Strong plastic smell! So so bad, that it is uncomfortable being in the room where this sandals are. Returned.

I should have loved these. I have a similar pair of Clarks with multi adjustable straps, but these have a weird bump right under the arch where the strap inserts. Very uncomfortable even in the first minute I tried them on. Returned.

Shoes fit out of the box. Perfect fit for 9.5 also an exact replacement for a pair I have just worn forever. Time for a new pair. Great support!

sandals are so cute but my feet are too wide, so they didn't work, no matter how far I moved the strap out.

First of all, I want to preface this review by saying that I am a big fan of Clarks Shoes and own loads of them. In the past I had purchased two other pairs of shoes in this style because of the excellent arch support and comfort. Unfortunately this shoe is now made differently and does not have same support. If I hadn’t owned a previous pair I wouldn’t have been so picky but unfortunately I had to return. Clarks! Go back to the original design, please!

Clark’s Leisa Cacti doesn’t have any cushioning. After a few months the pad on the inside flattens out and you feel every step you take.

Very unattractive shoe

Bought this at the Clark's store and was utterly disappointed. This is like a house slipper but not good for actual walking outdoors. It's not a good value at all.

I was extremely disappointed in this Shoe. I bought it because I bought another one of those leisa cacti Shoes and they fit like bedroom slippers. They had a soft padding underneath the straps. This pair that I got from Zappos is just the bare leather. I still have scans on my upper foot.

Awful. I own 3 pairs of this style, purchased 2 years ago. They were great sandals. The padding has changed; the shoe feels cheap and hard. They sewed the straps so that the show is narrow. The shoe is shorter. I wish I’d purchased more years ago.

Be careful when ordering. I thought I was getting the "old" blue" Captian blue is what my order says. But I was sent the current blue "denim blue" which is dull and ugly. It's too bad, because these are soooooooooooooo comfortable. but they are going back.

Did not see my review so am trying again.....Clarks quality has steadily gone downhill, they are now made in China and it shows. I had a coupon, so took a chance on these. They do not even feel or look like leather plus the stitching hurt my feet. I used to buy Sunbeats all the time, they aren't the same anymore. So, not sure what I will buy now, they used to be my "go-to" brand!!! Others seemed pleased with them so maybe it's me. I had to return them. Didn't cost much but not even worth what I spent. The one good thing is Zappos' service, which cannot be beat, they are terrific.

Very disappointing cheap "leather" plastic straps (did not look or feel like leather), stitching on straps rubbed against my feet, not comfortable at all. Clarks shoes have gotten really cheap. Even though I had a coupon and got a discount they still were not worth it. I do not usually wear slip-ons but I could have worn them if they were quality shoes. But they are not. They were sent back. I agree with one reviewer who said they smelled and looked plastic. They do. I was excited to find shoes in my size (5) but these just are not quality shoes. I have bought Clarks for years and they have gotten progressively worse. You cannot beat Zappos for service and delivery though. They are a terrific company, I do a lot of business with them.
