I use this product for rain, cold weather, and layering. Very fashionable. Lots of compliments on it. The only thing I wish it had was an adjustable waistband, to lock the heat in.

Given as a gift and they loved it....it appears to be as described.

This is my favorite purchase this year. I love this jacket. It is lightweight and comfortable yet warm. One can easily add fleece under for laying. I bought the turquoise blue which is gorgeous. I can walk my dog in the morning and be fashionable and warm. I am always happy with everything North Face, but especially this jacket.

I live it so much I'm getting another one!

I love this jacket!!! It's great alone, but also due to the material it's great to slip under another jacket (rain jacket etc.) for added warmth & wind protection. Nice fit, closer to the body, but not tight at all. I am 5'4, 112 lbs, got this in black, XS. I have long arms and appreciate that the sleeves are long enough, not so with some of the other NF jackets. I tried on many other jackets and am extremely happy I choose this!! Get it, you won't regret it!! I wore it for the first time this past weekend in Grand Marais, MN & kept me perfectly warm for a fall weekend along Lake Superior!

I love this jacket. I wear it around town and to the horse barn. I can't say enough about The North Face products!

Snowshoeing and winter activities. Everyday wear.

Bought this jacket before last winter and wore constantly. It was surprisingly warm for how lightweight it is but also breathable enough that you don't get too hot if the weather improves. Compressible and easy to pack - I bring it with me whenever traveling to have a warm jacket available and it takes up no room. Love this jacket and wish I had a couple colors (I have the silver jacket and love the color).

My daughter loves this jacket. It's lightweight and waterproof. She has the all black with green trim. It's vibrant and stylish. I ordered the long hoodie too, which fits perfectly underneath this for additional layering. both are size medium and its not too snug together and it still fits well when by itself. She's 5'6 and 120 pounds, if you are trying to get an idea for the best size to buy.

I will wear this jacket when the weather gets colder. This is my second Thermoball jacket purchase. I wore my other jacket all the time even when it was really cold. It's such a classy jacket. This jacket keeps you warm without all the bulk:) love this jacket. I want it in pink also.

Bought this jacket for the fall season in Alaska. I brought it up with me for a 3 day hike in the mountains. I slipped it on over my base layer any time we stopped and it kept me warm. Also wore it around camp over two light layers and I was warm. Anytime it got windy I would put my windbreaker over it as it does not really stop the wind. I am a true medium and I wish this jacket was a little bigger for layering but besides that, I am happy with it!

Best jacket I've ever bought.

I haven't gotten to put it to use yet. Winter's coming. Will check it out!

Love the jacket

Excited to use this jacket on my after school hikes (it gets chilly early:)! I love love the color and fit!

Great for walks on the beach in chilly months. Running errands is super because it is so light weight. Black goes with everything. Stylish in casual settings.

I have a Thermoball jacket and Vest in almost every color made. I love them to death. It is my favorite jacket of all time.

My wife wears this and as for all her north face products she says its very comfortable and loves the way it fits. You know north face products have great functionality. With keeping to styles that your proud to wear.

This is a very stylish jacket. I've had many compliment on it.
