This is my second pair of this shoe. It’s great to just put on and wear for everyday errands, etc. I love the adjustable straps. They’re very comfortable, but, if I could improve, it would be to add more cushioning.

I tried Clarks sandals again and still found this shoe to run 1/2 size too long. Width was fine but just too long.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I have narrow, low volume feet, and the adjustable straps allow for a perfect fit. I bought the 9M. These sandals are great for work and travel, anything that has me on my feet all day. The olive color is more grey, as it looks online, which I love.

Totally awesome customer service, received the wrong shoe, phoned, correct shoe received next day. Could argue wrong shoe should not have been sent but they corrected the situation immediately. If only all on line companies were this efficient. Will definitely use again.

The fit and size were good. Just not comfortable on my bunion. Material did not have the same comfort as the Softwalk sandals I purchased last year. I was hoping to buy another pair or two of Softwalk sandals in a different width as I have lost weight and do not need the wide any longer. Unfortunately you do not offer them any more. I bought two different colors and they both fit the same.

I bought these for my mom who is super picky about her shoes. They were comfortable and looked very nice on her. However she is used to a little more heel and I had to return them.

The fit was good. I really wear a slim but since they are few and far between I try to find narrows with adjustable straps. I ordered the pewter for a little dressier look. I like the shoe, but wonder if the pewder fabric looks a little cheap. I hope it wears well.

These would have been great, but the shoe was too narrow at the heal. My foot was slipping off.

These are comfortable, but run a little larger than expected. I'd order a half size smaller, but then, the straps might be too tight while the length of the shoe would be right. While they are comfortable, I worry about the overall quality. They are extremely light, like flip flops, lacking the substantially solid feel from Clarks of yore. The taupe-grey color is nice for jeans, khakis, shorts and a change from all the other black sandals in my closet. And luckily, while the straps are adjustable, I didn't have to move them and have the velcro tabs show. That is not an attractive look.

I HAVE WORN CLARK'S SLIDES FOR MORE YEARS THAN I CAN REMEMBER. THIS IS THE THIRD PAIR OF THE CAPTAIN BLUE LEISA. I CAN DEFINITELY TELL THAT THE CONSTRUCTION IS DIFFERENT, ESPECIALLY THE FOOTBED. IT IS MADE OF A DIFFERENT MATERIAL THAN THE OTHER PAIRS I HAD. I ALSO RECENTLY BOUGHT ANOTHER PAIR OF BLACK LEISA FROM ANOTHER MERCHANT AND THAT IS WHEN I NOTICED THE FOOTBED MATERIAL BEING DIFFERENT. THE VELCRO ON THE STRAPS WERE NOT TRIMMED, SO THERE WAS IMMEDIATE IRRITATION FROM THE VELCRO. I WOUND UP TAKING A EMERY BOARD AND FILING ALL THE VELCRO BACK SO IT DIDN'T IRRITATE MY FEET. THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE AT THE FACTORY. I KNOW YOU JUST SELL THESE SHOES AND THE FACTORY IS THE ONE THAT SHOULD PAY CLOSER ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS BECAUSE CLARK'S SHOES HAVE A REPUTATION OF BEING A VERY COMFORTABLE SHOE. HOWEVER, I WILL PROBABLY CONTINUE TO BUY THESE SHOES BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW OF ANOTHER SHOE THAT OFFERS AS MUCH COMFORT. I DON'T LIKE THE FEEL OF THE NEW MATERIAL IN THE FOOTBED....FEELS WEIRD.

Comfortable Clarks, really like the neutral color. Sometimes leather sandals stretch and get too big and tend to slip, adjustable straps easily fix that and allow for any foot swelling you might have.

I love this shoe that's a slip on and adjustable. Unfortunately, it won't adjust right for me. I've tried the 6 wide which is too long and I tried the 5 1/2 medium which is too narrow. I need a 5 1/2 W which they don't appear to make. Wish I could make this shoe work.

What I really like about these shoes is that they have slipper-like comfort, look great and have adjustable straps. I gave them 4 stars overall only because the arch support is insufficient for long-distance walking. But for an average day of walking, they are perfect. I bought the nude leather, and for sizing I suggest going up a half-size if you are in between sizes. I wear either a 7 or 7-1/2 and the 7-1/2 (EUR 38) was the right fit.

These were pretty and felt good. Unfortunately they did give me the support I needed for very long.

Overall,.. took away one star because they are more blue in color on the web page!! They are actually more of a grey than blue when you actually get them. But, very comfortable!

I really wanted this shoe to work! Just not enough arch support and my heels need more cush.

I needed a navy flat sandal that does not have a thong between the toes, and have bought Clarks Privo slip in sandals in the past. They were so well made, light weight, stylish and comfortable, so much so you could run around and walk the whole day long with comfort and support. These Clarks Leisa Cacti Q are cute, light weight, and I like the adjustable straps, but the construction, materials and walking support are of lesser quality than the Clarks Privo that are no longer available. There is no sole cushion or arch support. I wish Clarks would make Privo slides again so I could enjoy the quality materials, construction, support and comfort. I'm keeping them but hope I can find something better.

This is the 3rd time I've bought these exact shoes, so I can definitely say they're comfortable and easy to wear! They're cute enough, great for casual wear with shorts, but not quite stylish enough for anything more dressy. Will probably get another pair when these wear out though!

Have two other pair of same exact shoe in size 37 (6 1/2) However, this pair of 37 must have been marked incorrectly as they are too large. I also measured them against ones that I have and they are larger.

This is a nice looking sandal, but the space between the first strap and the second fell in a spot that highlighted my bunion. Not a good look.

These shoes are pretty comfortable although they are a little large for me. They're cute and I was able to start wearing them right out of the box with no problem.

Clark's are my go-to shoe for sandals because of the ability to adjust the straps. I am a AA width (thankfully there is a company still making shoes this narrow!) but my feet are different due to eight orthopedic surgeries on one of them so adjusting just right for each foot is great. Arch support is actually painful for me and these are just right. These particular shoes, in the pewter, are as light as air and are perfect neutral casual shoe. The underside of the leather straps, as well as the in-sole, is a soft nubuck-type material. The sole is a flexible rubber material with a shock-absorbing material....so my back is happy too.

These sandals are quite comfortable - I ordered the Navy and I am disappointed in the color. They are not a true Navy but have a grayish purple hue. Wish they were a true Navy - I would like them a lot more.
