Ran a little small and the brown was more purple.

This coat is not as warm as the previous Arctic Parkas

I have been a loyal NF customer for decades. I wore a long down puffer coat replaced by the Metropolis for 20 years, buying a smaller size after weight loss. It had sturdy snaps and a zipper. Why did you replace the snaps with cheap Velcro, at this price point? The Velcro secures even when you don't need it to, preventing easy access to the zipper. It snags sweaters and wool gloves, destroying them. Your coats are less durable and worthless. I bought the similar parka from Columbia, who uses snaps, for $100 less.

I've purchased North Face products for many years, and still have an earlier version of this coat from ~10 years ago that is still in excellent condition. I had to purchase a new, larger coat because...well, 10 years. Anyway, and I hate having to say this, I was disappointed in the coat that arrived. The material itself does not feel as high quality; the zipper is plastic instead of metal - which for a coat like this is not great; and the drawstring that cinches the waist of the coat exits the pockets with no apparent place to be tucked in. Meaning, my thumbs get caught in the loops at the end of the drawstrings in the pockets. All in all, it just feels pretty inferior in quality to the previous version of the coat. Big bummer for someone like me who had to save for a while to purchase it.

I don't like this parka! It is very uncomfortable material very stiff. The Velcro closures are annoying. I regret spending so much money and yet it is parked in my closet taking up space.

Never received this product from North Face after having to call in multiple times for a status update over a week. Ended up ordering from another retailer and enjoy it so far.

Kind of disappointed, maybe I should have looked at the cold rating but man...this coat is not nearly warm enough for the zero degree temperatures we've been experiencing in Minnesota this winter, especially in the arms. And boy...zippers on NF coats and jackets are always a challenge, I've had to replace two zippers in past years.

Bought this in my usual size, medium. Loved the look, wore it one time as soon as I got in my car and went to drive, it was way too tight in the chest and in the arms. Haven't even wanted it again hanging in my closet collecting dust. Sport Check would not allow me to return it

Sadly this one didn't work for me. The XL was too big and the L was a tiny bit too small if I wanted to wear a sweater etc. I loved the length, style and warmth of the jacket though. Wish sizing was a little better for me personally.

Sleeves in the small were ridiculously short, sleeves on the medium way too long. Such a shame as I've this coat for years now and wanted to replace it.

The feather on the jacket on the shoulder area moved and now I get cold on my shoulder bc there is no material to keep me warm there. The jacket is not that old. Other than that I loved it, I'm just a little disappointed that now I need to put an extra layers under so my shoulder doesn't get cold

I really like this jacket however, every time I bend down or sit the dual zipper on the bottom splits. For the price tag, I would've expected better quality

This parka is great, I like it, I ordered in a size medium but they sent me a small, I have to return because the size medium was sold out.

I feeling not like before warm

I think there is a slight difference in fit between colors. I found the pine needle color fit a tad slimmer than the boysenberry color. Both had super long sleeves. I consider myself a true small, not petite, and I was surprised to find the size S was a bit larger fitting with sleeves that were about 2 inches too long. Returned.

It's great and beautiful

It's seemingly warm when you try on in store or at home. But not really in practice in the outdoors. It is bulky and heavy. Will return.

I had this jacket for about 20 years so my original was Amazing quality. I had to get a new one because it was very old and the stuffing was coming out. The original jacket had extra pockets which was nice. When i replaced this jacket this summer I got the herringbone fabric. This parka was a disappointment. The fabric pilled after 2 years by the sleeves. The fabric pilled from the Velcro side of the jacket. North Face usually made amazing jackets and I love them but this jacket was a huge disappointment. I wish they brought the old parka back with the better fabric

I love the color of this parka but was upset to find out that this parka it is much too big in the shoulders/arms which is sad. I generally wear a XS/Small in northface clothes and even the XS is so big that my shoulders and arms are SWIMMING in this parka. I've bought an XS parka from TNF a few years ago, and it is my favorite coat ever! I was so excited to get another parka from Northface, but the sizing is off on the women's Arcite parka, which is very disappointing.

The hood on this parka in not fully adjustable. I have tried several times to adjust this hood so it is not falling halfway down my face. I have two other North Face jackets where this is not an issue at all. Why fix something that isn't broken. The design on this hood is horrible and I will look at other jackets in the future.

It looks ordinary, I like the premium better. But good for its price.

Have a similar parka that was gifted to me about 5 years ago in the same size and the fit is good eyerywhere except the belly it's overly large and u can see the pockets puff out making me look round
