It is a very good jacket but, It is not windproof and not so warm for a cold day

Perfect for the gym, Pilates, hiking, traveling and everything in between. North face tends to be snug on my hips so I have to go 1 size up to medium which sometimes results im a baggy fit.

Bought this jacket for a trip to California. Perfect for packing and versatile enough to wear anywhere.

Loved the jacket but I failed to understand "active fit". It was just a little too snug fitting for me.

I bought this in black color. The first one shop with defective. The sewing line next to zipper scrip off (tear off) with insulate come out. I called customer services and let them know that i reaaly like the jacket and want to exchange another one. The cusomer provide me a fee return label and ship the new one for me in 2 business day. The material nylon of the jacket is easy to crash if you not carefully . Because it is very expensive , the kacket should be higher quality. Thank you.

Nice colours, feminine form flattering baffle pattern, light and rolls up for packing. Feels like perfect body temperature or mini microclimate inside the jacket when standing or walking slow and heat builds up when you move more, so cozy for something so thin!. Love the hood. Have not worn it in full wind or drizzle yet, bought it for travel to Iceland and Canadian climate. I usually wear medium and that's what I bought, has room for a fleece underneath, sleeve length just fits, torso length perfect. The website said choose Large, but in-store it was way too big when I tried one ( 5'9", average bust, thinner waist, athletic, wider shoulders and hips, longer torso). Hopefully it's worth the high price and lasts for years.

Perfect weight for the South. We rarely experience cold weather and this jacket is the perfect weight for slightly chillier days/nights.

I want to love this jacket, the technical fabric and the ample colorways. Unfortunately my size is too narrow in the shoulders for my build. A size up is very large in the arms, waist and looks ill fitting on me.

Really like an inside zip breast pocket and this doesn't have one. Small detail, but at this price point, relevant. I am 5'8 and 130 and need the length of M to keep low back warm, but too big through chest for me, though felt good through shoulders. Small too tight across shoulders.

I really like this jacket. When I received the jacket it was not what I thought it was be. Since the name was Thermal ball I thought it would be thicker than it is. I gota lot of compliments on the jacket. I just didn't thick it would be this thin.

The jacket is very light weight (in terms of actual weight, not how warm it is) and comfortable. However, the sleeves are very roomy and puffy in comparison to the body of the jacket. Being in California, I intend to use the jacket with a thin layer under and do not need the extra room in the sleeves. Therefore, this jacket is not for me. It will work for someone who wants to wear sweater underneath.

I love the look, but not the feel. Since they started filling with synthetic material, it's noticeably stiffer than previous real down filled jackets. Should be packable; I tried and it was a struggle. Felt nice on. I normally wear a medium and a medium fit perfectly.

This jacket is great for mild winter days in my neck of the woods. Will wear it most often in fall and spring. Very light weight weight and comfortable. Love the color(salmon)!

The warmth that it provides me in cold weather is just right, I order an extra large so that I can wear bulky sweaters comfortably.

I am a pretty huge "other brand" fan, but I read so many great things about the thermoball technology that I wondered if it could even come close to my beloved nano puff jacket. Got this on sale and at first I had to be sure it wasn't actually down! It looks & feels so much like the real thing! And warmth...hello...probably can wear this in a good 10 degrees colder weather than my old standby. The fit could be a bit more form fitting, it either is "vanity sized" or just reg fit vs the "semi fitted" feel of my nano. I think if I sized down though, the arms would be too short and the shoulders would be too tight to grab a steering wheel. So I I usually am a small in most sportswear and got the thermoball puff in that size as well. It is just a bit loose in the belly area and the arms are a bit "roomy". I'd totally give it 5 stars still, so warm and light and stylish! Only downfall of it that I see is the lack of "extras" for the money. At full price, competitors jackets also have an extra internal chest pocket and chin zipper garage with internal soft chin guard. Extra touches that will be missed by me, for sure! But I got the thermoball on sale, so I'll deal. Colors available are off the hook! I ended up getting the "sharp green" one, which honestly matches my dog's Penn Tennis balls perfectly! Something I discovered and laughed at pretty hard when I went to play fetch with my pooch at a camp site! I was going for visibility, well I got it! Very bright neon green.

I saw someone wearing this jacket in the multi-stripe pattern and just loved it. The size is very standard. Roomy enough without bagging. Super lightweight and yet still very warm--wore it in 27 degrees and was very happy with it. Only wish it had the double-zip since it is hip length and would be nice to open the bottom when driving/sitting in it.

I was, suprised how warm this jacket really is. My last jacket was heavy and this one is doing light weight. The look is great too!!
