Like color and fit, but all three tabs are rough and cause sores.

I'm keeping these! They're not the most amazing sandal I've ever worn (those would be my Chacos, which I wear as often as possible)but I need a brown sandal for work/casual and these are going to do it for me. They're reasonably comfortable and look good enough on my extra wide foot to be a keeper!

I like this sandal, very cute. I have a pair in black, and ordered the brown. I ordered an 11M, and it's huge - lots of space in front of, and behind my foot. Not at all like the black pair. Sending it back and ordering another pair, hoping this one was just mis-marked.

Comfortable, attractive shoe works well with casual and dressy styles. A great addition to a summer wardrobe.

I have narrow feet and have hard time buying sandals, so when I find them with Velcro straps I always try them. These work great and have good arch support.

Zappos is great, have used them for years, quick return and delivery policy. Due to an Achilles tendinitis problem I needed a shoe with an open back and you cannot easily find a backless 8 narrow shoe. Since it didn't come in narrow I tried a 7.5 Med which was fine because I could adjust the Velcro,shoe came in 2 days.

The sandal was perfect in width, however what I noticed was the sandal extended 1/2 size from my my heel.

a bit cheap feeling, with sharp edges around the bottoms of my feet. These should be rounded.

I wear a size 7-1/2 B. These shoes must be at least an 8 or 8-1/2.

Since I wear Clarks almost exclusively, I was disappointed that these didn't fit. I ordered the same size I have always worn in Clarks and these were about a half size too short. (My toes were right at the front end of the shoes.) I liked the style and they would have been comfortable if they were a bit longer.

Although the straps are adjustable, they still hurt my baby toe. Maybe once it’s stretched it’ll feel better.

This pair definitely was lacking in the amount of cushion in the footbed. The standard cushion that Clarks wearers expect just isn’t in this pair.

Straps needed to be adjusted to fit, even after ordering a Wide size. Arch support was weaker than expected for the brand.

I really had one objective with this purchase and that was to find some slides that I could wear around the house as house slippers that would be stable underfoot and provide enough arch cushioning to help with my plantar fasciitis. I do not do well with a high arch cushion or with a very firm one. I need a medium height soft arch cushion. I also do best with a pretty stable base to keep from pronating. It has been a while since I have tried on Clarks. I remembered that it can be really tricky with my size to find Clarks that have enough width and depth but also have the appropriate length. However, in something like a clog or a slide, I tend to only need to worry about the width factor, as the precise length isn’t as important. For that reason, I purchased at 7W for my 6 1/2W foot with very high instep. On the plus side, this shoe adjusts very nicely for my high instep. And since the Velcro is a very nice match in color for the leather, it isn’t terribly noticeable that half of the Velcro is showing in order to accommodate my high instep. And I found the leather to be soft and natural in the denim color. Also, it does not appear to be too long on my feet. Additionally, there’s a nice touch of overall cushioning, which my sensitive feet also need. On the negative side, the arch support is about as nonexistent as I’ve ever experienced. As I’ve stated before, I can’t handle all very high arch support, nor hard arch support. I just need a modest arch cushion. Visually it looks like there’s a little cushion there (although only a very low cushion), but standing up, it’s like it just completely flattens out and does nothing. I was shocked, because of all the things that could’ve gone wrong with these slides for my feet, I thought that would be the one thing that would certainly be OK. I suspect that for my feet it would be ideal if I could get a 6 1/2 wide that had extra extra long straps, but of course that’s not what is made. I walked a tiny bit in my living room and found my feet pronating. I stuck some foam foot petals arch cushions in without applying their adhesive. Sometimes the foot petals arch cushions, when combined with the insufficient arch cushions of a shoe, come to too great of a total height and sort of hurt my feet. In this case they would function OK. And they stopped the pronation, although the base still felt a bit flimsy. For the price, I expect to feel really supported on the base and have sufficient arch cushion. I have boxed these up, although I will wait until something else arrives later in the week before making my final decision. But I expect to return these. It has been a while since I’ve made a purchase from Zappos, and having made some purchases elsewhere recently that were outright flunks has me really appreciating their excellent return policies. I believe I need to cross Clarks off my list of brands to continue looking into.

To narrow, they should the foot beds smooth so you foot slips in easily. They used to be that way.

I would’ve given 5 but it ran 1/2 size big

I am also a customer that bought Clark’s shoes for years and now find they just don’t fit. Wide shoes just aren’t wide. I find the shoes almost wearable, but the hook and loop links pop open when I walk when adjusted to fit my feet. I think this is about the third pair that were two narrow for my feet.

Insole is much lighter than pictured. Disappointing

Wish these came in an extra wide. The Velcro on the bottom of them scratches if you adjust them too wide.

The foot bed was very uncomfortable.

I had the Clarks Collection "ultimate comfort" purchased from QVC. This sandal had good arch and comfort and support feel to it. This pair was getting old so I looked at another Clarks. The Clarks Leisa Cacti Q does not match the Clarks Collection ultimate comfort shoe so had to return.
