don't know what I'll do when it's back to the sub zero temps, because this coat won't keep me warm enough and my goal was not to have to wear too many layers. Otherwise, I'm happy with the coat. The sleeves are long enough too, which is stellar! The hood is kind of large, but could fit a ski helmet I think. I don't ski. Overall, good coat.

Hard to find jackets that are long enough, but having the "Tall" option for this jacket is great. Haven't used it in the elements yet but appears to be well constructed, and the blue color is nice
