I love this jacket because it's so light yet warm, but even more (don't call me shallow) because it looks great on. The cut is very slimming. It is also very soft??_.comfy. The quality is what you would expect from North Face. When I took my new jacket on a recent trip, I left it for a few moments in the hotel restaurant and when I went back to retrieve it, it was gone. I probably spent two days mourning that jacket before I bought another one. So, buy this jacket??_..twice if you have to!

I purchased the thermoball jacket in a xxl , I'm a plus size woman that find it hard to find jackets that fit. So before it arrived I prayed because the color was unique and I already knew how great of a jacket it was for the winter weather from a previous purchase for my infant son. We love them. They keep you warm from such a light weight jacket. So when I received it it fit comfortably I have long arms and it fit. I'm very happy with my purchase. Just ask that northface make a bigger selection for us plus size women. We like to be warm and fashionable. !!!!

Was pleasantly surprised how fashionable yet lightweight and warm this jacket is. I am and only 5 feet small size and don't like the jackets that r bulky. Great to get in car and yet warm when in 0 degree weather as it is in North East this winter!!!

I Love the lightness of the coat and the it is the warmest coat I own. The coat lets me move with freedom and I don't feel that I am wearing a any extra layers!! Love it! I have purchased 6 coats (one for all my family members)!

This is the best Putchase I have ever made. So stylish, compact, light weight and giving me enough protection that if I am going to Himalaya this jacket would give me warmth to sustain. Black is my color and I love it because it shines my SOUL as well. I can be me and this jackets brings me all positive vibes and attitude which I need. Love It!! My sister in law purchased this coat last winter and has been telling me for a year how wonderful it is. I finally bought myself one this winter and she was right. I love it! It is so nice to go out for a walk(hike) or shopping (inside and outside) and not be weighted down by your jacket. Warm but not heavy! Great purchase!

It is so warm but extremely light. I'm glad I ordered the hoodie for times being caught in elements. I also like how compact it can when when traveling

I love this jacket. It has an amazing warmth for that thinness. In deep winter (I live in midwest where the winters are brutal), I would definitely rely on layers. I am 5'1", 112lb and I got the small so that I can wear a sweater or fleece underneath if I want. This jacket will be a great ski midlayer. It will also be a good jacket to take on vacation trips if needed, as its extremely lightweight.

Bought this coat for our daughter who is 12. Awesome coat, she says it is very warm and of course all the rage at school. The color is great, she got the grey with the mint green inside. a little pricey but hopefully she will have for a long time. I love how it's not huge and puffy like the old "really warm" coats.
