This is my second pair of the Break My Heart. My first pair were the more expensive ones and those did not require any breaking in. These are not as soft but are still comfortable...might take some breaking in. I bought the charcoal and are more of a putty color. Great neutral and definitely worth it!

I love these shoes! I have them in two colors now! They are so comfortable the first time you put them on. They fit very true to size! Usually I have trouble with the straps rubbing blisters on my feet, but none of that with these sandals!

These are both stylish and comfortable. I was hesitant about the price. But they are definitely worth it. I have problem feet and I don't like the way my toes look in most sandals. I love the way my feet look in these sandals.

Cute shoe, cork "color" goes with everything! Unfortunately just didn't look "right" on my foot. The shoe seemed a bit longer on my foot, going further than my toes. I think I do better with a slight wedge heel instead of completely flat. It felt a little confined with so many straps and the lace up for me. But still a cute shoe, well made.

Ordering my second pair now! Love these shoes. I have a narror foot and they are great for me.

This is my third pair of this style -- love them. Super comfy without looking like old lady shoes! Looks great with a skirt, cropped pants, or jeans. Note that the black leather is not suede (like previous models of the sandal) but neither is it a flat finish. It's got a little "tooth" to it. Somewhat stiffer than the older version, too, but still extremely comfortable right out of the box.

I absolutely love these! They are the cutest, most comfortable shoes ever. I have black and gold, and am thinking about another gold pair for when my other pair wears out.

I love these sandals! They are expensive, but very comfortable and I can tell I will be wearing them all summer. I live in NYC and walk everywhere, and these gave me no trouble straight out of the box. They're also cute and very flattering. Be warned that they're quite narrow, which is exactly what I need but may not work for everyone.

Love. Comfortable shoes that don't look like old lady shoes. I have worn them three times and received so many compliments.

These are super comfortable and cute. I have high arches and am waiting to see if I need to add a little extra support. Having had some recent issues with my feet, these have been a wonderful departure from other "comfort" shoes I have tried. Love them!

As soon as I put this sandal on, I sighed with delight. My foot felt great and I didn't want to take them off. The leather is so soft and even though there is no real arch support, the padding makes up for it. I have a feeling I'm going to wear these out this summer. Sent the 8 1/2 back for the 8. It fits about the same but without the extra space at the toes.

Love these Gentle Souls. This is my 3rd pair of Gentle Soul shoes and they are so comfortable. Walked around NYC all day and my feet felt great. Very, very little arch support but lots of foot padding. I received lots of compliments while shopping, in NYC that's a real thumbs up on style.

Liked the shoe, comfy & attractive, wish it was still available in other colors. Gold was too bright & glittery for my taste.

These shoes are adorable, comfortable, and of good quality. Did not give 5 stars because they do make a little air swoosh sound when walking, also because the top back of the shoe gives blisters.

This lovely shoe runs a full size too large. I wear a size 10 always no matter what the style of shoe and had to go down a full size smaller to a size 9. The Dark Brown is actually a metallic graphite/copper color and the Gold Leather is a light metallic gold color. This shoe is comfortable and flattering.

These fit fine and I have wider foot, they were soft and comfortable, I just did not like the way they looked on my feet.

They look terrific, but lack substantial arch support.

I bought this sandal in both gold and multi. These shoes are surprisingly comfortable. Thelaces are of soft leather and don't cut into the skin. The insole is padded just enough; any more would ruin the styleish look.

I am between an 8 1/2 to 9 in sandals, and the 8 1/2 was perfect. I was debating between the bronze color and the black, and if I keep them, I am going with the black. Only because they match my wardrobe better. They are just amazingly comfortable with a very cushy sole. I don't LOVE how they look with all the outfits I bought them for, but the comfort is so unique and due to an upcoming trip to Europe, I am still am debating. They are very cute and when you add the comfort of this shoe, I would definitely check them out.

Sandals fit true to size, padded and comfortable, and stylish. Arch support could be better, but okay for short jaunts if you have a high arch. I've worn them once and two strangers stopped and asked where to get them.

These are great if looking for gladiators. They are comfortable too. I didn’t love the color I ordered so I am returning. I ordered charcoal and it is more of a blush and kind-of has a sheen to it.

I got these sandals in the fabulous blue multi-color and trust me, they are stunningly beautiful. Unfortunately, my feet have become much pickier than they used to be. Although the fit was good, I found the laces to be uncomfortable enough that wearing these for any length of time would have been problematic. So, very reluctantly, I returned.

These sandals are very pretty and comfortable in the footbed. Unfortunately they felt as though they were going to rub against my heel if I walked in them too long. Sadly I am returning them.
