I love love love that this jacket is so comfortable and so lightweight. I can't stand jackets that are heavy and make your movements feel restricted. This jacket is super cute on and so far has proven warm. You could even layer under and on top of this jacket. I got the green color and although it's a little more blue/green in person than the photo shows, it's still a pretty color.

I ordered the cool blue with orange zipper. Nice color! I'm looking to use this for spring and fall jacket. It's very light! But warm for 40-50s degree weather. I'm 5'1" 123lbs I ordered medium. The small was a little too snug around the belly area and medium fit better but arms too long. It's very form fitting so it shows your curves. If you don't like that order a size up. I wish they had a small and a half. I'm between small and medium.

I'm 5'4" and 106 lb, the size S is too loose, a XS will fit much better.

I loved this coat and pattern, unfortunately, I find that North Face Women's extra small fits strangely in upper arm area, coat was super light weight, but sadly returned it and bought a girls size at a North Face Store

I like the color and how light weight it was. The hood like kind of funny on. But really no complaints.

I have one of the early NF down liners which I love because it is very lightweight and very warm without the bulk. Sadly it's wearing out so I was looking for a replacement. This coat was NOT it. The Thermoball jacket is indeed lightweight but so much so that I got no warmth from it all. This is a fine jacket for a winter in Florida or Southern California. Another issue for me is that it doesn't zip or adapt well into any of my other NF shells or fleece. It was designed as a stand alone jacket for a mild climate. If this is what you want then it's probably awesome.

I use this product more for casual wear because I don't lime heavy jackets.

Good for 30 degree weather but no colder. The black was a lot shinier than I expected. Doesn't bother me but I understand the garbage bag comments others have made. Zipper is a little flimsy but I do like the close fit of the jacket. I bought jacket in rose red too. Nice color.

My teenage daughter doesn't wear anything that is not "cool" (my word). She loves this jacket - and even zips up when its cold out now.

I weigh 118 and I'm 5'2, i bought the size small and it fits perfectly even with a sweater underneath. I will say the sleeves are a tad long for a short person but thats okay! I mostly wear it on long walks and it keeps me toasty! Living in Texas though it doesn't get too cold so i haven't tried that out yet. Perfect jacket though not too puffy.

I bought this jacket thinking it would be lightweight and warm, plus I wouldn't be restricted in movement and overall looking too puffy. The only reason I gave this coat 4 stars is because it's not as warm as I was hoping it would be but I still really like it. I pair it with a fleece zip up underneath and I am still very cold in 35-40 degree weather. The reason I did give this coat four stars though is because I know it's going to be great when the weather starts to warm up (50+) around the beginning of spring. Plus, I also know I am always on the colder side so maybe someone who runs hot will really like this coat in colder weather.

Jacket is very comfortable and light weight. Great for driving too. Could be a little warmer/windproof for the money, but all in all a great, stylish and well fitted jacket.

I'm Petite - 5'2" and 97 lbs and I usually buy the North Face jackets in Girls' size L because they fit me perfect. I wanted the Thermoball jacket but they didn't have solid colors in Girls' sizes and that makes the jackets look a bit young. I bought the XS Thermoball jacket and while I absolutely love it, the fit is just a bit big for me - I wish it was available in the Girls' size L for a perfect fit. There is certainly a big difference between the Women Size XS and Girls size L (14/16)

I love the light weight warmth and style of this jacket. It isn't at all restrictive. I can wear it in my cold office or while driving and still move comfortably. My only complaint is that there are little strings here and there; for the cost of this jacket, that should not be the case.

Love the light weight of the jacket. Only wish it was a wider at the bottom of the jacket. Me being a bigger person would love to zip the jacket without feeling I can't breath. Otherwise the room in the sleeves and everywhere else still makes it my favorite North Face
