I was so excited to get this jacket. I had my eyes on it for nearly a year and finally got it a few months ago. Sadly, I am no longer able to wear it due to the EXTREME amounts of shedding. It is so bad that when I get in the car my seat belt is just covered in tiny black fur balls that burrow themselves in to any fabric they come in to contact with and are nearly impossible to get out. I love everything about the north face products except this jacket. It looks beautiful but is just not practical for me :/

1 star because I did not get what I ordered and now I have no use for it. The jacket fits fine and is comfortable but I ordered the black fleece with black logos but got one with a light grey logo on the front and back. I specifically ordered black on black for work so the logos wouldn't be visible because we're not allowed to wear visible logos. I can't wear this work which is the main reason I bought this. I'll probably keep it because its warm, looks cute, and was on sale, but now I have to buy ANOTHER plain black jacket for work which is really annoying. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me with a Northface jacket showing different colored logos online than what you actually get. Be aware if you like a certain color logo in the picture you probably won't get it. It's very annoying that their pictures don't match what you actually get.

Bought this to replace a older Osito, quality not there. Now very thin and not warm and not worth the money.

comfy and cute but sadly it sheds terribly!!!! I noticed there is black fuzz everywhere, gets stuck on clothes I wear it with and when I washed it, fuzzy lint stuck to everything I washed it with. The image is a quick once over with a lint roller. You can't even see the smaller lint that comes off, but you can see the big 'chunks'. So annoying I can't wear it. It even shed all over my white comforter when I laid down on it before i realized how bad it was. I have to take a lint roller to everything its around so I can't wear it anymore. It was a Christmas gift so I have no receipt!

I have had to return this jacket twice hoping I just received a poorly manufactured one each time. I've had people tell me theirs from years ago never shed and lasts. But the shedding is intolerable. Please fix this issue.

Bring back the old version!!!! This one is too big & sheds too much!!!! Entire jacket is loose. Not form fitting/feminine at all. Top sticks out when unzipped halfway from being too big. Also, no draw string was a huge mistake. And the shed is coming off onto my other jackets & clothing. The old version was perfect. Like, why???

The image colors were confusing, so I contacted TNF for assistance to confirm that I was selecting the correct jacket color. What I received is not what I was told - incorrect color. Upon contacting TNF I was told that I was confused and that the product descriptions were correct. Apparently, contacting customer service for assistance is a wast of time - to be told two different things by two different representatives is an issue TNF may want to correct. I am returning for a full refund and have intention of repurchasing from TNF.

These are so pretty brand new but when you wash them they never look the same. I won't spend the money on them anymore, sale or no sale.

I just bought this jacket last week and during the first use I noticed it left fuzzies all over my seatbelt when I was driving. Over the week I have worn it about two more times and it sheds like crazy. I wore a crossbody bag over this and the strap was covered in lint. It's in my car and on my clothes underneath. I have yet to wash it for fear of what it might unleash upon my laundry machine. Surprisingly, if I try to lint roll it nothing comes off. This is my first Osito jacket, and honestly it is super soft and warm but I expected better quality from Northface.

I use the coat frequently and it has shed pink fibers all over all my clothes and car. I walk around with pink dots from the coat. I have washed it several times and put a lint brush over it and still no improvement. I have contacted customer service 2x and they have never responded. I've bought several North Face jackets and this is the first time this has happened.

Nothing great about this jacket

I originally saw this on co-worker and fell in love with it. It is super warm and soft but I had to return it. The jacket sheds worse than my 2 dogs combined. My seatbelt car still has some lint from it. :(

I wanted to love this cute fuzzy jacket but it sheds light crazy. No one wants to walk around with a lint roller all of the time. Nor do you want to walk around with fuzzy stuff from your jacket in your hair, in your car...etc. I'm not sure if it was just the one that I received but I would not recommend this jacket to any one. It really sucks because it warm, cozy, and super cute!

I bought a couple of these last year and adore them, they are so incredibly warm. I bought 2 more the other day and can't believe the decline in quality!! The jacket's I bought last year are most certainly a heavier fleece, there is no drawstring at the bottom of the jacket no longer has a nice curvy shape at the bottom. I'm returning both of the ones I just bought and will just pamper my 2 older ones! Hopefully, TNF will take note of everyone complaining and bring their quality back up to par with the price!!! Very dissapointed, not worth the price anymore!!

I wear an 2XL. I bought the 3 XL and cannot even zip it. Women have breasts. How about sizing for them. Normally, in other name brands a 3XL would be too big Quit skimping on fabric in plus sizes.pp

I ORDERED THIS JACKET IN BROWN ONE YEAR FOR MY MOM FOR CHRISTMAS AND IT SHEDS SO BAD SHE COULDNT WEAR IT....WOULD BE ALL OVER HER CLOTHES WHEN SHE TOOK IT OFF AND ALL OVER THE SEAT BELT WHEN SHE WAS DRIVING...THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO SELL SOMETHING LIKE THAT.....

Bought this in black after seeing it on sale and knowing my husband is a huge North Face fan for their quality. Boy did I buy the wrong product! I received it in the mail, opened the package and instantly rubbed the soft fabric and thought "Wow, this is the softest jacket ever!" Then I put it on. It fit great! Looked good, my husband even commented how nice it fit. Then I took it off. This is where it goes downhill... all over my white shirt were black "fuzzies" from the jacket! They were literally everywhere. I had to grab a lint roller to remove it all which is a pain. I am disappointed in TNF for making a product that sheds so easily and so much.

I bought one of these jackets about 5 years ago and wore it twice before getting rid of it. It shed fuzz EVERYWHERE even after being washed several times. I decided to give this product another try, thinking that over the years the process and/or materials would have improved. The same issue has arisen with my second jacket! I will never buy another product from Northface with the experience I have had with this "craftsmanship," especially with the amount of money that this product costs!

I don't like to be negative but my 8 year old spent her own money she got for a Christmas gift for me. She got me the Pink Honeysuckle Osito Jacket. It sheds so bad. I have washed it like 6 times and tried to de fuzz it. It keeps shedding on everything I wear and my seatbelt gets so bad I have to have a lint roller in the car to de fuzz. I have pink fuzz everywhere. I want to wear this jacket as my daughter asked me why I don't wear it. She is so disappointed.

I want to love this jacket! It's soft and comfortable but it sheds! I've washed it several times and used a lint roller but every time I put it on, I have the same result-huge balls of fuzz on my clothing. It's worse in the car-have to de-fuzz the seatbelt as curtesy to the next driver.

I love the Osito jacket and figured I'd love Osito 2. Why did you make the collar so much higher. I bought 2 of these jackets and am so unhappy. You should have left the style alone. It really looks unattractive.

I was not very happy with this when it came. The picture shows the cuff on the sleeve to be thicker like the grey and black ones and when I got it, it was like the normal jackets. Was not happy because the procure was not correct and I was disappointed.

I purchased one a couple of years ago and returned it because it was shedding all over the place. Northface was great they sent me a gift card for the cost of the jacket because they said it was defective. I finally used the gift card and purchased another one because I didn't see any negative reviews about it shedding. Of course I see two reviews now. I washed the jacket according to the care label but it won't stop shedding. Gets all over my car and seatbelt and then gets on everything else.

I brought my first north face fleece during Black Friday and I finally wore it and it's sheds like hell ! I mean it gets all over the place it fits cute and very warm but it isn't worth the buy because it sheds on your clothes jeans seat belt everything I'm really disappointed
