If the arms were a little more roomy, I'd love this jacket. However, I am returning it.

The jacket was nice quality but the arms were too slim for me. Returned product.

The fleece is really warm and generally fits well, but the sleeves are tight. I got a larger size based on another review that they run very small. I usually wear a 1x, and ordered a 3x and was surprised how tight the sleeves were. I wore it for a few days hoping that wearing it would maybe relax the fabric a bit, but no. Not sure I can return it now that I have worn it.

Disappointing quality of fleece. Doesn't feel soft. Rather stiff fabric not cozy at all. Quality of stitching and design is ok.

Very nice jacket. Comfortable fabric. However, the body is slim and the arms are very tight. Usually take a 1X, bought a 2X to have room to layer. But the arms are uncomfortably tight while wearing a short sleeve top, so I have to return this jacket.

Good construction and color. I wish that women's clothing makers would realize that some women have larger arms though. Jacket fits great through the body, but the arms are tight. I cannot wear a sleaved shirt under this comfortably. It will now become a gift, and I will order a man's jacket next time.

Fits small and the material was a lot thinner than their normal fleece jackets. I didn't like it and if it weren't so much trouble, I would return it.

Nothing at all like another Benton I have. Not as soft or as comfortable. I do like the length. The hood is way too big and completely covers your eyes. It also does not have any way to keep it on your head. It's pretty much useless really.

Unfortunately the arms are a little snug- not a good fit with a sweater. Also disappointed in the quality of the fabric

Great length, weirdly tight sleeves from elbows down. Makes it a chore to take out on and take off.

Wasn't as substantial as I thought. Rather thin not much body to it.

I love the coat, but disappointed in the color. I ordered and was expecting black. It is more of a dark charcoal grey. I love the hood. I do wish the arms had a silk lining for ease of putting on. Like the strong metal zipper. Would be in love if the color was true.

Nice design, like the hood and zipped pockets and inside pockets are great. But was disappointed that the coat is not warm (compared to Land's End similar fleece). The fabric weave is not very tight and you feel the cold air through the arms, not a thick fleece--more of a lightweight jacket. I wish jacket was made for more warmth. It is comfy. Had to buy larger size as my size was out of stock--maybe that was why it was not very warm for cool Pacific NW weather -walking dog etc.

This jacket is very baggy on top. Overall it looks ok, but quality seems quite low for the price and name associated with it. Kind of disappointing, but needed a last minute jacket so I didn’t have time to order something else. It was warm enough to wear so I suppose it did the job.

Size was accurate but the description didn't say it was semi fitted. Fabric was good. I ordered the black but it wasn't a true black. There's almost a dark charcoal. It wasn't going to work for me because it was semifitted. I needed a true black. It was probably good for someone. Just not for me.

Surprisingly, it runs a little larger than normal for Columbia. It is cosy and warm. Soft. It would be a nice spring or fall coat outdoors. Or a nice home coat in winter.

Ordered the black, which looks more like a dark gray or faded black. The jacket is not flattering and looks a bit like a sack. Also, the fleece is not soft. It looks cheap and I didn't like anything about it.

I should have listened to the other reviews but I was scared that something would be "too small" yet again. I checked my ski parka for size and then ordered the same. Not a smart thing to do. This jacket truly runs large. I didn't re-order because I paid so much in shipping to return the jacket I didn't want to risk another one not fitting. I think I would have liked the jacket had it fit.

Definitely runs on the small size around the chest and arms. Not sure why the designers thinks the body positive people have skinny arms, no breast and but somehow grow longer arms. length was good, hood was designed to fit with a hat under even though rated 1 in warmth.

Just what my mom wanted -- except that a person who is a size 3X also has size 3X ARMS. The arms are so tight on the Benton! I ordered the shorter one for myself and had the same problem. Be smarter about your plus sizes, Columbia -- it only counts to offer plus sizes if they actually fit plus sized people. Get some on your design staff.
