Good fit! I wish it had little bit more of an arch to support my heels

The more I looked at them and tried them on inside my home I knew they were too narrow. I own 2 sets of 813's, one with strings and the other straps. They appear to be mis-marked or your overseas manufacture was skipping the cutting of the sections. I already mailed them back to you and located a pair at McCulloch's in Brea, CA Wide Shoes. I've ordered from you over the years and all was good until this past transaction..........I'll try ZAPPOS again in the future....Thank you......cbs

Checking my previous oder, these shoes lasted almost 3 years of daily use until the bottoms just wore out. Too lazy to tie my own shoes, these shoes were fantastic as they have velcro closures. Adding a Dr Scholl's insole increased the comfort too. Great product and great service.

We like this pair of shoes because the Velcro straps are longer for are need.

My only shoes. I love them until they literally fall apart. Planned obsolescence or just poor quality? I keep buying them, but one would expect more from a basic walking shoe that costs a hundred dollars. Perhaps I should switch back to Brooks as they carry a 4E as well. I do appreciate the prompt shipping and always correct order.

I ordered two other pairs of hook and loop shoes in black , both didn't fit right. I sent them back, not a problem with Zappos. I got a pair of this model in white, feels great. This pair of black hook and loop feel just as comfortable as my white pair. Glad I found Zappos, I have wide, hard to fit feet, Zappos has a huge selection, and great customer service.

i am a natural 12 1/2 size. These were too big. I exchanged for a size 12, which were a better fit and reviewed seperately
