I saw this jacket in a local store but they had limited colors so ordered online the color (dark purple). I needed it for a layering piece for an upcoming trip to Alaska. It packs into its own pocket (although instructions would be nice....but maybe I'm just challenged that way) lightweight but warm, wanted something for under my rain gear. The color is gorgeous. Has a nice fit for mid weight clothes underneath. I'm 5' 9", about 145 lbs with long arms. The sleeves are perfect. Not too short at all. The length is lower hip so doesn't ride up to give you a cold back. highly recommend. Haven't had it for the winter but will be great for fall and then X-country skiing and snowshoeing in the winter in snowy climate. Will be a great layering piece since I'm always cold.

Love this jacket . The silver one I recently purchased is my second . I own a black one slightly different but they are the most comfortable light weight jackets that are warm for fall , spring and early winter . Plus they look great , many complements.

Bought this for an up coming extended trip. I wanted something light ,warm and packable. Haven't worn it yet as it is summer. I have a vest that is similar and love it.

Think I love it but hard to tell since it is still summer. Have to wait for winter, but feels nice and light now.

I originally purchased 1 Women's Thermoball jacket as a gift. I liked it so much, that I decided to get one for myself and another one for my good friend. Ultimately, I purchased a total of 3 jackets. We are all very pleased with the jackets and highly recommend them.

Love this jacket. I got the same one for my daughter, and we both love it. We live in Texas but travel to Wisconsin quite a few times, so it works in both climates. Well worth the money and we get so many compliments on them.

The jacket was amazing in fit and super light weight. I am amazed how warm I am in our dicey spring weather here in NW Ohio. No restriction in movement wearing this jacket. I bought this jacket in silver/grey to travel in Europe during the late winter. I wore it alone on dry days paired with a splashy scarf and good boots. On cool, wet days I dressed this light, hardly there jacket under a black rain jacket. While I was not necessarily "runway" ready, I always felt I was well dressed and put together. And very importantly, I was always warm, dry and comfortable. What more can you ask?

I really love this jacket. I hike all the time and I love how light and how warm this jacket is. I would like to get another color when it is on sale. And I would like to get one for my daughter when it is on sale.

This jacket is very thin and light and it is meant to be a midlayer. Although I have walked around with this jacket at around zero degree Celcius, going in and out the mall. This is not to be used for below 0 degree Celcius or 32 degree Fahrenheit just by itself. Whoever is expecting to wear this alone in winter weather has an unrealistic expectations. It is nice for midlayer as it is supposed to keep your body temperature in without feeling too hot. If you would have gone to the store, they will tell you this. In Spring or Fall though, it is perfect. I had one with the hood and one without. This is good under the rain, although I haven't tried it. I also like this jacket as it is not bulky and comfortable when travelling in a train or flying. It simply keeps the body temperature in. For colder weather, you need an outer layer. The only negative is I wish they would make a longer one for women. I wear a Medium one and it is a bit on the loose side for me. But it is perfect if I want to wear a light sweater inside to add to the warmth. I am 5'3" and 128 pounds.
