Even though I read the reviews about these running big in the hips I bought it. I will still use it as it is a longer length and has a hood. It does not bother me that it is big in the hips as it allows more movement.

This fleece is everything I hoped it would be except one thing: it is gigantic through the bottom. If you are pear shaped it will fit you perfectly. If you are like me and have no hips or butt it will look ridiculous. I subtracted one star because of this. I have a long torso so it's difficult to find coats and shirts that are long enough. I'm considering seeing if this can be altered so the lower half of this doesn't hang so weirdly on me.

nice extended length with hoodie. Just a little light making a little heavier would be better. Also wish to have more color like lagoon. Enjoy my purchase would buy more if available.

My hooded fleece jacket is not, quality is excellent but runs a bit small.

I bought this longer fleece so I can wear it with leggings and it would cover my behind. It's a fine fleece, made well and it's warm, however, the plus size version tapers out towards the hips and butt-area. This is probably GREAT for bottom-heavy ladies, but I don't have wide hips nor a large rear, so the tapering just adds extra bulk to that area that I don't really need. Makes me look heavier than I am. I wear this more for lounging and outdoor wear than anything, so I am going to keep it, but if you aren't bottom heavy, fair warning, this sweater fits weird.

I really love this sweater. It's a great length, it covers my bottom and keeps me nice and warm. The addition of the hood is fantastic. It's nearly perfect. I just wish that both the hood, and the waist had a drawstring to tighten them up and keep the cold out. The hood really poofs out when I have it all the way zipped up, and I end up folding the fabric over and trying to pin it down with my chin to keep the cold off my ears. A drawstring would really improve the hood a lot.

I bought this hoodie and is warm and comfy but runs a little big. I got plus size 1x but an xl fit better. I do recomen this hoddie.

Long enough to cover your bottom, zipper on mine is hard to start. Like that it has a hood.

Loved the idea of a "long" hoodie, as I am nearly 6' tall. However, after I received my hoodie and tried it on I was a little upset at the length. I expected the hoodie to be a bit longer and to cover my rear more when I sat. I will be keeping it, however, as it is some nice added warmth for camping, hiking, and any ol' regular day.

This fleece is perfect for fall and early winter. Comfortable. Warm. Stylish. I got a 2X so I could comfortably wear hoodies, sweatshirts and etc underneath it. Love it!

I wanted a longer coat for leggings and this is perfect. So warm!!

I ordered the Benton fleece hoodie in the blue color. It's more of a dusty blue in person, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It looks very nice. I got the 2X, which is my normal size. It fits well over anything fitted and non bulky, but it really doesn't work over a sweatshirt or chunky sweater. Unfortunately, I live in MN, and as sweatshirts and sweaters are part of the unofficial uniform, that's exactly what I wanted it for. When it's in the 20-40 range, and not quite cold enough for a full-on down jacket, a sweater with a fleece jacket, scarf, and gloves is perfect attire for running errands or light outdoor activity, but it's just not warm enough with only a t-shirt underneath, even a long-sleeved one. I'll keep it for fall and spring though.

The first day I received this I put it on and took it for a spin. I live in New England and it was 38 outside. This fleece kept me warm and cozy. I didn't layer and have been just wearing it daily over my tops. I love the fact that it also has a good. It is very rare that I find a fleece with a hood let alone one mybsize that fits well. I wish the sleeves were a little longer though and/or had the thumb hole. My mum even says I'm killing it because I've worn it every day since getting it. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!!

I love this jacket, its perfect thickness, fits amazing, I love the high front but the zipper is so difficult to get started to zip the jacket that I dread putting it on.

I have 2 toddlers so it is great when constantly having to bend down to pick them up! I am glad I ordered a size down. Per the sizing chart I should have ordered a 2X, but went with my gut and ordered the 1X. It fits appropriately and is still roomy. It will be great for fall and spring weather in the Midwest.

I have the regular short Benton fleece but I wanted a longer one with a hood so I figured this one would be perfect, the one I have is a 2X and it fits well. I ordered this in a 2X and it was a little on the large side but I'm impatient so I will keep it and just wear sweaters under it. It's warm and fits nice as it flatters the waist.

I purchased this jacket in black(best describe as an ashy black). It is really nice. Very warm and comfortable. I love the fact that when zipped all the way up it covers my neck and pockets have zippers as well. Reading most of the reviews had me very confused as far as sizing. Some reviews saying it was too big some saying too small. I usually where xl or 1x. I went ahead and purchase the 2x which is a little big on me I honestly could have went with a 1x. So as far as sizing I would say it fits true to size.

I bought this for winter. It isn't heavy fleece so I am hoping it will be warm enough. It is fitted somewhat in the waist area which is flattering and the sleeves are perfect. Not huge at the wrist and length is just right (even when you stretch your arms out).

I ordered this as a jacket to wear at one of my jobs as the room I work in is always chilly. It is perfect, nice and warm and a little more coverage than my regular Benton Springs fleece jackets. The fit was a little large on me, but leaves room for sweaters underneath. I will be getting more.

I only had one issue it was and still is to big for me. My own fault for not returning it for the proper size ( and now I think it's to late) but it's just what I wanted otherwise Shame cause I have lost so much weight since then that now I definitely will never wear it and I really wanted a coat that covered my upper legs

I got this on sale because I wouldn't pay for this full price.. that's the brand driving. I do notice the quality of pockets and lining make it far better than other brands - it get 5 star.. we'll see how it wears (pilling, etc). I haven't washed it yet-- bought 2 for gifts as well.

Bought for my sister and she loves it!

This coat runs a bit small. I wear an XL women's shirt and this just fits in a 1X. The coat itself is fitted to the body. I like how it covers my bum and has a hood. Great for layering or by itself on cool days. The fleece is not heavy or thick and will not block the wind. It is more comfy and soft.

Tried this in the Quill, which is a dull grape shade whereas it looks more sterling-colored in the photo. The hood is great and the top fairly warm although loose enough to be designed for layering. I would still end up going down a size despite following their measurements as this is loose and relatively thin but it's a reasonably warm coat.

Only issue with the fit was how narrow the sleeves were. I liked the length, two-way zipper, fabric quality, thickness (perfect to wear layered under quilted vest with sweater or shirt). Returned because one of pocket seams had hole which made me realize that a zippered pocket lined with mesh is not good for keys which I like to keep in my pockets. I'm not a handbag carrying chick.
