As a woman who has both narrow and large feet, I have always had a problem finding shoes that were comfortable and fit well. These Asics fit both my requirements. They are very comfortable, and I can fit my orthotics inside without the shoe being too tight. Love the color, too.

They have changed the sizing and the footbed is much shorter. I have worn size 9 for many years in my beloved Ascis. the sizing is so off, I may have to switch to another brand. Get it together Asics and go back to your original manufacturer. the shoes are poorly sized. I measure an 8.5 but usually buy a size 9 running shoe. Now the size 9 is way too small.

I loved these shoes when I got them. They fit perfectly and were very comfortable. I over pronate slightly and I felt that these shoes were much more supportive than the Asics Gel Nimbus I had been wearing. After 2 weeks of wearing them for daily walks/jogs of 3 miles or so, I wore a hole through the back lining of the shoe (behind my heel). If I had been running marathons or if I'd had the shoes over a year I might expect this but for this price, I expected a much more durable shoe. Zappos was very receptive to my complaint so I will definitely be ordering from them again but I won't be ordering any Asics shoes for a while.

Purchased because of my over pronation. Shoes fit well, and maintain improved alignment for my pronation. Love the colors also. Rapid delivery--no problems with order, delivery or product.

Seems like a nice shoe but fit felt full size small and width too, despite ordering in Wide. But that is why I stick with Zappos, I can return or exchange for free!

These shoes were highly recommended by my orthotist as being very supportive, but they ran a bit narrow for me - and I have narrow feet. I could have exchanged them for a wide - and maybe half a size longer too, but went with a pair of Drew sneakers instead since they are made specifically for big orthotics like mine.

Beautiful colors. Great fit. My feet run a bit narrow but the medium width is perfect. I have several pairs of Kayanos because they give great support and wear really well. A bit pricey but worth it.

These were horrible. I love Asics. I run every day. I couldn't get my foot in the 8 and half. What's up with this company. You're going to lose out big time.

I know the ratings are high on this shoe but for me they appeared cheap and flimsy for the extraordinarily high price. The shoe is made of some flimsy material which had me feeling as if there was no support at all.

I have worn Kayanos for years without any issues and this is the worst generation ever. I am not sure if it is a change in manufacturing - but there is no cushion in the bottom of the shoe - you can feel the running/walking surface through the bottom. After my third wearing, these shoes caused my feet to ache and my alignment of my knees to be off. I had to stop wearing them. That was an awfully expensive lesson. I am going to try inserts to see if it helps.

These are not as comfortable as the Kayano 21. They do have good arch support. Many reviews said these run small. I did not find that to be true. I feel they run true to size.

They do run narrow as others have said but I have a really narrow foot so they feel great on me. I haven't run in them yet and I'm normally a Brooks fan but I'm giving these a try. And Zappos, you are awesome.

I've been wearing Asics sneakers for a couple years. I'm not a runner, but a dog walker with the occasional short jog with the dog. This is my first pair of Kayano 22. I've worn the Kayano 12 before. I find these sneakers to be very comfortable, and keep my feet from getting uncomfortably hot. They have a nice tread for grip and stability. I have a problem with plantar fasciitis, and these sneakers don't cause me pain like others do (including my older Kayano 12s) while out walking.

Love these Asics Gel Kayano 22 shoes! They offer good support and comfort. The shoes are a nice style and come in a variety of colors. They also provide stability for my issue with balance. Zappos shipped the shoes to me quickly. I use Zappos frequently and it is easy to make exchanges and returns. I highly recommend Asics shoes and Zappos!

Like others have said, this is narrower and shorter than the previous Kayano models I have owned. I wear a wide and this was not wide in the toe box.

I've been buying Asics Gel-Kayano for several years now. I have 4 pair of Gel-Kayano 20. The material on the toe and top of my 20's is stitched and sturdy. I purchased the new Kayano 22 tried them on, noticed the new design and feel they look cheap without the stitching and with the lightweight material fused to the top and toe. I am not sure the top will hold up. The lacing has been moved back from the toe making my size 11.5 look even longer. I will be exchanging for Saucony Guide.

I wanted to love these shoes. They are super cute. I ordered a wide and they were still way too narrow. The cushioning was nice though!

Ugh. I have worn Gel Kayanos since they came out, and just as many others have said, my trusty size 7s feel too small in the new iteration; my toes are cramped. Such a shame. Get it together, Asics.

Awesome looking/feeling Asics! You won't be disappointed! Spend the extra cash and get these!

These shoes have a more narrow toe box than previous Kayanos that I have worn. I am very bummed. I will be returning them.

I have worn ASICS for years and have yet to find a style that compares to 2 identical pair I had previously. The Kayano 22 WIDE is NOT WIDE. I tried the regular/medium width also and they both feel the same. Hate this as now I have had to move to a Brooks shoe that is fine but I still prefer the detail and color choices of the ASICS.

I like these sneakers except for the toe area. Too narrow. I have a medium width foot and these hurt my toes after wearing them for a long period of time. I would have returned them but I was hoping to break them in, no luck...

Like so many other reviewers, I've been wearing these shoes for a while now. I saw all the comments about this latest version feeling narrow, so I ordered them in wide. I have relatively wide feet, but have been fine in a regular width in these. They arrived yesterday. Love the color combo, but man, did they look narrow! Tried them on -- and they didn't just look narrow. Good grief...just sitting on the couch, they made my feet sore. (And again, I ordered the wide!) Sadly they're going back and the search starts. I work on my feet (on an unforgiving concrete floor) and have struggled with plantar fasciitis on and off. Really disappointed to have to find a new gym shoe.

Rarely do I spend a lot of money on tennis/running shoes but these are well worth the price! They're super comfortable and feel very sturdy. My feet are slightly wide but with these being so soft and pliable, I did not need a wide.
