Very good product, if there is something to improve, is to add a bag to carry

I always wear a size L and ordered such. Too small! Sent it back with enclosed free return label and order XL. XL arrived. Love it! Comfortable, super lightweight yet fairly warm. Would not recommend for dead of winter, out west or up north...but really nice for hiking and casual wear when temps are between 25 and 55.
But the return! Yikes! Took to the post office, with the North Face provided return label, 3 weeks ago and have been tracking ever since. Always said "waiting to be picked up". What?? Went to the post office twice to check on it and was told both times that this is so common with that type of return label. When I checked on it today it now says "in transit". So, product great, but return process lousy!

great jacket but I used the online fit guide and ordered recommended size of XL and it was MUCH too big hence returning. I am 5'10", usually wear a size 10 and found the length of sleeves perfect but just too much room everywhere else.

Great mid-level layer for snow sports on really cold days or outer layer for outdoor activities in the spring or fall. Comfortable & light - easy to pack.

I absolutely loves this jacket. Fashionable design and pattern, show waist line. The only draw back is hip area is too small. I normally wear L for any other brand. But for the Termoball vest or jackets I have to wear XL to fit the hip area, but then the shoulder is too big and sleeves are too long.

I've been wearing the jacket daily since I got it 10 days ago. This includes wearing it as an outer layer skiing (with several other warm layers underneath including a light downie). I was expecting it to be warmer from the descriptions.
The best pocket for active wear is the small zip pocket on the top left side otherwise I find putting things in the zip hand pockets get a little in the way with movement.

This jacket is great. The cut fits well and I like the fact that there are 5 pockets. 3 with zippers, two without on the inside of the coat. Love the fact that is can be packed into its own zipper pocket for compact storage. Amazing warmth without the bulk of a heavy coat. The only thing missing is a tri-climate option. There is a similar version of this offered as a tri-climate, but the inside thermoball liner is of a lesser quality, it only has two zippered pockets, and you cannot stuff the coat into its own pocket for storage. Seriously - please offer a compatible shell that can be purchased separately, which this thermoball jacket can zip into for when extra warmth, and wind & water resistance are needed. If there is a shell that is compatible, please let me know. I was not able to find that information on your website.

I'm a mellow adventurer. I've been quite happy with the insulation and wind-resistance.
I've paired the jacket with a hardshell during snow days when out in open space with wind and have been incredibly comfortable.
The con: the stitch quality could be improved upon. I find loose ends and bunched areas.

The perfect warm layer for travel - it packs up into its pocket so you can fit in in a backpack easily. I pair it with a fleece and a waterproof shell and find that it is more than adequate for temperatures below freezing. It's not very fitted in the torso area so there's room for layers underneath. The con of this is that it can be unflattering and have a bit of a bulky appearance despite how thin it is. However, thee reason that I removed one star was for the quality of the zipper - while it works perfectly fine, it looks cheap. For how much this jacket costs I would expect something that looks nicer.

I really like this jacket. It's very cute and stylish. Because I have it in black, it goes with everything. These do run quite large. I'm normally a medium in most things, but I got this in a small. It's not the most flattering fit, but I still think it looks nice. It's not bulky at all so it doesn't make you look all huge and puffy. Thermoball has the equivalent to 600 fill down, so I expected this to be pretty warm. Although it is relatively warm, it wouldn't be enough for an extremely chilly day for me. That being said, it is perfect for day to day activities because it is nice and lightweight. For some reason the original thermovall jackets fit better than the stretch version. It's a bit more fitted and has less fabric gapping on the back area. Just thought I'd throw that in there for anyone who'd debtsing between the two!

It felt pretty warm. I wore it out of the house once to see - about 40 degrees and felt warm enough. I’m 5’3” and 145 lbs. medium was too tight at hips, but fit fine otherwise. Exchanged for a large and it fit fine at hips and was too big on top. I returned both and purchased something else.

I like the jacket. Just wish it was available in white color when I ordered it.
Otherwise it's warm.

I love thermoball. This is my second one. Holds up well. Easy machine washable. Warm but breathable. Great for walking in chilly weather.
I'm not crazy about the current color options, though. Too drab.

I was looking for a lightweight jacket without a hood and this seemed perfect. The overall jacket is great. I ordered the Brit Blue online (never having seen it in person) it was a huge disappointment! There was a metallic/shiny quality to it that was reminiscent of tacky chameleon paint. I returned it in-store and got a different color, and am happy with the exchange.

I really wanted to keep this jacket. I thought the xxl would fit but sadly it is too small in the chest. I have a Metro that is xxl and it fits great, I wish the thermo fit the same way.

Got this as a mid layer for cold weather hikes or outer for temperate weather. Its a great layer and this with a long sleeve or a fleece underneath is enough to keep me warm in 30ish weather at standing, or a little colder when summiting and still in the tree line.
I like how easy is packs or rolls up, the rolling in the pocket feature is nice, but a little wrestle to get it packed in there.
Overall a great purchase
