I love the shoes, but they squeak when I walk. Hoping that it goes away as I use them, because they are perfect otherwise.

not a very comfortable shoe ! expected more for the price.

I was compensated for defect to right shoe which had a deep crack across sole.Bought another identical pair,as they are quite comfortable.

I'm sorry to give a poor review of this shoe, but its Not as good as the NB 674 shoe. Some reason I can't find that shoe any longer.....

The shoes have no support and even with the supports I installed didn't help much. There's no way a postal employee could wear these all day as they were advertised. That why I bought them because of the postal rating

The size is accurate. The leather is very nice. The sole is good. But this shoe does not offer the same walking support as other NB walking shoes such as the 947v3. Doesnt seem to have a roll bar. So while a nice item not really what I need. Sorry it took too much wear to figure out what was wrong or I would have returned them.

I am on my feet all day. I really hoped these shoes would be great. I love NB shoes and have owned many pairs. These don't work for me. Not very comfortable and to me they look "clunky", almost like an orthopedic shoe.

I've been using the shoe for a few days now for work and so far I'd recommend skipping this pair. They do run a half size large for me. The insole is a joke for a shoe of this price; we're basically paying for the leather. The cushion and support are almost nonexistent which is really disappointing. I'm already looking for a third party insole as I know I will be on my feet all day. The perforations do work to help keep your feet nice and dry and the shoes are slip resistant.

I ordered a size nine medium postal shoe. The shoes arrived and appeared to be good quality. However they were wide in the heel and wanted to come off as I walked. I own two pairs from different manufacturers both size 9 medium and they don't have any issues. I don't know if I would reorder due to the poor performance of their customer service team. Way too much lag time.

I bought this shoe in part because it's made in the USA. Not bad quality but not what I expected. I had to 'open up' the top two shoelace holes in each shoe so that I could lace them. I have two other new balance shoes in the size I ordered but these were much longer and wider than I wanted. They are not true to size. I returned them the same day .

Been waiting for these to show and put one on to lace it up and my foot was hanging over the side and the tongue wouldn't stay inside the shoe. Mainly disappointed that the shoe doesn't fit. So now I'll have to return and go pick up a pair of Sketchers. Told my boss I would have new work shoes next week so I'll have to wait to re-purchase in two months or so.

Been wearing the 928 however you have reduced the length of the tongue until the sides of the shoe dig into my foot and cause pain. I though the 706 might be better how ever they are extreamly noisy and not as supportive as l had expected,I stand and walk on concrete 9 hours per day ,l would prefer the 928's with a longer tongue, they were when I first started purchasing Newbalance.

The top two holes on each side of each shoe were missing. I had to cut them out myself in order to string my shoe laces. I didn't expect this from a product 'Made in the USA'.

I am always shocked at the poor style and quality of your products compared to Adidas and others. You have a captive audience due to providing Narrow widths but the selection and quality therein is terrible. When I look at the quality and style from other manufacturers, I have to ask myself who is in charge at New Balance??? However, due to my narrow foot I keep trying your products only to be disappointed.

Lace holes not punched through. Sloppy sewing on tongue. Leather seems very thin.

Not sure if I received a defective pair? The stitching and material didn't line up correctly straight out of the box. I returned them.

Poor support caused pain in knees and feet. Poorly designed shoe. Cannot believe the claim that this is approved by the postal service.

I ordered these for 2 reasons...I've worn New Balance for over 20 years and always enjoyed good fit and good performance for the money. I was so glad to see shoes made in America! I ordered the size and width I've always worn, but these had a lot more room across the instep than other 2E New Balance styles I've worn. Don't know why, but I was disappointed that they didn't fit. I hope you can correct this problem as I'd really like to see more of your shoes being made right here at home!

I'm returning the shoe. The advertisement touted this shoe has a roll bar but inspection of the shoe does not inticate the shoe has the advertised "roll bar". Additionally the shoe doesn't have the company logo and appears to be a cheap knock off.
