AS A RETIRED "MAILCARRIER";WHEN THE POST OFFICE PUT "NEW BALANCE" ON THE APPROVED UNIFORM SUPPLIER LIST; THAT WAS (I THINK--IT WAS A LONGGGGGG TIME AGO). I TRIED A PAIR OF THE "POSTAL" SHOES( SNEAKERS) AND HAVE STAYED WITH "NEW BALANCE" EVER SINCE!!!!!!!!

I walk almost 100 miles a month and needed a good walking shoe with extra room in the toe box. These shoes are perfect if you need comfort, support and room in the toe box. I can't recommend these enough!

Really like how the shoes feel of my feet. I wear them at work and I am Literally on my feet all day at work. Very comfortable shoe.

This product is the best I have found for walking....ease in getting on my feet...ease in fastening...just perfect in all ways!!!

My first Pair of walkers. Not as well fitted as the 993 I buy locally but are comfortable for my needs. Wish there were more sizes in stock.

I buy the MW813 all the time mainly because of the extra toe room and my Peripheral Neuropathy inserts fit perfectly in these Shoes. I've owned over 6 pairs of MW813's and would Recommend them to everyone in need of a Medical issue Shoe. They last longer than any other Brand or Model that I've purchased from New Balance.

I ordered this shoe because it is hard to find a narrow size shoe. It seems OK so far, but at this price I expected a little more.

walking to town and for excercise around the block

Bought this pair of sneakers on NB site but found them later on another site for $20 less!!! Will keep these since they are a great sneaker and not worth the trouble of returning and purchasing again from other site. Your shipping charges seem to be a little high also.

Walking mostly. I have purchased the 813 over the years and still like it.

I am 55 yrs. old and walk 3milesper day with my dog for exercise. I suffer from intermittent plantar fasciitis, which would leave me unable to exercise some days. These shoes have made me foot pain free for the first time in several years.

My 90 year old father loves them and loves not having to tie them.

I have worn NB for years and plan to for years to come. The website is easy to use and the there is no question of the quality NB puts into their shoes. Just keep up what you are doing.

I bought this pair for my Father on Father's Day, and he absolutely loves them. Diidn't take them off all day.

Always wear this shoe. First time out of the box and the stitches came undone on the tongue. Sigh.

Well-made, comfortable, and available in size 14 narrow.

the 6E shoe, 1/2 size larger than my normal shoe size is way to small. it's a shame they can't be made more consistently.

Love the shoes. Hate the service. Ordered black and white pairs at the same time. Black was delivered. Having difficult time reaching anyone to resolve the problem. No phone contact "due to pandemic". E-mail answered in two days "due to high volume". Still waiting. This problem could be handled in about two minutes by a NB employee working from home! Love the shoes.

Everyday use, walking and hiking. Fits good. Feels good. Very well made. As I understand it they are substantially 'Made in USA'. And I believe it's the only athletic sneaker manufacturer that can make that claim. I buy "Made in the USA" wherever and whenever possible.

at least 10 pairs so far not just 813 but all hook and loop. small detail but the hook strap is a little too long when cinched down. the cushioning is best of any shoe i have ever tried on.

I am so disappointed with this brand site, as my order was declined just like with no explanation. I used my non-US card for ordering shoes. I won't come back to this site any more.

Being elderly, much easier to put on than shoelace type !!
