I was so excited and happy to wear this soft, comfy and stylish jacket. I loved everything about it until I found out that it sheds more than my Shiba Inu does. It's a gift from my daughter and I like the color pink and really love to treasure it but I hate that it's all over my black pants, my hair, my t-shirt, the seatbelt in my car - anything! It was not what I expected from a reputable brand and my thought is that did the company have quality control at all and how did this jacket passed that? I had to look online to check reviews and thankful mine is not the only one that sheds. I have the tags but no gift receipt so I'm not sure if North Face will honor warranty replacement.

I have order many north face jackets over the past few years. This was the first time I was disappointed in one. The Lavender color is Not what it should be. Be advised it is a washed out periwinkle blue. To me that is not Lavender. Now I have to spend the $7 to return it. ;(

Had this jacket for a month. washed as instructed, the edging on the sleeve came unsewen. Had a neighbor sew it to get it back soon and not have to pay postage.

I bought the same style jacket 2 years ago with phenomenal quality and expected the same from this jacket. That was not the case. This jacket was shedding horribly I returned it. I would expect better quality from the north face.

I had worn my friend's' jacket a couple times and loved it so I wanted to buy my own. I ordered one and loved it at first, but my experience went downhill from there. The ends of the sleeves are really tight and leave red marks on my wrists, and it is uncomfortable to wear. The jacket looses it's softness and the material looses its shine and looks rough and worn down after just two washes. Overall I was very unhappy with it, and have not worn it since.

Looks pretty but this jacket gets on everything I wear. I have washed it twice (brand new) and it still gets on everything.

It looked like a muppet! Description says the color is "Fire Brick Red"...more like Obnoxious Orange. There is nothing red about it. I'm sure the coat keeps you warm however it was too ugly and furry to wear...sent it back. :(

This is the 2nd one one in 3 months. With a total of 8 being owned! Last 2 are thinner and quality is junk. First one already has a hole. Material "pills" every where. Not the same North Face of the past. Will be my last.

This jacket's quality is horrible. It sheds all over your clothing and anything it comes in contact with.

I thought the cut was great, both in the picture and in real life, but wasn't prepared for the slinky, slick material. There must be a way to describe the jacket so that people understand it's not fleece as we've come to know it, but something much longer, furier, smoother, slimier. I returned the jacket.

HELP I received this in Mojhito Green and love the look and color however I cannot wear it due to shedding! It was a gift from my son so cannot return it to a store. It sheds so horribly I cannot wear it. It sheds on your clothing your car seats your seat belt - I threw it over my shoulder to carry it to work and I had lime green fur all over my medical scrubs! It has been in a plastic bag in closet ever since...my son asks why he hasnt seen me wearing his gift and I feel so terrible I cant tell him it cannot be worn! I own 2 OSO hoodies which have never shed...wanted to try a fleece without a hood and am shocked at this Osito disaster of a Northface product...I own an APEX soft shell and 2 down coats the Thunder and Avenue and I love those products. So disappointed in this gift of Osito fleece...
