It is extremely small in size. you can just put a lunch box in it.

Chest strap is Velcro and wont hold. The color was totally wrong and customer service VERY lacking

I ordered the purple triangle sprout print and received something completely different. The one I got was mostly gray with big triangles and print, even the mesh side panels were gray, NOT purple. The backpack I received almost looked denim. Honestly, I didn't even realize there was writing on it from what is pictured online. I was very disappointed and will return. Plus, the sprout backpack is way too small for my three year-old.

Wayyyy to small! Got this for my 4 year old for pre-k, I read the reviews before purchasing but didn't realize it was that small. I will be returning it wouldn't even be able to fit anything that gets sent home from school such as projects and papers he has done. Not good for his age but would be perfect for 1-2 year old. Wish I wasn't so small because it's so cute!

I bought this backpack for my brother, he's going to be in kindergarten. This backpack won't even fit a standard size folder that he will be carrying around. way too small, wish they would show a comparison picture online so i knew exactly how big it was. I want to return it but the website won't allow me to access my account so that I can send it back and get another backpack from the north face.
