I always love new balance shoes. I can count on the fit being perfect for me every time.

Straight out of the box it was soft, supple, and comfortable, even stylish. It was 100% perfect.

I bought this sneaker for my son with special needs. It was to replace an old pair and up the size. Very sturdy sneaker and simple for him to put on by himself.

This is my fourth or fifth pair of 813s -- in white. Comfortable, good-looking walking shoe that converts to a strong outside/yard-work shoe when the old 813s I'm wearing for that purpose wear out.

I get least 2 pair a year. Very comfortable. Love the velcro.

I bought a pair of these a while ago, and wore them out. Was time to replace, and since I have a narrow foot these are perfect.

The search for a shoe that is both comfortable and stylish resulted in a perfect acquisition of exceptional footwear.

I normally wear a size 11 EEE but had to order a half size larger as all of these walking shoes run smaller. The toe box appears not to be as restrictive or as shallow with the 11.5.

I work as a City Crossing Guard year round for the past 13 years and wear these on non rain or snow days. They feel great on my feet dealing with Peripheral Neuropathy for the past decade, wouldn't buy any brand.

It is a christmas gift for my husband. But is the style he always buys.

Had always purchased the 928v3 hook and loop shoe which is much more expensive than the 813 hook and loop. It turns out that I like the 813 even more than the 928v3 as it's just as comfortable and even lighter. Just wish the 813 came in tan but it only comes in white, black and grey. The 928v3 does come in tan but I don't see where it's worth the extra $50.

I purchased these shoes believing that they were a newer generation of the 811's that I have that fit well. They're not the same. Although I ordered the same size (11.5 4E) , they are narrower and uncomfortable. Also, I have numerous other pairs of NB shoes and except for the ones with GoreTex, all have ventilation holes to allow perspiration to dissipate; the 813 has none on top nor on the sides. I returned these to NB.

I am having some foot and leg problems with aging. It was recommended I look into some more comfortable foot wear, as I have wore leather tie-up shoes my entire working years. New Balance was recommended, and I sought out a shoe store that sold the product, went and got fitted and made a purchase, along with supports. What a great change and some relief from foot and leg cramps. As winter came on I need foot wear to better stand Illinois winters. Went on-line, knowing my size needs, made a purchase and am continuing my improvement. Great footwear!

No "break-in" period needed. Wonderful shoe, light weight, but solid construction.

I'm having Hip Replacement Surgery in a few weeks and these shoes will greatly assist my recovery while in PT

I have two pairs of these shoes, purchased 6 months apart. I hear the oldest ones on a daily basis and the newer pair for work. My only gripe is that you no longer tell which shoes are the SL-2 for high arches. At least I can search for the option to see what is available.

These are great shoes. I've been buying a pair each of the last few years. I wear them every day, they are comfortable and last a long time.

they need some more cushion is the shoe, but the shoe is ok.

I was looking for a shoe that I could wear with dress pants. I like the looks of the shoes and the fit. I cannot testify about the wear.

The shoes are very stylish and comfortable too. I would buy these shoes again and recommend these shoes for walking and athletic events.

How in the world are these "extra extra wide" 6E shoes squeezing the front half of my feet together and more uncomfortable than the extra wide 4E's I've been wearing?
