I ordered the black Jillian sandal last year and it was great. Something is off this time with the bronze colored sandal. The strap at the ankle is too big. I see space between my ankle and the strap, and I have the velcro strap at its tightest. I have wide feet so I can only imagine how wide they are for those with narrow feet. Sadly I wore them outside thinking they were ok, so I can’t return them.

good support, but way to loose on my narrow foot. Hurt my tibial tendon, which has been injured,.

I found the back strap to be most uncomfortable and rough against the back of my ankle. Not bad looking and good arch support, but the leather was not soft enough for me.

I really wanted to love these sandals, but the weird suede interior felt cheap for a sandal at this price point.

The Aetrex Jillian in gold was a great looking shoe. My only problem was the arch was not substantial enough. I have fallen arches and plantar fasciitis and I need a really firm arch support. Sadly I will be returning them.

These sandals run very wide for a medium width foot. Had to return them.

I wanted to love this shoe! It is very nice looking and made well, unfortunately the back strap is not adjustable and was way to big on my foot. Had to return.

Ugh I do not like Velcro. The straps were too big, not adjustable enough. Cute until I realized it was Velcro.

I really needed to like this shoe. It is attractive and comfortable, but the back strap could not be tightened enough to keep it on my foot. Returning.

These are beautiful shoes, and I wanted to love them. The cognac color was exactly what I was looking for and the styling is so cute. However, there were two design issues that were deal breakers for me. The first was that the ankle strap, though adjustable, just did not fit comfortably and snuggly enough. The second is that there was extra padding on the heel side of the ankle strap that made the shoe look very much like old lady shoes - not attractive at all. I returned them and will stick with my Aetrex Gabby sandals which are supremely comfortably. I do wish they came in more colors though.

I have the Aetrex Naya Wedge sandal in size 7 M, so of course I thought ordering the same size in another Aetrex sandal with the same strap configuration would yield the same fit. NOT.SO.FAST. This sandal looks like a barge compared to the elegant Naya Wedge sandal. i'm honestly too lazy to take side by side pictures, but the Jillian Quarter Strap is much wider and much roomier all around than the Naya Wedge. The forefoot is shaped completely different too. I had to check the box twice to make sure Zappos had not sent me a size 7.5. This one is going back for sure. If you have wide and thick feet, I think this would be good sandal for you.

I was really looking forward to these, and I was very disappointed when they didn't fit. I have two other pairs of Aetrex sandals in the same size that fit me perfectly; but these were very short (my toes were at the front edge of the shoe), and the straps barely closed. I was so surprised, I checked in the inside of the shoe to make sure they hadn't sent the wrong thing; but they were marked with the size I had ordered. Sadly, they had to go back.

Cute style. I only wish they came in narrow widths. I took a gamblel in the hopes I could snug them up. Wasn't possible, was still too loose.

I have narrow feet with a bunion on one foot and collapsed arch on the other. I hoped these sandals would approximate the arch support of my Aetrex orthotics that I can't walk without. In comparison, these sandals had virtually no arch support, and they were way too wide. I'm afraid sandals are just not going to happen with my problem feet.

These shoes ran very wide. I have a medium width foot and my foot just slid back & forth. Quality of shoe is nice & they are cute. Too bad. I'll give it 3 stars because runs so wide.

I am so disappointed. The shoe does not fit against the ankle in the back, and there is a wide gap on the inside of each ankle. That cannot be adjusted with the strap. When tried, the Velcro does not match up, is at right angle from each piece of Velcro, so the Velcro shows. Even then, there is still an unacceptable gap.

Pretty....heel too high for me

The shoe was narrow from the front of the foot but loose at the back. Weird fit.

These sandals are very comfortable. But they made me feel frumpy and dowdy. In my opinion they look too much like orthopedic sandals. Back they went.

The back of one show is curled doesn't lay properly, protrudes off ankle. Perhaps it's just this pair. For the price paid they should be perfect. One shoe ankle strap feels larger than the oth er. Half size too big, these are going back. Disappointed.

These sandals are incredibly comfortable and are relatively cute for the amount of support they provide, but they wear out extremely quickly! It's been less than a month since I bought these and I've only worn them a few days each week. But the sole is incredibly soft so it has worn through along the heel and the cork is now being damaged. Aetrex does not repair their products and my local repair shop won't resole it. So I paid over $100 for a pair of sandals that lasted less than a month. Very disappointing overall!

When I first tried on this shoe I thought it was pretty comfortable and the style seemed pretty good. While walking around the house in them, I began to notice there wasn't much support, cushioning yes, however no support! The quality just wasn't there either. I quickly took them off and put them back in the box. They are already in the mail being shipped back.

The toe area makes your foot look this w i d e and the straps gap in front. I was hoping these would work.
